The staff’s service and attention are top notch, great dining options, everything looks great, I just wished they kept the pool open until a later time, I feel more people would enjoy it after the sun is burning you during the day.

Altho this is a family friendly resort, I would recommend still kids should not be allowed at the pool bar. We have been to some all inclusive for family and they do not allow kid at the bar. To clarify myself, they can be at the pool but just not at the bar.

It’s nice however it’s not worth the price. The food was below average. Chairs in the main dining restaurant Vela are stained and so unclean. One loses one’s appetite looking at them. There are 4 restaurants that all require reservations and are open only for dinner. We tried the steak house which served really bad food. The steaks arrived cold and were chewy. Room service skirt steaks were much better. The buffet is sub par and the only one open for lunch and dinner. The only plus is the outstanding view and the whirlpool area. I wouldn’t recommend this place and would not return.

Great Hilton property. Clean, great drinks and great staff. Beach was barely any sargamon. Because I was with all adults, the hotel should offer more activities for adults in the evening and later hours for the bar. Compared to other all inclusive in Cancun, 10pm is an early cut off time.

Suite, 1 King Bed, Jetted Tub, Beachfront (Enclave) Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for seven nights and were shocked to find cockroaches in our room every day for five days. For such an expensive hotel, this is completely unacceptable, and the issue was never properly addressed. The 24-hour room service is a joke, we placed an order and waited over three hours for our food. The soundproofing is terrible; it’s noisy late at night and again early in the morning, making it very hard to sleep. We tried the steakhouse, Noriku, Noriku Teppanyaki, and Chala Sky Bar. The food quality wasn’t very good. The Vela Rodizio was the only restaurant that was okay. After trying these, we didn’t want to try any of the others. All the alcoholic drinks were watered down and tasted very bland. Overall, this hotel fails on hygiene, service, food, and comfort. We cannot recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff was very friendly, however the resort itself was extremely underwhelming; especially the hotel entrance and lobby. This by no means lived up to an actual "Hilton property" My bathroom shower had mold in the corners. The buffet had the same exact food every single day ( we were there for five days ). We have been to Cancun multiple times each time at a different resort and each resort offered a variety of different kinds of food options every single day. This was extremely disappointing especially for a Hilton property. There weren't as many seafood/vegetarian options as well. There are 5 restaurants on the property but only three open during lunch. Again - offering the same food every single day! A few times we ordered drinks by the pool where the server would just happen to "disappear", and attend to other people. I have had to physically go up the drink section and find the server I placed the order with and ask about my drinks. Each time I was told " oh we went to other side " When that clearly wasn't the case. They didn't have fresh coconuts - which I thought was very odd. The four flights of stairs to get to the beach was a little annoying (again comparing to other resorts). The kids pool area was definitely a hit with my kids, and the activities by the main pool were solid. Overall did not feel like a Hilton property and food variety, seafood and vegetarian options were bare minimum.

Needs some TLC - all the fabric chairs and sofas around the hotel and in the rooms have stains. We got the nicest room in the hotel and it was still very average. Offering turn down service or some chocolate would be nice. It’s the little details that make someone remember your hotel and want to return. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room came with 2 sinks inside the bathroom only 1 worked, I notified the front desk but nothing was done. The knob on the balcony door was loose and keep falling off. Not enough trash bags and the floor needed to be swept, but other then that it was a nice hotel.

The bed sheets needed to be cleaned, and even the beds themselves, as we experienced bed bug bites. The floor was never properly cleaned walking barefoot felt unpleasant because there was always debris, even after the room was serviced. I had to wear sandals at all times while walking around the room. At the restaurants, the best food options were always considered add-ons (not included)It often felt like the waiters were pushing us to purchase these additional items or to buy wine that wasn’t included as well During our stay, we only encountered two truly great waiters and one excellent bartender during our stay We got an all inclusive spot to try and save money on going out to eat everyday but we ended up going out to eat elsewhere as the food options were better with more quality more portions and better prices other than that most staff was pretty nice at least. Hotel room view wasn’t horrible I don’t think I’d come here again next time if I head over to Cancun as a place to stay.

My stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort was overall okay, but not as impressive compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve experienced in the past. The service was also just okay—acceptable, but with room for improvement to make the guest experience more seamless. I initially booked the King Suite with a beachfront balcony, and later upgraded to a suite with a beachfront plunge pool for the last two nights of my stay. Both rooms were spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. However, I did have to request basic amenities such as slippers and the Enclave tote bags, as they were not provided in either room upon arrival. In terms of activities, the resort didn’t offer as many daily options as I’ve seen at other Hilton all-inclusive properties, especially compared to Hilton Tulum, which had a more engaging and active schedule. Overall, the resort was decent, but there are several areas—food quality, service, and activity offerings—where enhancements could make the experience significantly better.

Fabiola checked us in. I felt like I was a burden to her by asking questions about our room and balcony. The room we stayed in with a “balcony” and “ocean view” versus what I thought I paid for was very misleading on the website. I didn’t understand the “ocean view” up charge when every room had an “ocean view” technically, and the “balcony”charge when I could barely stand on it. There were rooms with true ocean views and a real balcony, which is what I thought I paid for per their website when I chose the room. Oh and don’t let me forget her bad attitude when I told her the next day that my email address was wrong, that’s why I hadn’t received the email to book the restaurants. Fabiola says, “well I asked you was it your last name and you confirmed it”, with a matter of fact attitude. I said yes you are correct, it is my last name. But, you first have to spell my last name correctly as it is on my reservation. She was missing a letter. Once she corrected it, she then turned back to me and says, “You can leave now if there’s nothing else”, with a funky attitude. First impressions are everything. My first impression of the property we were staying at for the next week was not very good. The room also smelled like mildew. The smell was the strongest in the bathroom. I had to call down multiple times to get a dental kit and washcloths. It took 3,5 hours to get the dental kit and 2 hours for washcloths. Our massages and their staff were top tier.

I ended up with a room on 9th floor. Beautiful, clean, smelled amazing and most of all AC working perfect. The room had a balcony. Sunrise is on the ocean so the balcony came in handy. The sunset is on the lagoon and all I had to do was go outside my door. Sunsets in Cancun are like no other.

We had something wrong with the shower in the room. Water would leak out and flood the entire bathroom and parts of the room. Literally had to use all the towels to dry the floor every time we used the shower. It was reported to the hotel concierge 3 or 4 times. They even came and took pictures. Stayed for a week and hotel did not fix the problem.

My stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort was overall okay, but not as impressive compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve experienced in the past. There were plenty of food options available throughout the property, but the taste and quality could definitely be improved. The service was also just okay—acceptable, but with room for improvement to make the guest experience more seamless. I initially booked the King Suite with a beachfront balcony, and later upgraded to a suite with a beachfront plunge pool for the last two nights of my stay. Both rooms were spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. However, I did have to request basic amenities such as slippers and the Enclave tote bags, as they were not provided in either room upon arrival. In terms of activities, the resort didn’t offer as many daily options as I’ve seen at other Hilton all-inclusive properties, especially compared to Hilton Tulum, which had a more engaging and active schedule. Overall, the resort was decent, but there are several areas—food quality, service, and activity offerings—where enhancements could make the experience significantly better.

We love this resort .. from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly & attentive services. The foods were good. We didn’t have any trouble making dinner reservations. This is our 3rd time to this resort. Checking was a bit of a hassle due to room paid & requested was not available until we had to tell them of our reservation request & the room we paid.

We wanted to love this place, but it was ruined when someone stole $500 cash out of our safe. Came back from an all day excursion and tried to open our safe. It wouldn’t open. Called security to have it opened. After having it opened we found we were missing cash. We immediately reported it. They searched our room including going through all our bags to ensure we didn’t just misplace it. They asked us to count our remaining cash in front of them. We did. They said it would take 48-72 hours to investigate. 3 days later and repeatedly asking for updates they said the cleaning lady found our safe open and security closed it and put a random code in. When we asked why we weren’t notified that this happened after we called to have it opened he said he didn’t know. They said there was nothing they could do because the two people that entered our room said they didn’t steal it. We requested a copy of the security report. They said okay come get it in the am. In the am they told us we would not be getting a copy of the report or anything in writing documenting what they said happened. Said we needed to file a police report to get it an hour before our departure so clearly we couldn’t do that. We were nothing but nice and tipped all the staff even after this, but I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton/managment for the way they handled this. I will never return here and don’t recommend anyone else chances staying here if they want their room to be safe and secure.

I'd like to give 4.5☆. Some services was ok and others were great. I upgraded my room to Enclave Ocean front which was amazing views. However, there were lots of dust under sink and heading board in the room. My guess is maybe the room was empty for awhile. Foods were good so far except for Italian restaurant that took too long. Also, most of dining restaurants have a small serving. So, if you have big stomach you should order double:))

Cleaning staff stole things from our room. We paid for spa services during check in but spa charged the room again and the hotel wouldn’t refund the additional charge. The only dining reservations were usually very late around 8:30 - 9:00 pm so we were not able to try all the restaurants. Three people out of our group got sick off something eaten there.

We stayed at this hotel for four days with our family, including two toddlers, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the buffet—they were always attentive and accommodating. I love absolutely everything about this resort. Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice. The place is kept super clean. Nothing to complain about. Cleaners come in everyday to clean even without request. The food is great. Great views from every room on the resort. I personally had the ocean front view but there are absolutely no bad views in the resort. You are either looking at the ocean or looking at the gorgeous view of the pool. All rooms have a balcony/ terrace as well. the location is also 15 mins away from the airport.

Nice hotel and clean. Be prepared to walk four flights of stairs to get to the beach. You cannot see the beach from the pool. Best views and amenities are only for enclave/hilton rewards members. Reservations fir dining are hard to get so ne prepared to eat repetitive meals. They did nothing to make my stay feel special. I would stay again knowing that its just a clean hotel, knowing that its not a destination resort vacation.

The staff is very good, the only thing I wasn’t like was the food and the music in the pool, the just put some English music nothing special when you travel to another country you wanna eat tropical music no the same you have at home. Food was just ok. Dining reservations only available after 9:00 PM, limited to just a handful of restaurants. We had to dine at the Buffett most of the time. Worst all inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at when it comes to restaurants, food choices and taste.

The staff was very friendly, however the resort itself was extremely underwhelming; especially the hotel entrance and lobby. This by no means lived up to an actual "Hilton property" My bathroom shower had mold in the corners. The buffet had the same exact food every single day ( we were there for five days ). We have been to Cancun multiple times each time at a different resort and each resort offered a variety of different kinds of food options every single day. This was extremely disappointing especially for a Hilton property. There weren't as many seafood/vegetarian options as well. There are 5 restaurants on the property but only three open during lunch. Again - offering the same food every single day! A few times we ordered drinks by the pool where the server would just happen to "disappear", and attend to other people. I have had to physically go up the drink section and find the server I placed the order with and ask about my drinks. Each time I was told " oh we went to other side " When that clearly wasn't the case. They didn't have fresh coconuts - which I thought was very odd. The four flights of stairs to get to the beach was a little annoying (again comparing to other resorts). The kids pool area was definitely a hit with my kids, and the activities by the main pool were solid. Overall did not feel like a Hilton property and food variety, seafood and vegetarian options were bare minimum.

Was a great place. Only thing was the restaurant Vela is a Buffett and everything was cold. It was not my favorite at all. Good thing they had just opened the Italian restaurant there for breakfast and that was Great.

We really have a great family vacation in this beautiful resort On our first day I’ve complained about the noise of the construction/renovation that’s been going on near our room & the front desk lady was very helpful to transfer us to a quiet & better location & when we checked out, she even allowed us for another hour to use the facilities & restaurant, shout out to her, sorry forgot her name. Thanks Hilton & will continue to patronize your hotels!

Them was dusty and had flies. That room was so dusty I was sick the entire trip. The room had no AC and was super hot at night I didn’t have one good nights rest. Staff was amazing and super helpful. Food was great at the restaurants especially the Sky Bar. Enclave wasn’t really worth it but I can’t imagine being there without it seeing as how it was the only bright spot for me at times. Never going back due to the dirty ahhh room.
