Check in was fine. Downhill from there. No remote for the TV. Tried to find us one but that one didnt work. Wall paper missing in bathroom. No cover on the outlet. Holes in the walls from old things that had been on the wall. This was the more expensive king suite. Picture on the wedsite had a juccuzi tub.... that did not exist

This property is a former motel. The price was very reasonable for a 2 queen bed room. Room was clean, comfortable and had the amenities we needed for a quick overnight stay. The ice machine was out of order, but a local Speedway was gracious to give us a free large cup of ice for our evening cocktails. No breakfast, however, there is a lovely diner just minutes away.

The room was nice and comfortable. However, when we arrived, and I was registering in the main office, I used the main restroom. There was not toilet paper, nothing to dry my hands with. Not really clean at all. I advised the person in the office and he said he would take care of it. Don't know whether he did it. In the room, I tried to register on line with their wifi but had not luck using it. I tried to use the TV but had no luck getting to other channels other than a children's station. It would have helped if they had clear info on how to use tv ( I looked but to no avail).

Our stay was good overall and the room met our needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was the fact they listed breakfast on property but there was only coffee and no food. We booked at this location to try and save a little money from not going out to breakfast, this hotel should change that status as we would have stayed some place else.

When I walked into the room, it smelled like a chain smoker had lived in the room for 30 years. The walls and carpets were as dirty as I have seen and there were several flies in the room. The parking lot was full of cigarette butts and the toilet was broken. I immediately told the clerk that I could not stay there due to health reasons. So, I basically checked in and then left to find another hotel. Hotels.com is trying to help me get my money back since I did not stay in the room. The hotel has not been cooperative and they have not refunded my money yet.

I had a disappointing experience with both Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse. The room was unclean, with insects in the bathroom, stained bedding, burn marks on the blanket and the room smelled as if someone had smoked inside of it just a few hours before checking. Despite being assured by the on-site manager Mr. Patel that a refund would be issued, it was never issued. Expedia provided no meaningful support in resolving the issue they were unable to reach anyone at Days Inn Syracuse.

I checked in on September 14th. I always go in my hotel rooms and check for cleanliness. After I went in the room I noticed that the room did not look or smell clean. I went over to the window to turn on the air conditioner and pulled the curtain back and there were bed bugs on it. I immediately took a picture and left the room. I went to the front desk and showed the guy the picture and checked out and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said I would have to talk to the manager the next day. I went back the next day and still no Manger. I called Expedia and they contacted them and they said that the hotel is only offering me 100 dollars back because they didn’t see anything. I had proof and they still refused. Do not go here!!!

I was ready to jump into the shower (in the morning, I hadn't tried it at night) and there was NO cold water, the cold water handle was not working and part of it came off in my hand. Showering in the scalding hot water was not an option. Whoever cleaned the tub last should have noticed and reported that. I was not happy.

No remote for the TV in the room, had to go to the office twice to get one that worked. No guide for the TV stations. Did not answer my text when I needed something. Clock in room did not work, no phone to call front desk, especially when occupants in room next to me came in at 2:45 AM making 20 minutes of LOUD taking outside of room and then proceeding to slam around the room for an hour after entering. Freezer in refrigerator was caked so thick with ice, you couldn't fir anything in it.

Cable tv didn’t work, the room door looked like it was kicked in prior and it wasn’t on track. You could see the gap in the door. A few lights in the room didn’t work. Then went I sat on the bed it made a loud noise every time I moved. I stayed there years ago when it was under different management and it was way better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked if I could change rooms and he said no.

Comfortable and at a good price but the room is in a urgent need of repair, holes in the bath, ceiling and doors. Beds are very confortable and clean. Staff very friendly, so to just sleep - good choice.

The bed was fairly comfortable but if you’re short, you may have to get a stool to stand on so you can climb in as it is very high off the floor. Other guests were extremely load until the early hours of the morning (4am). Although the amenities were good, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and there was no coffee maker. Due to the noise disturbances alone, I would not stay there again.

When we arrived arrive 8:15 pm, exhausted after a long day on our feet at the NY State Fair, the motel looked abandoned except for having cars in the parking lot (litter on the ground, overgrown weeds sidewalks, etc). But we had paid & registered ahead of time so we figured, what was one nights stay? Then nobody was in the office to give us our key, and we washed and twenty minutes before finally tracking down the managers. The main area of the room looked clean enough (but worn out), but the bathroom has black mold staining around the roller hinges and rust stains in the sink. Again, we figured we could take it for one night--the bed was comfortable and the fee non-refundable so we stuck it out and slept fairly well. When we checked out I noticed we had been charged a temporary $100 damage deposit-- am awful lot for such a sketchy place, when we've stayed in really gorgeous hotels on NY City that only Levi's a $50 deposit. I'm sure this will eventually be refunded, but still. We won't stay here again.

Went to the hotel, checked in, went to a wedding, came back and couldn’t get into our room. Go to the front desk and the entire lobby is filled with other people, come to find out they let two other families into our room because they had assigned the room to 3 separate groups of people. Eventually get in the room again after asking 3 times for a key to be let in. When we got in the room there was a huge hole in the wall and in the bathtub. Lifted up the blankets and the bed was covered in human feces. Packed our stuff and went to the front desk and had to argue for 45 minutes for a refund and had to drive 5 hours back. No apology or explanation either. Also looks nothing like the photos and is very run down. Very sketchy people working and walking around. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The front desk employee was sick or high - in and out of conciseness! The wait to check in because of this was much longer than it needed to be. There were huge cobwebs about the windows on the drapes. Will never stay there again. It was affordable but not worth it. Oh and a $100 deposit was charged that I did not know about. I hope it was refunded.

The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..

I have stayed at this facility in the past and it has been okay. This time however, I was not impressed. The breakfast bar was seriously lacking. It was very limited. My major problem was the cleanliness of the bathroom. After taking a shower, I noticed fecal matter down the side of the toilet to the floor. It was disgusting. I reported it twice. The second time, the manager came with me to the room and cleaned it. After two nights, I went to a different hotel.

Check in star is ready polite and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean. I did not except it will be that Clean is it to park vehicle at your door. in that affordable price they provide light breakfast with coffee, juice, cereal, bagel, and bread muffin definitely coming back

The room was nice, really comfortable beds. No coffee machine’s in the room but that’s ok, I always bring my own. Plus our bathroom didn’t have a plug for the tub. My child wanted to take a bath but couldn’t. The bathroom tub faucets needs fixed as well, you have to be careful when selecting the temperature of the water. Property needed the grass cut too. But it was close to the turnpike. And it work for us. But this place would be good for one night stay if you’re in a hurry.

The room is in need of updates. Mold and water damage in the bathroom, tub and sink was a slow drain. No coffee in the room and none in the lobby. Front door was locked and you needed to go to the night window, use a phone to call the gentleman if you needed anything. He was quick to come help when you called. Overall it was okay for the one night we needed to be close to the hospital.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The property did get fresh paint and fixtures in the room but overall from the outside it isn't the prettiest. My wife when pulling up was oh boy, what did you bring me to? But in the room we were pleasantly surprised. Coffee and breakfast were good.
