Very fully furnished suite that was updated and clean. Reserved parking space right in front of your suite door. We will definitely be staying there again. Good value for football game weekend.

Everything from parking to check-in was excellent! The room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable and clean. We were within walking distance from the arts district and there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. We loved our stay and will check here first when we’re coming to the area!

Very clean room. This place has everything you could possibly need;) I forgot my toothpaste and it was there. The tvs are huge with a thousand channels. AC worked great. Parking and entry were very simple.

Here’s the good, bad and ugly. This place is cool- like a little apartment. Beautifully renovated, a great set up and amazing tall ceilings. We were WOWED when we walked in. AC was cold and things seemed awesome. Downside- the carpets were not clean, a few bugs in the bed, and the bathtub was completely clogged. The overall is that although the renovations are amazing, no manager on site creates a place that is not very cared for.

We have stayed at the suites a few times now and always enjoy our stay. The only negative thing this trip was that there were many hairs that were not ours. It was clean for the most part besides the hairs that were in several spots throughout the suite.

Everything was great! The room was very clean and I love the super high ceilings. Only thing is walls are pretty thin so you can hear neighbors pretty easily, but it didnt disrupt much just something to keep in mind! I would highly recommend this stay

I stayed in #6, The Depot. This unit is on the end right by Broadway, a busy downtown street, and the three windows in the living area all open onto that street. I heard a lot of traffic noise, plus voices in the morning from the busy law office whose entrance is next door. No sleeping late in this unit. The TV offers no network channels, and there’s no way to get ice even though there’s an ice bucket. Overall I like staying in the Millsap Suites, but I will never book #6 again.

The pros: parking right outside the door, your own suite with a separate bedroom, very nice and modern furnishings, mini fridge, brewpub and restaurant right across the street, relatively inexpensive for a suite. The cons: feels isolated, neighborhood not the best, parking isn’t secure, NOTHING nearby is open on Sundays, and (in our #1 suite) the Keurig coffee maker did not work. (They also only provided regular coffee pods; no decaf). And the contactless concept means there’s no one to talk to if there’s a problem, as with our non functioning coffee maker.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was able to get me in three hours early for check-in so I could freshen up before an event and I really appreciated that. This was my first contactless experience so it was a little confusing. I booked through Hotels.com and nobody made me aware that I needed to check out via email. I just left like I would a regular hotel room. However, I wasn’t charged extra so I guess that turned out okay.

Cute place! Clean, nice job with communication from owners. Privacy great. Lubbock downtown stinks. Empty abandoned buildings, and there isn’t much to get to without a car. Plan for Door Dash and you’ll be fine. Five minute walk to convention center.

Beautiful modern and historic decor, well designed finishes, roomy staycation. If you don’t need all the hotel extras like room service, the gym, or extra towels — which we didn’t — it’s a perfect stay. The TVs had quality viewing and the parking was right outside our room. It was within walking distance to two upscale restaurants, the LBK brewery and the coffee shop. I’ll be visiting again!

The room was nice, check in was fast and easy, parking was great, th tv was very difficult to navigate through had 2 remotes but nether one them them worked amd when they did it was very hard to figure out, the sheet with the program list was not up to date, very disappointed in that, also the room did offer decaffeinated coffee

We were in town for a concert just down the street. This location was perfect. The efforts into making the room comfortable and the little things like the shower head, toiletries and mini fridge and coffee bar was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment. Could do with some plates and cups etc and different coffees. I only drink decaf and the coffee was so strong. Also some washing soap would be good for cleaning the kitchen area after use. Bed comfortable and so was the sofa. Love the HBO TV!

We love Pioneer Pocket and has utmost faith the Millsap Suites would be just as great. We were not disappointed! The beds were comfy, plush towels, plenty of space. Maybe bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper - the room is right there next to downtown streets. These suites are walking distance to West Table restaurant, LBK brewery and Berkeley Farms. Will stay here again when in Lubbock
