My wife and I stayed here expecting to park on site but was told the parking was full. We had to park approximately 10 minutes away for 40 dollars a night. Parking on site was apparently 34 dollars a night. Will not be staying here again

Property was great and room and hotel were clean and tidy but prepare for $70 parking overnight and some homeless outside property block, nobody will really mess with you but they are around so be aware for yourself and vehicle. Can't beat the price though.

The gym is in a property down and across the street with hours from 9 to 9 (inconvenient if you like to get up and out). One of the 2 treadmills is hazardous. It runs erratically and the front section wobbles as if it will fall back on itself. I almost injured myself as did others. The bed is comfortable and the continental breakfast impressive. To my surprise, front desk staff didn't want to key me back upstairs on my first morning since I had difficulty calling the elevator with 2 coffees and Danish in hand.

My rating for the hotel has nothing to do with my interactions with staff but as soon as I went into the elevator to go to my room I seen a cockroach on the wall and was immediately disgusted. I did not spend much time In the room or hotel since I only stayed one night for a show. Hope the cleanliness improves because I’m sure other people aren’t going to want to stay at an a hotel with roaches crawling everywhere.

THERE WAS RATS IN THE ROOM!! My daughters favorite bag that she had bought in Italy was bitten by the rats!!!! My other daughters backpack was also bitten!!! I have never had that happen at any hotel property. HORRIBLE AND NASTY Not very safe which is not the property’s fault. Too many homeless around property. Staff was friendly.

Pros:The hotel room itself was clean inside and the bed was very comfortable. They have an ice machine and water dispenser but that price is included in their “amenities price”. The continental breakfast was nice. They have security walking around the premises so that felt a little safer. The parking lot is small but at least if you are lucky enough to secure a spot your car is safe because of security walking around. Cons: There is no thermostat in the rooms and they are doing construction on one of the other floors so opening the window wasn’t an option due to noise. You can also smell really pungent urine outside the property as well as inside the hallways and rooms. The lobby didn’t smell surprisingly but I think it’s because they have air freshener. The man that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and was very hard to hear. Parking is 30/day. It definitely doesn’t feel like a neighborhood. The pool isn’t at this hotel as listed but is across the street at their sister property. The bathroom in the lobby was being worked on so make sure you don’t have to use the restroom right away when you arrive. Our bathroom fan didn’t work either.

First impressions were not great. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm, we arrived at 10pm and was told our room is not ready. 6 hours and it still wasn't ready? Then I asked about parking, and was told that their parking lot is full and was directed to park elsewhere. Which is already frustrating because prior to booking, it said there was parking on-site. We then drove to the other parking lots only to find out that they were more expensive and was not allowed in and out privileges. I went back to the hotel while my partner kept driving around to look for parking, and was told by another receptionist that there was parking available. Sent us on a wild goose chase for nothing. We were already extremely tired, so we just wanted to get into our room to shower and sleep. BUT, when we walked peered into the shower, I found hair all over the shower floor. It wasn't even cleaned. It honestly felt like they didn't have our room prepared and just rushed to get a room for us without cleaning it beforehand.

First time here parking is very tight and 34.00 a night it looks like they might be remodeling there is NO AC in these rooms only a ceiling fan so when we walked in we noticed flies in the hallways the bed was comfy shower was decent the windows open fully with No screens lol luckily it was prettty cool in San Fran the area of the hotel is pretty sketch so do go out walking at night

This was a great spot to be for the event we were attending. Would have liked for the check in and check out to be a bit smoother and wishes there was AC but other than that the stay was pretty great. Polish up those refurbished bathrooms and you have a great hotel!

This place looks cute in photos but a total dump in real life. Plus the area is dangerous and the front desk people are lazy and rude. Never been treated with such disregard as a hotel guest. They should fire the whole team and start over.

The room I reserved was given to another guest so I had to share beds with family.. then they told me parking was on the house the next night they tried to charge me and asked if I can move my spot because they gave my spot to another guest.. employees had no clue what was going on there it was horrible

I wish I was traveling for something good. This was a funeral and I arrived late and the front desk was not very nice during the day. I had to wait until closer to 4 pm. I checked the front desk at 3:30 and the evening crew was there they were a lot nicer and more welcoming with the way my day had already went. I’m glad they lowered the deposit to $200 instead of the $300 that was expected. I understand the parking fee for the hotel parking but you should be able to get more than one pass if there is a second car. The parking is hard to find and driving in the area is stressful.

There are more homeless ppl in SF since Covid and in this area. Didn’t feel too unsafe but I would still be cautious. There is no AC in the room only a ceiling fan which came as a surprise to me, no fridge but there is a microwave downstairs. Great location to stay over the weekend maybe 2 nights but nothing longer. About an 8 min walk to CIVIC Center BART and nearest streetcar station.

Would stay again. Hotel was close to The Warfield which we went to for a show. I felt safe, hotel was quiet and front desk was helpful and accommodating. Ive seen a few reviews mention the homeless population around the area, which is true but the area still felt safe and walkable. The room itself wasnt too big but it was nice and comfortable. The bed was very nice as well. Only thing I would note is that the window in the bathroom didnt lock which wasn't an issue for me but I thought I should still note it. As stated previously, I would definitely stay again.

Was an amazing time staying here and being near our plans to attend the Bill Graham for a show. Will definitely stay again some time. Loved that there is parking here with security, often unheard of in this area. The breakfast pastries were great and fellow guests in the hotel were nice all weekend. Would def recommend this hotel! Protip: you are charged for parking at the end of your stay when deposit is returned :)

I just stayed at the hotel the past few 4 days. I was on the 2nd floor and it smelt like poop. The bedsheets smelt the same as well. The breakfast was good though and the staff was nice. They cleaned my room everyday. I would have rated this hotel higher if not for the smell and the neighbourhood didn’t look safe. A lot of homeless people on the walk from the hotel to the Moscone conference center.
