My sister and I were very impressed with the facility. The restaurants were lovely, food was great. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The room/apt was perfect after our long day of travel. Thank you everyone

This was a great choice for me and my family. This property is a private, exclusive golf club which makes it very safe. There are multiple check points to pass through and security guards patrolling the area at night. You will need transportation to get to the nearest town to do some exploring, restaurants and excursions but that was ok with me. I did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Sosua or Cabarete. You can always get a cab if you don’t have a car. We arrived three hours before check in and Esther, who greeted us. got us all beach towels and drove us to the beach which was about a 3-4 minute golf cart drive. We could have walked as well. Esther was very helpful and friendly. We asked for recommendations to and ATV and catamaran excursion company and we were given the contact information of a great source. We had a great time. The room is surprisingly very well equipped with everything you need. A full sized fridge, a stove, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and the best of all, a washer and dryer which came in handy after our ATV excursion. Room was very clean. The property has several good restaurants too.

Property condition is excellent but in this particular one sun tocuh in front and felleing was hot even with air conditioning. A perma (exterior blackout) curtain is needed. Also, many furniture inside the studio and balcony. Not easy to walk and move inside. Coffee maker not working... Service from Xeliter staff was great (Esther and Felicita specially). Pool area and beach excellent...clean and quiet...

Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out. Also, we weren’t given enough garbage bags so we ended up having to stack garbage on the counter which was obnoxious. Last, Wi-Fi was only usable in the villa, which proved to be inconvenient when we had to communicate with the food delivery to find each other. We had to keep running back inside. Other than those minor issues, the stay was good! The views of the mountains are gorgeous, the pool is huge and was mainly unoccupied. The beach was breathtaking. I would visit again, especially since I’m familiar with what to expect.

I wrote the property on the first day and still never received a response. Was told upon check in that I had to pay electricity separately, all items (plates, cups, forks, knives, pots, pans, etc) in the kitchen were dirty (I took pics), cockroaches in the apt and bed, ants all over the bathroom and kitchen, smashed mosquitos (multiple) on the ceiling (I took pics). Electricity went out at least 3x a day including the hot water while showering. I would never stay here again especially when there are much better places like Viva or Emotions in the same complex that never have these issues. The woman at check in was rude and the one at check out just asked why I didn’t notify them and when I told her I did and no one responded, she said I wrote the wrong number which was the only number provided to me. The overall attitude was “oh well”. We left and went to Emotions

The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but if you know Spanish it helps even more for smoother communication. I wish we could stay for longer. The villa was big and had washer, dryer and other utensils. They also have a private pool, would definitely recommend this place to more people. It’s also convenient to go to many places from here. Only one thing was - wish they had more restaurants and included breakfast in the package. Overall it was great!

Fantastic place to stay in Puerto Plata area. We stayed four nights in Studio which was very nicely decorated, well equipped small kitchen. WiFi was fast enough, air conditioning was super quiet and made our stay very comfortable. One of the cleanest hotel anywhere and staff was great. Thanks Xeliter Team for your hospitality!

I had an unfortunate experience in Green one. The studio had a strong odor that made me sick. They said it was because of the extermination that took place outside of the property for mosquitoes. Then, they moved me to another studio, which wasn’t cleaned (found a women’s hair on the pillow) and had an odor effect which the manager explained to me the next day that it is due to the humidity of the rain. The odor smell got better next day, especially when they cleaned the whole studio per my request. Also, the door handle of the balcony was loose and had maintenance to get it fixed. They showed me a 1 bedroom apartment per my request (which had no odor), but wanted more money for just a short period of time, which I refused. Overall, my experience was not great and concierge was horrible. They were unreasonable, unreliable, careless and did not take the matter too seriously. By the way, the cab they sent me for pickup (at the pickup location) was horrible. The cab driver was extremely rude and wanted me to pay for his service knowing he arrived late and I had taken an uber.

We come to Puerto Plata every year. We have stayed at many other properties before and this rental was AMAZING! We will now be coming back here yearly for the lengths of our stays. It has brand new beds, pillows, AC, very clean kitchenette with ikea dishes & cutlery and the bathrooms are so nice, and with hot water! There was a patio off our suite where we had coffee every morning & would walk to the beach to sit in the sun. The beach is the nicest on the strip. We have been to Marien, Iberostar, Gran Ventana and one other along the strip and Xeliter Golf One was the nicest we have been on. Very clean, the water blue with no trash or sea grass. The staff understand english well which helps with communication during your stay. The insuite laundry was a bonus as well! Brand new washer and dryer which isnt common in puerto plata. I highly recommend this place for all of your accommodations, it truly was the best we have had. My spouse is also from Puerto Plata & he agrees!

We come to Puerto Plata every year. We have stayed at many other properties before and this rental was AMAZING! We will now be coming back here yearly for the lengths of our stays. It has brand new beds, pillows, AC, very clean kitchenette with ikea dishes & cutlery and the bathrooms are so nice, and with hot water! There was a patio off our suite where we had coffee every morning & would walk to the beach to sit in the sun. The beach is the nicest on the strip. We have been to Marien, Iberostar, Gran Ventana and one other along the strip and Xeliter Golf One was the nicest we have been on. Very clean, the water blue with no trash or sea grass. The staff understand english well which helps with communication during your stay. The insuite laundry was a bonus as well! Brand new washer and dryer which isnt common in puerto plata. I highly recommend this place for all of your accommodations, it truly was the best we have had. My spouse is also from Puerto Plata & he agrees!

Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out. Also, we weren’t given enough garbage bags so we ended up having to stack garbage on the counter which was obnoxious. Last, Wi-Fi was only usable in the villa, which proved to be inconvenient when we had to communicate with the food delivery to find each other. We had to keep running back inside. Other than those minor issues, the stay was good! The views of the mountains are gorgeous, the pool is huge and was mainly unoccupied. The beach was breathtaking. I would visit again, especially since I’m familiar with what to expect.

This was a great choice for me and my family. This property is a private, exclusive golf club which makes it very safe. There are multiple check points to pass through and security guards patrolling the area at night. You will need transportation to get to the nearest town to do some exploring, restaurants and excursions but that was ok with me. I did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Sosua or Cabarete. You can always get a cab if you don’t have a car. We arrived three hours before check in and Esther, who greeted us. got us all beach towels and drove us to the beach which was about a 3-4 minute golf cart drive. We could have walked as well. Esther was very helpful and friendly. We asked for recommendations to and ATV and catamaran excursion company and we were given the contact information of a great source. We had a great time. The room is surprisingly very well equipped with everything you need. A full sized fridge, a stove, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and the best of all, a washer and dryer which came in handy after our ATV excursion. Room was very clean. Upon arrival I was asked to pay additional fees for cleaning the apartment/villa when Expedia had already charged many extra fees and charges. I was thinking of investing in this complex but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Promoters need to be clear of all the costs at the time of the reservation.

Property condition is excellent but in this particular one sun tocuh in front and felleing was hot even with air conditioning. A perma (exterior blackout) curtain is needed. Also, many furniture inside the studio and balcony. Not easy to walk and move inside. Coffee maker not working... Service from Xeliter staff was great (Esther and Felicita specially). Pool area and beach excellent...clean and quiet...

Fantastic place to stay in Puerto Plata area. We stayed four nights in Studio which was very nicely decorated, well equipped small kitchen. WiFi was fast enough, air conditioning was super quiet and made our stay very comfortable. One of the cleanest hotel anywhere and staff was great. Thanks Xeliter Team for your hospitality!

The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but if you know Spanish it helps even more for smoother communication. I wish we could stay for longer. The villa was big and had washer, dryer and other utensils. They also have a private pool, would definitely recommend this place to more people. It’s also convenient to go to many places from here. Only one thing was - wish they had more restaurants and included breakfast in the package. Overall it was great!

We arrived and the room has very soft beds. Some people love soft beds but we love super hard ones. We were moved to another room and it was perfect. Staff was so kind and helpful. We dealt by with Ambiorix, Carmine, Maria as nd as mother lovely young man. They were all so sweet, kind, helpful and accommodating. I’d return without hesitation. Our stay at the Green One Hotel in Playa Dorada was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch and incredibly relaxing.We booked a two-bedroom suite and were hit with the best shocker upon arrival. I was really concerned that we wouldn't have enough privacy or that we would be stuck sharing a bathroom. Instead, the apartment features two full bathrooms—literally one private bathroom inside each bedroom! It made our stay so much smoother. On top of that, we were in awe of the phenomenal balcony that runs all the way across the entire apartment.The entire staff deserves recognition. Every single employee we encountered was polite, courteous, and genuinely cordial. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The property itself is pristine. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and spotless.
