Conveniently close to the airport, spacious and comfort enough for the number of people it is advertised. The check-in and check out process fast and smooth. It is very helpful to have a minibar with extra cost available and food delivery suggestions. Great and original stay!

Las instalaciones estan súper. Es un nuevo concepto... me gusto el depa, altamente recomendable. Si tu viaje es estar en muchos lugares y llegar a dormir el ligar esta extraordinario. No hay nada cerca para comprar un refresco pwro te dejan la opcion de tomar algunas golosinas con costo moderado. Puedes desayunar ahi mismo existe un negocio donde los desatinos estan suoer buenos y muy baratos... jugo, huevos, chilaquiles, fruta fresca, etc. Se llama la bodeguita. Una porra porque hacen muy uen equipo.

We liked the apartment. It was very spacious and nice. We stayed in the two bedroom one and we were two families, a total of 8 people. The kitchen is huge, has a microwave and stove. There was a coffee maker with a pot of coffee and plenty of tea bags. The fridge was huge. The beds were all comfortable and the AC cooled well. Please know that the apartments are in a wearhouse area and they are actually within the wearhouses, but very nice. When Oder an Uber make sure you order it from outside and not the apartment. The staff is very nice and the place is very secured.

As described! Clean and quiet, lots of parking. We enjoyed sour stay!

Although the place was very close to the airport, there is very limited access to this property. You need to make sure that you arrange pick up and drop off or have access to uber. You also need to provide instructions to Uber as only one gate is accessible to the public. The gate nearest to the property is not accessible/locked. On the plus side, amenities like towels and soaps are abundant. There is free coffee and water but be reminded to bring your own should you decide to consume more. There are chocolates, chips and beverages that can be purchased through honesty system. The place is clean and modern, TV in all rooms, huge beds, and concrete counters.

Once we found the property, it was in a gated area that was protected and we felt very safe. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

It was nice. Provided Netflix so I was able to catch up on some shows. Had really great communication and was quick with answering questions.

Loved the place the warehouse kinda throws you off but once inside it’s so luxurious VERY clean, smelled good our stay was very comfortable can’t wait to return 24 hr security we stayed 3 nights wish we would of stayed longer definitely recommend!!

Very close to airport and high quality amenities. Road access poor condition and not lighting. This is a comercial warehouse modified to become apartments. Not residential nor hotel. No dining near by. Great for a layover near airport. And has a security guard at gate.

Modern, Beautiful and clean!!

Me and my three children were so scared this is the perfect place to get kidnapped it’s literally a warehouse like an industrial warehouse. On top of that the apartment is infested with bedbugs and spiders there were spider legs the sheet. We were scared we stayed for less than 24 hours because we wanted to be close to the airport but I wouldn’t recommend it’s way too scary.

There was a live roach in our room when we arrived. When we were leaving for dinner, there was another roach running down the hall! We didn't leave any of our luggage open and put everything up on the counters. Thankfully we were only booked for one night and left very early the next morning!

El lugar unas bodegas industriales, el cuarto ok, PUNTOS MALOS: el clima no enfriaba, la regadera le falta una remojada en vinagre, salían tres chorros en todas direcciones, las sabanas no olian bien

No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Está metido entre bodegas, por calles muy oscuras. No tiene ventanas, estaba muy sucio, habían telarañas arriba de la cabecera, basura debajo de las camas, etc. Las toallas y ropa de cama en mal estado, incluso rotas. Ninguna opción de comida cerca y lo peor, no hay agua caliente. Se le comentó a la encargada y dijo que lo solucionaría pero nunca lo hizo. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Horrible experiencia, por un poco más de dinero, mejor reservar un hotel de verdad. Esto es una bodega.

Great place to stay, very clean, smells fancy, everything looks new. The location is strange but the place is worth it.

The large concrete tiles on the wall above the couch feel off onto my two kids' heads—no communication from management. The lady who worked there moved the couch away from the wall and was very nice, but this could have been a horrible situation. Both my kids had huge knots on their heads and bad headaches. There was also black hair in all the bathrooms and showers. The cleanliness needs to be addressed. It is in a very strange area and is terribly built, I would never recommend this place. Not to mention no word from management or apology for the wall falling on my kids... unbelievable.

I would stay here any time we can, the apartment was wonderful. My bed was amazing, my twin brothers and his wife had a bed as hard as they come. From a 1-10 I rate it 9.5 The one thing, none of us liked!!! Cheap uncovertabl black bed sheets, that was the only thing I would changed in this beautifully Apartment.

the apartment is beautiful and well designed and has so much space- 10/10- just be aware the outside ambience is warehouse district so it looks a little sketch driving in, however security was on site and made us feel more comfortable and the actual stay was perfect. Here for dental work from the states and this was perfect, large kitchen, plenty of space and clean and modern.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and, well, luxurious, my room at 1st Luxery Warehouse was. It was very immaculate and I had absolutely no complaints upon arrival. We had a huge amount of space, enough to accommodate all five of us comfortably (it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite). We were aware of the remote location issue and didn't expect much in the way of amenities outside of the property. Fortunately the owners provide you with several takeout menus that will deliver food. Additionally, Uber Eats is available if you need any food or groceries. The place was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware, right down to the bottle opener & corkscrew. We had a very comfortable stay and it's a place I could see myself staying for an extended period if necessary. My only issue was the noise. Somewhere around 2am it sounded like a huge party or ruckus or disturbance of some sort in our building below us on the 1sr floor (we were on the 2nd floor but the noise sure carried). I'm not sure what was going on and I definitely was not going to go out and check, but it was loud and it carried on for about an hour and a half. Again, probably a party or after hoyrs get-together, but it kept us awake a little too long. Other than that I was nothing but impressed with 1st Luxury Warehouse and despite the noise issue I would highly recommend this place.

Nous avons fait une seule nuit, en arrivant de l’aéroport! Le lieu est très étrange, une zone industrielle. Personne à l’accueil mais tout était clair. Très bel appartement mais sans fenêtre. Lit confortable. Idéal pour notre objectif, dormir avant de débuter nos vacances.

Everything was good it’s just the area where is located it’s weird, it’s in a warehouse area. Also I did not like there was no big windows.

This place was about 4 minutes from the airport. At first we thought we mapped the wrong house no lights signs or anything on the drive there. It was hard to find and confusing. There’s nothing to walk to you need a car. Once we got into the apartment everything was new and clean. Great size for party of 4. Would stay again if I had an early flight.

Great customer service

comparing to the price and condition with other hotel, this place just doesn’t make sense. Checkin process is via Whatsapp and nobody speaks proper English and there is not a front desk. It is located at nowhere and doesn’t even have reasonable access to convenient stores. It doesn’t even make sense if you want to save money, cuz it is not cheap at all. No customers service from them yet Expidia. I threw away booking cost and booked an all inclusive hotel with private beach with $50 more per day.

This place is amazing just like the pictures were a family of 6 staying a night before we go to our hotel coming late night. Communication, instructions, and Room entry was simple we even had a bell boy waiting for us at 10:30pm. I will definitely stay here again next time when I come late. Don’t be scared of the area. Taxi / car is a must though so if your thinking of staying long term

While the rooms are extremely nice, the location is not… You need a car or a taxi, nothing is close. Good communication with the staff they even recommended a taxi and restaurant.

Meh! La ubicación está fuera del área céntrica / hotelera de Cancún. La comunicación fatal… te mandan un mail, y después te mandan los accesos por teléfono… ¿no sería mas fácil mandar todo por e mail?, aparte yo lo categorizaría más como un Airbnb , porque no hay personal de recepción, el señor que contesta el teléfono… mal humorado, y como su nombre lo indica… es una bodega acondicionada

Kind far from everything but convenient from Cancun airport

The room was very reasonable and nicely appointed. The room rate was good as well when compared to other properties in the area. It was a little off the beaten path and an unusual location in and industrial park. But those reason account for the reasonable rate.

The condition of the property is great. If you want to save a little money it’s perfect and better than a hotel room. Only downside is that it’s not close to the beach. It is however close to the airport and right in the middle between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

1st Luxury Warehouse is off the beaten path but the accommodations are amazing, clean and the satff was very helpful. I felt safe and secure. For our 1 night stay after a long day of travel it was perfect. Alberto also helped us when ordering food for dinner and bringing in our things. Great guy.

The property is beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. However, it is very secluded unless you have a vehicle. There was nowhere close to eat or buy groceries to make our own food.
