Overall a fantastic trip. Staff, food and drinks great. However a warning to all, the pool has many missing tiles and people (especially kids) cut their feet regularly. This needs to be resolved. In the mean time, I’d strongly suggest water shoes or aqua socks for kids especially. We would love to return but reluctant until they fix their pools.

Ups and down: hotel has very nice parts but pools are a disaster, with a lot of broken parts and holes, automatic doors sensor are useless (my wife ended with an injured leg), service is average to poor except Auma and Maxal, bartenders dont wanna work, housekeeping poor, there were the same dirty plates from room service outside a room for 2 days

This is a great place. If you just wanna get away leaving the property transportation can be a little tough but there’s enough amenities at the resort to keep you comfortable for four or five days.

The staff and service were top tier. We thoroughly enjoyed the MJ show, latin show, and the kids activities. The kids made a pizza, learned to play traditional instruments and even picked up some Spanish. Every person greated us as we walked around the property and always smiled while they worked. We visited the pools on both sides of the property and the splash pad. The pools appears to be falling a part. My kids picked up a few tiles they found floating in the pool. There was a pool trim piece that was also floating around in the pool near the steps. Certain areas of the property had a leaking ceiling.

The pool area was beautiful and clean. The staff super welcoming and attentive. Loved the idea of two separate pools for family and adults only. I would come back again for another stay. I would also recommend to family and friends.

Great hotel if you’re planning on staying on property the whole time. It’s not walkable. They offer activities throughout the day which keeps you busy, but everything shuts down by 10pm or so. They don’t have a club or anywhere to dance at night. Food was a hit or miss. Make sure to get reservations for dinner as soon as you check in. And ask your servers for food recommendations.

Aquí les dejo una reseña más detallada por área: El Lobby: Moderno e imponente, siempre bien ambientado y con música en vivo por las noches, camareros siempre atentos ofreciendo bebidas. Las Habitaciones: En general muy buenas, la vista al mar es espectacular. Los colchones están un poco blandos para mi gusto y la TV no tenía acceso a YouTube… La Piscina: Muy bonitas pero desafortunadamente no existe un punto de sombra, la exposición al intenso sol es muy fuerte hasta las 5:00 PM, lo demás es excelente incluyendo el servicio de los camareros y el pequeño water park… Nota: Me extraña que para ser un hotel relativamente nuevo no entiendo por qué no le construyeron un bar dentro de la piscina☹️. El Kids Club: EXCELENTE!!!! A+++, Las chicas que trabajan allí son todas excelentes…. Lástima que no recuerdo sus nombres para mencionarlas a TODAS!! Restaurantes: el Buffet Velas es muy bueno y siempre cuenta con opciones para todos los gustos tanto para desayuno, almuerzo y cena… El servio al cliente es superior al promedio y me sorprendió que el primer día solicité Coke Zero y mi camarera muy amablemente me dijo que solo tenía Diet… Pero al otro día la misma camarera se acerco a mi con una Coke Zero en la mano y me la sirvió mientras me decía que hoy si tenían!!!! Me sorprendió esa atención a los detalles.. Es una pena no recordar su nombre!!

We went during weekend in July. The staff seemed lowstaffed for the amount of people that was in the resort. The service was very slow and had to wait 10-15 mins just to get drinks served even in buffet restaurant. The pool was dirty and everything was conjusted. I would go to some other resort next time.

great place for a family trip. the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful design. there is a very small beach and the water was very cloudy and dark. this was a disappointment but not the fault of the hotel. staff were very helpful. drinks were excellent and top shelf liquor. there is an ice cream and churro bakery and it was great! food at the buffet was really good! we have been to many all inclusive hotels and the buffet was the best at this one. excellent service by the wait staff. the food choices were great. 3 of the 4 restaurants require reservations. we only tried Maxal which had mostly Mexican seafood dishes. the food was ok - but one shrimp entree dish was really good. the pools were very nice and clean. you do need to reserve your chairs if you want a good spot or an umbrella.

My partner and I have been to the Hilton 4 years in a row. This year we were leaving very disappointed and will have us looking at other resort options moving forward. 1) We had issues upon arrival with no tissues and empty bottles of body wash, shampoo. We told the staff and they brought us conditioner and body lotion. They called us that same night at 12AM when we were sleeping saying they noticed they delivered the wrong bottles and could attend now to deliver the correct ones 2) Unlike the other 3 years we were given conncecting rooms. We could hear all the noise from the groups in the adjacent rooms. We had to request new rooms as they were so loud 3) My partner was served raw/under cooked fish at Auma which we sent back. Manager came over to apologise but nothing else was offered/gestured 4) AC in new room did not work. Sent a maintance crew twice to our room before being switched to new another room 5) Eating at Vela buffet. I ordered an apple juice, took a sip, and pulled a long hair from my mouth that was still partially in the glass. I then also noticed there was an old peice of spinach on the outside of my glass. 6) Pool needs maintance. Tiles were chipping from inside the pool and a child could easily have swallowed the tile Needless to say our experience was not great this time. I feel like this is the same for others as we overheard other families in the pool expressing how they to stayed at the hilton for several years and this years service declined

King Suites are very comfortable, great bathroom setup (one in bedroom, one in seating area), really good shower, so is an ideal setup for traveling with small family (1-2 kids). Pool area is fine but very narrow (kids’ splash area takes up a lot of real estate). Don’t travel here in summer though. Brown algae problem makes the also very narrow beach area essentially unusable. Not the hotel’s fault, but tough to get the full benefit of an all-inclusive beachside stay without the beach. Food was good but pretty Americanized. You need to ask for the fresh salsa (it’s not given or mentioned unless you ask) if you want more heat/flavor. Needs work on dining/experience reservation process. Had to go to front desk twice to have the correct “magic link” generated for our reservation to use the hotel website (they don’t do anything through the Hilton app), and even then, most of the functionality directs you to go to the reservation desk, which opens later and closes earlier than most excursions’ pickup/drop off times. The weirdest thing though was the entrance to the property, an intentionally bumpy drive/gateway that was awful for any shuttle/bus rides for airport or excursions. Just a weird design that makes an unpleasant first impression, or a jarring return trip after a long bus ride.

Hotel needs updating.. Roons have no dressers or garbage cans. Small garbage can in bathrooms. Showers leak because there are no lifts so water runs out to toilet. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. All restaurants and lobby areas have solitary bathrooms so guests have to wait to use, Guard rails should be installed on exterior steps ( not safe for children or people with handicaps).

The food was fantastic. I am not a fan of buffets and rarely enjoy all inclusive hotels but the food here was fantastic! Of the 3 choices for dinner however, the mexican restaurant was the worst. I preferred the buffet most nights. The restaurant staff for breakfast was great especially David and Bernardo (uncle Bernie). However mist staff wasn't that friendly and inviting. Punta Cana as a whole does a much better job at this. Wasn't a fan of Freddie at the front desk, was kinda dismissive. We're hold members at Hilton (didn't make a big deal of it), but because we booked through Expedia, I felt we got a raw deal on our room. We went to sleep listening to trucks beep as they backed up and woke up most mornings at 6am to trucks backing up as we were right above the loading dock. We reached out to Hilton and asked Freddie for help in changing our room but didn't get much help. We very well coulbed pitched a fit and talked to a manager but we just wanted to enjoy our vacation, but the last night there we woke up at about 530am to the sound of trucks backing in to the dock whereas other mornings it would start and seemingly stop, this morning it didn't until about 8 or 9 when we had to be up anyhow. Whatever you do don't get a room anywhere near 4021, anything that's an odd number around there would be on the dock side, please please let them know you'd like somewhere else. I'd give them max stars but for this experience! Property is great, pool was closed for a day though

Great stay and amenities. The hotel was pristine, workers were so friendly, and food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. In our room, we didn’t love the clear glass wall separating the bedroom from bathroom sink area, and fogged glass shower and toilet doors. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive! The hotel is beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and made our experience even better. We stayed from Monday until Saturday morning and really enjoyed the food and buffet overall. We noticed the buffet was especially good on Friday night — definitely a highlight! During the week, the food was good, but it could be even better. Still, everything else was amazing. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

I’d rate 5 stars but the beach water was dark color of sargassum. Almost no body in the water except me and my mom. I still enjoyed the beach by swimming far off shore. The design of bathroom is inconvenient because of see-through glasses between beds and sink area that guests feel uncomfortable to change clothes outside bathtub. Inside bathtub is wet floor after shower most people want to change clothes outside bathtub but no privacy at all. Other than those, everything else was great for me.

The room was beautiful. Swim up pool could have been more private. The service was awesome. I didnt like I paid for a cake to be given after meal and got it while in bed sleeping. The cake was wasted so we didnt get to enjoy it. Bianca was great! She made the stay more memorable and enjoyable. I really would come back.

The hotel was perfect! The room exceeded my expectations. So nice and clean! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful!! The birthday balloon set up was amazing. The food was good and they served top quality alcohol. Not the cheap stuff! The only downside was that the beach wasn’t clear waters. It was brown. So didn’t get to enjoy that.

Some Staff needs more training on customer service. Lady closes the snack bar exactly at noon time even though a patron asks for sandwich. Was told it closes at noon. One server only offers black coffee and was told to go to lobby to get special coffee. Yet other servers accommodated when we went on other days. Service doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Check in and Check out was a major issue. Not near enough staff at these counters. Long lines and long wait times. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not able to handle the number of travelers and minor issues took hours to get resolved. Reservations to Restaurants was difficult and some were completely full our entire stay and were not able to get a reservation. Very clean resort, well maintained, and the food quality is very good. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of.

The facility is great and very clean, however there was a strong smell that was constantly outside. The service at the bar directly was great, but the waiting service was not great. Even at the restaurants the waiting service was not great and very slow. Excellent resort for family oriented experience, other than that I would recommend something else. Food was good. Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food, drinks, service, and entertainment were all top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The dining options were outstanding — the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and buffet all served delicious meals, and the outside grill had the best fish and shrimp tacos we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and spacious, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Shout out to our favorite bartender, Baldemar, by the pool.

Service is not what is expected, some staff members wouldn't even say hi or acknowledge you, check in, and check out staff are very dry they don't know how to treat guests. The Food was average but some of the staff from the restaurants went above and beyond like German, Alejandro, Victor, Salvador, Joel and Moiseis, and the room service. On my birthday in they put a cupcake and a Prosecco bottle in my room which was very nice. The room was always clean.

The staff were all friendly. Did not feel like I was intruding when I approached them. The food options were good a nice variety plentiful. Was given the option to upgrade for a minimal amount and was so glad I did. My view of the sun rising each morning was indescribable as was my view of the pool and ocean. My room was clean and spacious. I celebrated an anniversary while there- imagine my surprise to receive a knock on my door only to see room service with a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries for 2 compliments from the hotel!! If all Hiltons are managed like this I will look to them first for my future travel accommodations.

This resort was great. Beautiful property with a lot of options for food and daytime food. We stayed for a family vacation with 2 kids (8 & 10 yrs) and we would definitely stay again. It was GREAT. Only thing I did not like was check in process took forever. Waited in line for about 45 minutes just to check in (line wrapped around the corner).

Room was clean and beautiful, staffs were nice and friendly. Foods were delicious but I wish they had more options for the food at the buffet and the specialty restaurants. The beach was very disappointing. It was small and narrow. You can’t walk to the beach without going through the stairs and the water color was like a lemonade. The hotel itself was beautiful, but too small. It was too remote and built out of no where. It’s impossible to go out of the hotel without hiring uber or taking shuttle to the shopping center.

The staff and customer service were excellent, and the restaurants were top-notch—our favorite was La Luce. Be sure to ask for David as your server! The views, the ocean, and the amenities were all incredible. The only downside was the transportation. Like much of Cancun, the taxi services are tightly controlled, and we were quoted $65 for a five-minute ride from the Hilton Taxi Services, which felt extremely overpriced.

28BW from NYC: I booked this resort really last minute because someone posted a TikTok video, and the food looked good—if I'm being honest. This resort is extremely beautiful, and the aesthetic of the room is stunning as well. The staff, let me tell you, whoever trained them did a superb job. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, top-tier service. Not looking for tips, just genuinely doing their jobs, and I appreciate that. But the food is exactly what you'd expect from an all-inclusive resort—nothing more, nothing less. It looked way more appealing on TikTok, but the food was just decent. The buffet was the highlight, honestly. The steakhouse had potential; they were so close, but maybe I’m a harsh critic. The Mexican restaurant... the service really made up for the food; this was their moment to shine, and they failed. Also, all of the food was cold. I hate cold food—I can't wrap my head around that, even if it’s pre-made, just toss it in the microwave or give it a quick torch. Anything! Cold, nasty food is just ridiculous. But the worst—absolutely the worst—was the sushi restaurant. Don't waste your time. The service was phenomenal, but yeah, just don't go there. Every night, we ended up at the buffet, which surprisingly had the best tomato soup I’ve ever had—literally a 10/10. I loved the buffet, and I loved the staff. But let me tell you, the bar? 1000/1000. Top-shelf liquor and they had hookah!

The staff is wonderful! We loved Abraham at the buffet for breakfast and Humberto during lunch at the tacos by the pool. The hotel was clean. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian and the steakhouse. I would definitely return back.

Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food, drinks, service, and entertainment were all top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The dining options were outstanding — the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and buffet all served delicious meals, and the outside grill had the best fish and shrimp tacos we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and spacious, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Shout out to our favorite bartender, Baldemar, by the pool.

Service is not what is expected, some staff members wouldn't even say hi or acknowledge you, check in, and check out staff are very dry they don't know how to treat guests. The Food was average but some of the staff from the restaurants went above and beyond like German, Alejandro, Victor, Salvador, Joel and Moiseis, and the room service. On my birthday in they put a cupcake and a Prosecco bottle in my room which was very nice. The room was always clean.

great place for a family trip. the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful design. there is a very small beach and the water was very cloudy and dark. this was a disappointment but not the fault of the hotel. staff were very helpful. drinks were excellent and top shelf liquor. there is an ice cream and churro bakery and it was great! food at the buffet was really good! we have been to many all inclusive hotels and the buffet was the best at this one. excellent service by the wait staff. the food choices were great. 3 of the 4 restaurants require reservations. we only tried Maxal which had mostly Mexican seafood dishes. the food was ok - but one shrimp entree dish was really good. the pools were very nice and clean. you do need to reserve your chairs if you want a good spot or an umbrella.

Variety of food and drinks, at any time of the day and night. The 3 restaurants with a dinner reservation are always booked, and let’s only 1 or 2 time slats usually late like 9pm, or later. The only minus is that there is not enough chairs by the pools, you have to get up really early to claim a chair for yourself and your family or friends. We rented a cabana at south and north pool. The service by South pool was excellent!!!!! Especially Pedro was a great one. At the North pool they ignored our reservation till almost 11 am, I asked a multiple waiters about ice, water and complementary drinks. Eventually we received it all but if you consider cabanas, choose the one by south pool. South side is quieter, north side is louder with more activities for kids and adults. We enjoy the pool valleyball, and aqua aerobics. But the music it’s being played wright behind cabana nr 8, so if you want a great view of the ocean you’ll get it , but at the cost of loud music! We got the 2 queen bedroom. Beds were comfortable, but there is no privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom walls are completely made of glass which leaves you with a total lack of privacy outside of the toilet and shower which are the only concealed parts of the bathroom. And be careful, if the lights are dimmed, you can’t see the glass, I walked into it twice, hitting my head really hard. On tv there is nothing to watch, like we wanted to watch a move or something at the evening. Overall it was ok!

Great hotel if you’re planning on staying on property the whole time. It’s not walkable. They offer activities throughout the day which keeps you busy, but everything shuts down by 10pm or so. They don’t have a club or anywhere to dance at night. Food was a hit or miss. Make sure to get reservations for dinner as soon as you check in. And ask your servers for food recommendations.
