Hotel Amari

You can’t use your key to open the front door. Once I had to wait 3 hours to be let in. They only have a door bell that the front desk can open.

When we attempted to check-in, we were told that our reservation was canceled since we hadn't responded to their (multiple) emails asking us to confirm our reservation confirmation within 24 hours of our stay. We had never received any such request. This has never happened to us, to confirm a confirmation. They had a room for us to book, but they charged us almost $50 extra for 2 nights. In addition, we knew they offered parking, but we didn't know they charged $48 per night. We would not recommend booking this hotel.

Nice quiet small room. Beds were singles and not the greatest but there was a nice box fan in the room that I lived. Frig didn’t work but maybe I didn’t set it it right. Nice room

Easy parking and friendly service

ZERO stars if that was an option. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will CANCEL your reservation the day of your arrival because you didn't respond to them when they tried to contact you, at 4:20am! I called you guys back as soon as I was up at 7:37am. Check in isn't even until 3pm. This is a scam to try and get another reservation from someone else at a higher rate. You left me very little opportunity to provide you with an updated card and now I am STRANDED the day of, left with no other options than to make a new reservation for DOUBLE the cost, or find somewhere else altogether the week of a huge event in town. There are VERY LITTLE options available. My flight is in one hour, and I am at the airport flying into San Francisco, with no place to go. Seriously, for anybody considering staying here, think again.
