We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at Villa RayEl! The house is truly amazing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for our family! The highlight was definitely the pool, which was amazing. We were in town for a wedding at Stanly Ranch, and the location of the villa was ideal, making it easy to attend the festivities while also enjoying some downtime. We loved everything about this house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Napa!

House was perfect. Great location, easy drive to town and wineries. Back area, including pool and hot tub felt very secluded, including backdrop of winery. Property manager, Julie, was very helpful and responsive during stay. Looking forward to next time.

The property was even better in person! Conveniently located, but felt like you were secluded. It was perfect for our party of 6 (3 couples) with enough privacy and the communal rooms were just the right size for gathering. The grounds were immaculate, the view from the upper deck (with al fresco dining) was gorgeous, and the kitchen was extremely organized and well stocked. They thought of every detail for your stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we cant wait to come back!

This was a bachelorette trip for my cousin.This was the most wonderful place I have stayed. Julie, the property manager, was so wonderful and accommodating. The property itself is so beautiful, we didn’t even need to leave to go into downtown. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. All 7 of us were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is kept up with so beautifully. The garden by the pool is were we hung out most. There is a washer and dryer, plenty of closet space for clothes, and the pool was great to have after time out downtown. The property is about 8mins to downtown Napa and 30mins to the vineyards. I cannot say enough great things about this property. BOOK THIS!

The property was just perfect for our visit to Napa Valley for 5 days. The pics are true to the villa, which is designed and decorated in the style of the Mediterranean. The pool, which we did not use (December) was private and would be perfect for a summer visit (which we may certainly do); the hot tub, which we did use, was perfect for the visit, and we used after having cocktails each evening by the fire table, The location was ideal to travel to downtown Napa, Yountville, and Calistoga during our stay, but the villa itself is located on a curve which apparently has a cautionary history. Be careful traveling onto and away from the property, but otherwise we will plan a future visit during warmer months. A very well kept home conveniently located just minutes away from everything Napa. Located on the outskirts of a central neighborhood that provided immediate access to hwy 29, yet surprisingly secluded from the neighborhood with a stream and views of a vineyard along the entire back side of the property. The villa home is very spacious, with a very clean and comfy presentation. The fireplace and jacuzzi were perfect for the cool evenings.

We rent this property several times a year and it never disappoints! It's always clean, very well-appointed (kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and so comfortable. The house manager, Julie, is very responsive, helpful, and lovely to work with. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

My wife and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving (Sun-Sun) with our two adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, we took the upstairs, the kids the downstairs. Mark, the owner, and Julie, the property manager, answered our questions and were very helpful before and after the booking process. The kids needed to work remotely before Thanksgiving so we were pleased with the solid internet connection. We liked the ability to park three cars easily in the driveway, and while the location feels remote and very private, it is actually minutes from downtown Napa. The place was clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen, which made preparing our Thanksgiving dinner that much easier. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

A very comfortable, roomy & inviting property, a perfect Napa getaway. Though just off Hwy.29 & the hustle of Napa City, it feels isolated and removed. Very attractive outdoor space, it’s an easy locale to use as a home base amidst the attractions of the Valley. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I took our parents to Napa to celebrate my Mom and Mother-in-Law’s 70th birthdays. The home looks just as pictured; truly fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom was great. The upstairs room is warmer than those downstairs, so I would have people choose rooms with that in mind. Not at all uncomfortable, just a tip. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Julie gave us the tour upon arrival, and the communication with Mark was always seamless. Location is great; easy drive to wineries. I would stay here over and over again. Thank you Villa RayEl for being a part of our special trip!

Villa RayEl was an amazing place. We loved our stay in the house and it's location! It was exactly as described in the listing- a beautiful Italian Villa with vineyard views. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well with us as well did the owners prior to our vacation. We definitely will return to this rental on our next trip to Napa.

We rent this property several times a year and it never disappoints! It's always clean, very well-appointed (kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and so comfortable. The house manager, Julie, is very responsive, helpful, and lovely to work with. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

My wife and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving (Sun-Sun) with our two adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, we took the upstairs, the kids the downstairs. Mark, the owner, and Julie, the property manager, answered our questions and were very helpful before and after the booking process. The kids needed to work remotely before Thanksgiving so we were pleased with the solid internet connection. We liked the ability to park three cars easily in the driveway, and while the location feels remote and very private, it is actually minutes from downtown Napa. The place was clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen, which made preparing our Thanksgiving dinner that much easier. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

This was a bachelorette trip for my cousin.This was the most wonderful place I have stayed. Julie, the property manager, was so wonderful and accommodating. The property itself is so beautiful, we didn’t even need to leave to go into downtown. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. All 7 of us were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is kept up with so beautifully. The garden by the pool is were we hung out most. There is a washer and dryer, plenty of closet space for clothes, and the pool was great to have after time out downtown. The property is about 8mins to downtown Napa and 30mins to the vineyards. I cannot say enough great things about this property. BOOK THIS!

My husband and I took our parents to Napa to celebrate my Mom and Mother-in-Law’s 70th birthdays. The home looks just as pictured; truly fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom was great. The upstairs room is warmer than those downstairs, so I would have people choose rooms with that in mind. Not at all uncomfortable, just a tip. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Julie gave us the tour upon arrival, and the communication with Mark was always seamless. Location is great; easy drive to wineries. I would stay here over and over again. The property was even better in person! Conveniently located, but felt like you were secluded. It was perfect for our party of 6 (3 couples) with enough privacy and the communal rooms were just the right size for gathering. The grounds were immaculate, the view from the upper deck (with al fresco dining) was gorgeous, and the kitchen was extremely organized and well stocked. They thought of every detail for your stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we cant wait to come back!

A very comfortable, roomy & inviting property, a perfect Napa getaway. Though just off Hwy.29 & the hustle of Napa City, it feels isolated and removed. Very attractive outdoor space, it’s an easy locale to use as a home base amidst the attractions of the Valley. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was wonderful! We were close to everything Napa but sitting on the back porch and looking out at the beautiful scenery behind the house felt like we were "away". We went to wineries, grocery store, restaurants and downtown Napa from here. We would love to stay here again!

The house was well maintained and stocked. We did come in cooler weather so it took a while for the house and hot tub to warm up. It’s a great set up for a large group of people. The beds were comfortable. The amenities such as washer/dryer, hairdryers, and blankets. Will try to come back again!
