The house on the outside looks like it’s abandoned. A Shawty paint job and lots of weeds everywhere. But thankfully, the inside is nicely remodeled. The backyard also needs some love. There are weeds everywhere. Broken umbrellas, broken cornhole boards, and a pool sweep that doesn’t even work making the quality of the water not great. I just feel like when you’re renting a property out that looks like this , you’re aware of the condition. Some of the weeds in the back are 5ft tall. The cons are location and the inside being nice.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed taking evening walks with our dogs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Wish this home had some curtains in the living and dining area for privacy in the evenings. My husband and I work remote and unfortunately this home does not have a workspace. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job cleaning up for the next guests, just a few minor things. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. We really enjoyed spending time in the outdoor living space and in the pool. It would be nice to have ceiling fans on the back patio.

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The mattress was so comfy and the towels were soft which is a detail I appreciate! Highly recommend!

My husband, two sons and I flew out from Colorado to see a few Spring Training games. We decided to try our hand at a vrbo this time around. This property was the perfect choice. Home is impeccable as far as cleanliness. Full amenities provided. Decor was new, minimalistic and clean as well as comfortable. Location was close to restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. Will definitely reserve this property next visit!! Beds, bedding and pillows were top notch!
