The hotel was pet friend the biggest issue I had with it is it was advertised as having a pool and a continental breakfast and had neither because they were doing remodeling in my mind they should have lowered their rates and advertised that they did not have these amenities during the remodel

The property was good. Unfortunately I didn’t read the full notice when I was booking this hotel. I traveled with my six full of energy kids and the pool as under construction. They were looking forward to using the pool which would have been a huge benefit for us as parents as the water would have tired them out and they would have gone to bed earlier and wake up on time for our flights

I don’t know if a remodel or restructuring was going on. Didn’t ask about that gym would have been a plus. Disappointed in no breakfast. That was not communicated at check in. Great location and price

Very clean. Really nice staff. Only downfall is their parking lot is deteriorating and pieces get stuck in shoes, sand all over the tile floor from it.

The room was spacious and very clean. As they are reburbishing spaces like pool and breakfast hall, I was surprised that these were unavailable as Hotels.com did not state these closures. Under amenties, these were not listed, but with photos showing pool and breakfast, it would be expected that these are available. The staff was great as the location. I would hope they would have heaters in the room and not just air conitioners. All in all, I would stay here again, but will carry a heater to be safe. 🙃 I will also call hotwla before booking to ensure all amenties arw available.

Very clean, they are trying to update the property, pool and laundry are NOT available. It may look like a long way from downtown, but it is only 16 minutes away. Most staff were fantastic. Recommend that if you are extending you stay, book on-line. I paid a premium to extend my stay when booking thru the front desk. Overall good experience. No pool/laundry - so there is no extra value there. There is a continental breakfast available for extra charge. Support staff are on it.

Checking in was easy and staff was pleasant. Room was filthy and we discovered bed bugs the morning we checked out so we couldn't go home. We spent hours at the laundry mat and hundreds on detailing the cars. We tried to discuss a refund with them and they refused because we didn't tell them about the issue before. Well, we didn't see them until the last day. Had to dispute the credit card charges to offset detailing the cars, laundry, and hours spent dealing with this inconvenience.

Absolutely the cutest motel ever! The staff was amazing. The rooms and hotel area were super clean. I was so surprised. Especially being close to the airport. I will definitely be back 10 out of 10! I just wish i could have partied here in the 70's. The design in the lobby was just up my alley. Vintage and classy. Didnt have breakfast had to leave too early. But i chose safety and cleanliness over food lol. Check them out yall!

Pulling up to this hotel was already sketchy. No name on the building or on the sign in front. On the way to the room, half of the room windows had cracked windows. In the room, I saw cracked walls, stains on furniture, a roach on the bathroom counter. To top it off, there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. I dont know how this place got 7.6 as it should be 1.0.

The room was clean but the TV didnt work so they changed our room, then the key card for the new room didnt work. We had it replaced 3 times and they couldnt figure out why it wasnt working it so essentially we were stuck in the room with no key and couldn't leave. Also the fridge was leaking water on the floor.

We loved this place. Spacious room, room was clean and A/C worked great. Wifi was not great. The front desk apologized but did inform me that they were in the process upgrading the internet service. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The pictures online are not the same as in person there was no pool no hot tub no breakfast no room service no means of trying to accommodate what was not available and it was a no name hotel It literally had no name anywhere. The staff were very stuck up and did not care about the needs of us I asked for refund But unfortunately it was not available. I only booked this room because of the pictures I seen online and when we got there it was nothing like the picture set

The hotel is cool. It’s the fact that they lie about giving you your deposit back. I stayed there earlier this month when I called weeks later and asked about my deposit they said I smoked in the room of course weeks later there’s no way to fight it. Next time I go, before I check out I asked the manager to come check my room. She literally looked me dead in my face and told me it smelled like smoke. So from this point on, I’m NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN! It’s a scam to keep your money.

I got there on my check in day and they informed me right then and there that I didnt have a reservation due to new management being in charge and my reservation being lost. I was then told I couldn't stay because they were overbooked. I will be reporting to Hotels.com and getting a refund.

The young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous. She did give us the wrong time for breakfast telling us 7-10. At 8:30 breakfast was over. Customers were asking for breakfast and they put a sign up that said breakfast ended at 8:30. There was no food put out at all and everyone was turned away without apologies. So no breakfast for us which was supposed to be included. The downstairs lobby of the hotel was very pretty and the dining area looked very nice. There was a long winding staircase to get to the second floor. There is no elevator and no ground floor rooms were available. My husband and I struggled getting our suitcases up the stairs. The light was on when we entered the room and the one sitting chair was wedged under the door that connects the room to the one next door. The bed looked clean but there was an empty water bottle on the floor and the floor was sticky under my shoes. The wallpaper was peeling as well. We slept with the light on and didn’t feel very safe or secure, not the best sleep at all. This could be a nice hotel if it was invested in but I would not stay here again as it is now, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else at this time.

Just the overall appearance is lacking. There’s no signage saying Windsor so I almost drove past the hotel. It’s more like a extended stay than a hotel which draws in certain types.

Called ahead, and asked for adjoining rooms did not seem to want to accommodate me, however, hotel less than 1/3 full. Requested to park in front of room had to walk with toddler too far. The bar next door was so loud all night long, price was the saving spot, clean rooms too!

We will never stay in this hotel ever again. I looked on line for a hotel close to Jacksonville Airport FL.the airport and found this on at around $75 a night 4 miles from the airport. The outrageous taxi fair of $25 each way was unexpected . Why this hotel doesn't run a shuttle bus to the airport had we had known this added cost we would not have stayed here. I asked the receptionist for a list of taxi to take us back to the airport, but the receptionist could not give me any help. No information, or assistance. If you are visiting from overseas and don't have access to Uber/Lyft it was down to us to arrange a private car hire to get us back to the airport . This left a bad taste in our mouths and the decision never to use Expedia or this hotel in the future. S. Lawrence

It is a beautiful property. The lasn with st Augustine grass heavy with the cushion to walk on. However the seperate to me decievable advertsed cost for third party members. No breakfast, when one of the decifing factors to stay or not to stay at the hotel is the hot breakfast. Weak coffee, no waffle, and $8.00 additional cost of breakfast. Be upfront with the charge at the advertisement / door.. The matteress on the bed was like sleeping on a king size box spring. The shower water flow was on even and weak. This alone deserves only a 2 star rating. As a business traveler I will never utilize this hotel again

The hotel was pet friend the biggest issue I had with it is it was advertised as having a pool and a continental breakfast and had neither because they were doing remodeling in my mind they should have lowered their rates and advertised that they did not have these amenities during the remodel

The young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous. She did give us the wrong time for breakfast telling us 7-10. At 8:30 breakfast was over. Customers were asking for breakfast and they put a sign up that said breakfast ended at 8:30. There was no food put out at all and everyone was turned away without apologies. So no breakfast for us which was supposed to be included. The downstairs lobby of the hotel was very pretty and the dining area looked very nice. There was a long winding staircase to get to the second floor. There is no elevator and no ground floor rooms were available. My husband and I struggled getting our suitcases up the stairs. The light was on when we entered the room and the one sitting chair was wedged under the door that connects the room to the one next door. The bed looked clean but there was an empty water bottle on the floor and the floor was sticky under my shoes. The wallpaper was peeling as well. We slept with the light on and didn’t feel very safe or secure, not the best sleep at all. This could be a nice hotel if it was invested in but I would not stay here again as it is now, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else at this time.

I don’t know if a remodel or restructuring was going on. Didn’t ask about that gym would have been a plus. Disappointed in no breakfast. That was not communicated at check in. Great location and price

For the price of the hotel it was definitely nicer than I expected. I don’t know how the breakfast was I didn’t have time to try it because of work, but I know that they charge you a fee if you want breakfast, which I thought breakfast was free. Shower worked great. I’m I can’t really complain about it. It was a nice little stay, at an affordable price.

No need to pay 7.99 for a breakfast when Dennys breakfast starts at 6.99 so when you get tge room the breakfast should be free or 5 dollars

Very clean rooms and polite staff. Breakfast was great and they even let my youngest kid eat for free even though she eats a lot lol. Will be back when going to zoo in Jacksonville!
