Tru by Hilton Beckley

We have chosen this hotel in the past because it does not have carpets in the room and gerenally feels clean. The rooms are small (and we knew this). However on this stay we did not experience and service in the room during a 4 night stay (even after bringing this to the attention of front desk staff. They blamed it on other people and the room was never serviced. On the morning le checked out we found a someone else’s clothing in our room which made us believe that one of the staff may have used our room to shower and change clothes. This was disturbing. I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

No problems.

Clean room. Nice amenities like the snack area. Easy access to my room.

Breakfast was decent as was location. It was a older hotel and the rooms were really noisy, especially from people above.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the lack of operational elevators was a physical challenge with suit cases.
