No sirven controles de AC y TV no hay agua caliente las paredes llenas de humedad y sucias, no ponen sabanas para taparte solo forro de colchon, no hay agua para tomar. no cancelan ni regresan dinero TODO HORRIBLE NO VOLVERE NI AUNQUE ME PAGUEN

Old hotel , no elevator,no handicap accessible , small twin beds ,no working Ac unit , garbage and dead plants outside ,only showered,but left to get a better hotel in a hood safe area

Cuando fui, no tenían servicio de luz, asi que no servia el aire acondicionado. Me tube que salir toda la tarde y cuando llegue no habia luz asta el otro dia asi que pase una mala noche con mi pareja. No vuelvo a regresar ahi.

water and lights went out and they didn’t have a ETA. So had to bird bath before leave so I can catch my flights

Nos metieron el la habitación 7 y fue realmente asqueroso y el aire no funcionó. Nos cambiaron hasta el otro día. Y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable.

No tiene elevador, instalaciones sucias.

Está muy maltratado el mobiliario, las habitaciones huelen mucho a humo de cigarro y nunca funcionó el control del televisor... Pero aún así, sí logramos descansar

On ne nous a pas avisé avant la deuxième journée qu'il n avais pas d eau chaude, nous n'avons pas eu de la semaine obligé de prendre des douches froide, 3 jours à pas pouvoir dormir avant 2h pcque le monde dans l établissements fesait le party, j ai avisé et rien n'a été fait pour qu'ils arête. Et un employé au travail bureau avant aucun sourire aucune façon air bête... Je vais demander un dédommagement de pour les inconvénients vécu

Bugs, dirty, no hot water, 1 towel half used shampoo was not at the Beach as advertised and changed Hotels 2 days prior to checkout, therefore want my money back.

El hotel no es realmente lo que muestra. Una zona muy peligrosa de la ciudad. Habitaciones detestables, el baño no tenía ventana, no se cómo hoteles.com se permite ofrecer estos establecimientos, cero limpieza en la habitación, a la entrada el cuarto estaba sucio con cucarachas hormigas

Se pasaron con la suciedad y el de la tard pesimo no recomiendo y menos varios dias mejor otro lado

Llegué y el basin lleno de gusanos, la cama sucia, la regadera con cabellos, olor a humedad todo el hotel.

Una experiencia inolvidable del lado malo. Colchón manchado de sangre. La habitación con olor a heces, bichos entre ellos cucarachas y hormigas, el inodoro sin agua para usar, sábanas sucias almohadas manchadas y basura debajo de la cama.

La estancia no es nada parecido a lo piblicitado, el lugar demasiado inseguro, sucio, las habitaciones de pesima calidad y sin cuidado, los baños olian asqueroso y las puertas no funcionaban correctamente

El baño estaba lleno de cucarachas, caca de cucharachas, mucha suciedad en toda la habitaciones, hormigas por todos lados, incluso en el respaldar de la cama

Our stay was scheduled for 2 nights but lasted approx 45min. Hopeing hotels.com will make It right with a full refund. Walked into the room grabbed the A/C remote to turn on some air and it was covered in ants. Then I noticed ants on the shelf the remote was on and they were scattering. Then I Inspected the room and noticed there were no pillows and ants crawling on the bed. Walked into the bathroom and it appeared like the toilet hadn’t been flushed from someone previously, attempted to flush it and the toilet was broken. I went back down to the lobby to tell the desk worker about the issues and request a refund, he said I needed to reach out to Expedia. Then I reached out to hotels.com on the online chat because my phone does not work internationally, about the issue and they attempted to contact the property which had no luck even though the receptionist was laying on the couch in the lobby. As I stood in the room(because was to grossed out, to touch anything, by the amount of ants everywhere). Needless to say they just credited me $25 of one cash (or what ever it’s called) for the nights and I was on my own to find a room for the night. Keep in mind this is now 1am in downtown Cancun.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Firstly, the place looked nothing like the advertisement. The cover picture for this place was a beach view, instead I got a brick wall as a view, and was about 5 miles from the coast. The walls and curtains were all stained, as were the sheets, I assume from the previous guest There were insects everywhere. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and one was broken The area felt very sketchy/unsafe The air conditioning barely worked There was no toilet seat or paper The shower and taps were unclean and mould There were numerous tiles missing in the bathroom The door to the room was not secure And finally one of the staff was incredibly sexually inappropriate with me (a 31yo women travelling alone) I stayed here for around 3 hours, which was spent looking for a nicer hotel in a safer area Do not believe the adverts. This place is straight out of nightmares and frankly Expedia should be checking these places before promoting them

The bed had hair from previous guest stay on it and the bed pillows looked like they had not been changed from pevious guest. The toilet was located 4” from the opposite wall, meaning you had to straddle it to use it, not sit. Internet didn’t work also. Checked in and left as soon as I’d found another place to stay.

Me decepcionó el lugar. La cama y las almohadas eran muy incomodas era casi imposible poder dormir. El lavabo estaba tapado desprendiendo un muy mal olor todo el tiempo. La coladera de la regadera también estaba tapada y tenías que bañarte con el agua hasta los tobillos. No hacen la limpieza diario, solamente cuando entregas la habitación. No había sabanas para taparse por lo que te congelabas con el aire acondicionado. Hace falta que le den mantenimiento a las habitaciones ya que la cortina de baño estaba llena de moho.

Room was clean, staff was helpful

Desde que llegue el de la recepcion mal educado.creo que es de cuba.no te dan la bienvenida. Te miraba malencarado.la habitacion tenia moscos y telaraña. Baño sucia y con mal olor. Ropa de cana de muy mal aspecto sucio y viejo.rwalmente luy feo.

This was the worst experience I ever had. The hotel was closed when we arrived. We have to wait about 30 minutes outside the door and the neighborhood is not one of the safest. There was ants on the bed so we couldn't even sleep on the bed. The bed sheets were dirty and there was no blankets at all. We try to use the shower and a centipede came out of the drain. We didn't use it anymore since we were afraid more bugs would come out of it. The walls were all dirty and what looked like blood stains. There was blood in one of the garbage can as well. The door did not close properly. Etc. We couldn't even sleep at all. The only reason we didn't leave was because i couldn't get another hotel room right away but we did leave in the morning. Horrible experience!!!!

Muy mal servicio en la atención el chico que se encontraba no daba soluciones solo pretextos no quería hacer cobro con tarjetas , es la primera vez que lo veo pero nefasta su actitud.

Staff are nice.

Me habéis estafado, he pagado 8 días de hotel para estar tres minutos en el, el tiempo de grabar un vídeo y irme, partida de estafadores, diez minutos de la playa y está a una hora y media en coche, sucio, nada higiénico el lugar, aire acondicionado y wifi no funciona, techos llenos de hongos, cerradura rota y puerta que no se puede cerrar, el barrio da miedo, no hay mesa de billar, y el sitio en vez de estrellas por las paredes tiene pegado chicles masticados, en las paredes, jamas pensé que Expedia me engañara así, siempre he teñido buenas experiencias con vosotros, pero está a sido horrible, el dinero que llevaba para gastar en Cancún lo he tenido que coger para pagar otro alojamiento, me habéis amargado las vacaciones, os pienso denunciar

El lugar esta en una localidad un poco insegura, los encargados prodrian tener un oco mas limpio, sin embargo el servicio del personal me parecio bien

They didn’t give me soap, no hot water but worse of all, no soap to shower.. no functioning tv, only netflix with a block that wont let you log in.. unsafe area

Un lugar bueno para descansar sencillo pero muy bien sin ruido al rededor

No es un hotel. Es un refugio para migrantes, donde extorsionan, secuestran, roban. Ubicado en una de las peores zonas de Cancún. Trataron de extorsionarnos y luego secuestrarnos. ALERTA ALERTA ALERTA.
