Large Palo Alto Home, Pool, 5 beds/3 baths, Spacious, Amazing backyard/deck

This house really has it all and the hosts are super responsive and friendly. If you need a place for a large family group it’s ideal, especially the location so close to Mitchell park, the cafe there, tennis, playground, library, etc. Extra shout out for the cafe, Ada’s which has delicious food, pretty patio, and operates as a nonprofit doing job training, etc. We went there multiple times, in between comings and goings of an active group. The house itself is really big, with large rooms and plenty of space, including closets for hanging clothes, three full baths, and a lovely pool and backyard area. Tandem parking in the driveway, so you have to plan a bit about moving the cars if necessary. The kitchen has everything you need. The house has not been updated very recently, but it’s really comfortable and spacious. If anyone in your party is especially sensitive when it comes to pet allergies keep in mind that the house is carpeted throughout, except the kitchen and bathrooms, and it’s clear that it has been home to some family pets in the past. Everything is completely clean, and I don’t think it’s listed as 100% pet free - some in our group felt allergies were heightened. Overall this was a great deal for such a great location in Palo Alto, when we were there to celebrate a family occasion.

House was in a great location and had tons of room for our family. Communication w/hosts was excellent.

Very nice & easy accommodations. Close to the best grocery store i have seen. Like whole foods but better. A bonus was that the house was across the street from a great public 16 pickleball courts. We played every morning. Pete’s coffee and some easy restaurants were near by.

Everything was great, nice to have everything so well stocked. My grand-nephew loved dipping the net into the pool and scooping up toys. Lemons on the tree in the front yard made excellent lemonade. Maybe it is a Meyer's Lemon? Be sure to touch the dark ring around the door lock on side door to be able to see the buttons. Mitchell Park is right across the street. We enjoyed going over there often, a nice place to walk, pickle ball, and lots of playground equipment. Kirk's Burgers are just down the street. We plan to stay here again the next time.

I had excellent communication with the host as well as the property care taker who I had to call with a plumbing issue. They were responsive and helpful every step of the way.The house had the space we needed for our extended family and enough dishes, towels, bedding, seating for our group. The outside area we didn't use because of the seasonal limitations and rainy weather.Overall, it was a comfortable and easy stay.
