Perfect for what I needed: private parking, good a/c, towels, bed and it had a safe in the room. Olga at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I spent one night because I needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of hours.

Lugar maravilhoso, donos super receptivos e simpáticos, café da manhã bem gostoso, terraço super agradável, inúmeros restaurantes bons ao redor que é possível ir a pé, praia bem pertinho também se pode ir a pé, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro bom, excelente estadia!!

Lo bueno: el trato del personal y el precio. Lo malo: La habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y aunque intentamos venitarla, el olor no se fue. Una de las ventanas no tenía cierre de seguridad y se podía entrar desde el balcón sin mucho problema porque no tenía rejas ni nada. En general, el mobiliario estaba en mal estado, la grifería estaba oxidada y no era nada cómodo estar en esa habitación. El aire acondicionado goteaba. La parte de la cocina parecía tener grasa y estar sucia, la nevera hacía bastante ruido y no había utensilios de cocina ni nada por el estilo, por lo que no se podía utilizar. Además, tampoco está tan cerca ni de la playa ni de la zona de restauración.

Great staff from when you walk in the door to your departure time. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Would stay here again only wish they had a pool.

Foram 6 noites bem tranquilas, quarto equipado com ar-condicionado e ventilador de teto, microondas e frigobar, porém, como não havia esponja para lavar a louça utilizada, e o serviço de quarto era a cada 3 dias, acabava ficando suja. O sinal de internet um pouco fraco no quarto, mas funciona. Localização boa, o hotel fica próximo a praia, apenas alguns minutinhos de caminhada, próximo a bares, restaurantes e mercados. Me senti segura e satisfeita com a escolha da estadia.

The location was excellent; just a couple of hundred yards away from the busy square with loud music and bars but set in a quiet residential area and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good house-keeping with rooms being cleaned every other day and towels and bed sheets changed too. However, if you are looking for genuine self-catering, this is not the place for you. We had to ask for equipment and were given one single hot ring/ hob and a microwave; there were very few if any essential kitchen utensils so we ate out a lot more than we had planned. I would stay again for a couple of nights as it is good value for money but not longer-term if this was to be your main holiday accommodation.

O hotel é simples e tem um bom custo-beneficio. É localizado próximo a restaurantes e um mercado. Tem um café da manhã bom e funcionários atenciosos. O inconveniente é que surgiu uma barata no quarto. Precisa subir degraus para chegar ao quarto.

Great experience. Let me start by saying that check in is available 24/7 and both the day manager and the night manager were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Although the building is not new it’s well appointed, and has a nice feel. Conveniently located a couple blocks from the beach and can be walked in a few minutes, there are places to eat nearby as well as stores to shop within a few minutes walk. Several Dominican food restaurants nearby also got those courageous enough to try out the local food, which I highly recommend. The free breakfast option is worth the price and their coffee is good.

The bed was just a box spring. It did t actually have real pillows. They were couch cushions. The shower was broken. The AC didn’t work too well and there were tiny little bugs everywhere

Our last minute trip was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

La limpieza es mala

Pésima experiencia. Nos robaron cosas personales de la habitación , solo respondió el encargado en turno “qué mal” Limpieza terrible, tuvimos que pedir en varias ocasiones hicieran la limpieza de la habitación. Y un día nos quedamos sin agua para poder bañarnos.

The AC did not work in my room and my room had several roaches

The location is excellent, but unfortunatly the reception is not good We were in Dali room and the sink was very old. They were old dishes with some rust . Also the towels very old and they dont clean the room every day .

Pelo propota do Custo-Benefício está Ok. O que o Hotel precisa (E MUITO) é melhorar as condições de PREVENÇÃO CONTRA COVID-19 (FUNCIONARIOS NÃO UTILIZAM MÁSCARAS) NEM DO RESTAURANTE. Os quartos (ocupamos 03 diferentes) e todos com a higiene precária.

The price was fine so you probably what you pay for. Stayed for 5 nights when I checked in there was no towels in the room, I asked for some the day after check in and got them no problem. Also asked for the key for the safe to keep my passport in and was told it was not possible. The window to the balcony never locked properly so was a bit concerned there was no access to a safe. I felt I had to walk round with my backpack because of this and that was a bit of a pain. The property is close to the beach and there was a few places nearby to eat. The staff are friendly enough. It’s fine for a couple of nights stay. If I was gonna come back to punta cana I would push the boat out and go to a resort.

Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt (nur auf intensiven Druck, einmal in der Woche). Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:30, aber manchmal auch erst ab 9:00. Balkon im Erdgeschoss ist nicht nutzbar. Im Text angebotene Kaffeemaschine und Badewanne war nicht verfügbar. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch, die Verständigung ist schwierig. Manchmal gibt es lautstarke Diskussionen/Streit mitten in der Nacht 3:53 ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste. Kreditkartenzahlung war anscheinend für mich nicht möglich, obwohl ich gesehen habe dass andere Gäste per Karte gezahlt haben. Das einzig Positive ist die recht nette Dachterrasse, aber auch nicht so wie auf den Fotos.

Was told by an individual in the lobby that I had to leave the room key whenever I left the property. Without knowing who he was I said "you're funny." He followed me outside yelling rudely and loudly that I will leave the keys, I said no I'm not. He then said that he was the owner and that I will leave the keys. I said that I didnt care who he was and that I'm not leaving the keys. After some back and forth he said that if I lose the keys I would have to pay $30. I found out later that he was a manager. There is no written policy nor was I verbally informed when checking in that the keys had to be left whenever exiting the property. The room keys are kept hanging on the wall behind the front desk. Most times when walking past the front desk there's no employees in the area, the keys are left unprotected. Anyone can walk in from the street take a key or two or more and enter rooms. The room had two safes on the floor in the closet, one bolted down and the other not. There was no access to the one that was bolted, but the other was accessible only by key. The key to the safe is on the ring with the key to the room. With access to the room, there is access to the safe or one could just take the safe with them Other than the manager the staff was friendly and professional.

le secteur est correct, de nombreux restaurants sont proches, c'est parfait pour une nuit étape pour l'arrivée à PUNTA CANA. PERSONNEL SERVIABLE, nous avons eu toutes les informations utiles pour notre départ.

Very convenient place to stay, walkable distance from Restaurants. You better bring cash to pay, because it has problems with cards. However the place is very convenient. Upon request they can clean the room and bring you towels.

This hotel is a hidden gem!! I stayed for two nights and I must say I had a great time. The hotel is near the beach and there’s a few restaurants in the area. The staff was amazing from checking in to Setting up transportation to the airport.I'm already planning my return trip..See y’all soon

Razoável, vale pelo custo benefício! A cama e os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis, as toalhas velhas e manchadas e o banheiro não tinha suporte pra colocar xampu, condicionador, etc. O ponto forte é a localização, perto de vários restaurantes, estabelecimentos comerciais e da praia. As ruas do entorno são cheias de lixo, não tive uma boa impressão

El hotel se encuentra a pocas cuadras del lugar con más movimiento de esa zona, adicional está a pocas cuadras del acceso a la playa. El lugar es seguro. Mi habitación contó con buen flujo de agua caliente y aire acondicionado. En cuanto a lo malo de mi habitación el colchón estaba algo duro, la grifería y lavabo en mal estado.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a quiet street in a very local side of the city and very close to the beach. Some small supermarkets in the area or same street, an excursion agency in the same street on the way to the beach, many restaurants in the area. Perfect for people that want to enjoy holidays on their own way without "all inclusive" option.

Nous avons regretté que l’établissement ne possède pas d’ascenseur pour porter les valises au 3e niveau ( pour des personnes âgées), nous avions que l’eau froide pour la douche. Sinon, personnel disponible, avec un départ à 8 h, trop tôt pour un petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation : celui-ci est servi à partir de 9h. À préciser dans votre annonce

I had a great stay at Art Villa Hostel! The air conditioning was fantastic compared to other places in the island, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Make sure to bring your own amenities like shampoo and shower gel, as they don’t provide those. Pillows not very comfortable but they changed them for us. The breakfast included was a nice local dish, and they even prepared coffee for us ahead of opening on the day of our excursion. Additionally, booking trips through the hostel was cheaper than other places. Kudos to Daniel, the owner, for his humor and hospitality and for his team —it truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend with a great price and value!

A pousada apresentou diversos problemas, a começar pelo atendimento. Fui surpreendida pelo recepcionista na chegada com a informação de que não aceitavam cartão de forma alguma e que eu deveria realizar o pagamento em dinheiro, porém aqui no hoteis.com eu inseri cartão e estava com reserva confirmada. No dia seguinte vi uma outra hóspede pagando em cartão e nem uma satisfação ele me deu. Lamentável! O quarto que fiquei não tinha água quente no chuveiro, o café da manhã ofertado era apenas 1 pão com ovo, 1 iogurte com mamão e café ou chá, suco era pago a parte. Além disso, começava às 8h o que fez com que em um dia de passeio saíssemos em jejum. O atendente tinha um espanhol péssimo, até mesmo que fala espanhol sentia dificuldade e ele não fazia nenhum esforço para ser compreendido, pelo contrário continuava falando rápido e até ria. Enfim, não recomendo.

The language barrier was an issue but the host did all they could to help. I got breakfast which was excellent.
