Very nice place in a great location, close to downtown. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and is bigger than I thought it would be. It is close to a highway, but there was a sound machine and a box fan that helped drown out any noise. Joe, the host communicated before, during, and at checkout. He asked if we needed anything and suggested a few local establishments. We would stay again if ever in the area

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It provided us with enough space and comfort. My 10 year old son enjoyed the arcade game and both kids started their morning with a board game. Joe was very attentive to check in if we needed anything but we never did since the property had everything necessary for our stay. We would recommend to any family trying to hit a baseball game or any of the major attractions as it was 10-15 minutes away.

The property was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with everything we needed already in place - linens, towels, dishes, and all the essentials. The entertainment setup was great, featuring Roku with various streaming options. The location was perfect - we could walk to breakfast just down the street, and when we Ubered to the ballpark for Saturday's game, it was only about 3 miles away and very affordable to get there.The neighborhood was quiet and charming, exactly what we were looking for. I was particularly impressed with how responsive the host was - whenever I sent a text with a question, I received a quick reply.Overall, this was exactly what we needed for our trip. The place was exceptionally clean and has beautiful Victorian charm - original hardwood floors, fireplaces, exposed brick. Joe was a fantastic host. He is quick to answer questions and offered many thoughtful "extras" - cell chargers, Spotify on Alexa, tea and coffee, shower products, etc. There was also a small, foldable 4-in mattress that was perfect size for our 4-year-old on the floor. It\'s hard to find VRBOs that seat (eating) as many people as it sleeps, but the 6 of us easily fit around the dining table. We highly recommend this location and host!

This property is a great old building with much of the original architecture still in place. Joe has done a great job renovating the place and the kitchen is wonderful. Plus the video game console was a lot of fun to play. The property is conveniently located and everywhere I wanted to visit was within a 10 minute drive; the Arch, the zoo, great restaurants. Definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting Saint Louis.

This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

Great property! Super cute and clean. Smart tvs in the bedrooms were a hit with the kids :) Only thing we would comment on is the 'third' bedroom. It is more a parlor with a pull out, at the very front of apartment and it does get bright in the mornings. We would definitely recommend this property as a 2full 2 bedroom.

What a great little gem! Communication with Joe was wonderful, the check-in process was as easy as can be, and the place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had one issue, and Joe was quick to respond and get it fixed. The apartment was close to everything we wanted to do, and after a long day of city fun, it was a great place to come back to and relax. I will stay here again.

Check in was super easy. Easy instructions once checked in. Clean home and had all the items we needed. Only thing to mention is that it's not truly a 3 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the front room but it does have doors to close it off if needed. But super close to all the places we needed to be on our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the city of St Louis.

We had a great trip, the house looks exactly as pictured- and was stunning. Very big. Felt safe there. Host was so kind, and reached out mid trip to make sure we were doing well, make sure we didn’t need anything- and give recommendations to local places. This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is fantastic- close to everything but tucked away in a quiet corner. Owner is responsive and helpful, house is comfortable with lots of flexible sleeping options. We will likely come again .

Very nice place in a great location, close to downtown. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and is bigger than I thought it would be. It is close to a highway, but there was a sound machine and a box fan that helped drown out any noise. Joe, the host communicated before, during, and at checkout. He asked if we needed anything and suggested a few local establishments. We would stay again if ever in the area

We had a long weekend in St. Louis to watch a game, and this property was really great. Plenty of room, pictures and description are accurate, and host very communicative. We left our luggage in the unit after check-out time and picked it up on our way back to the airport, very easy. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, there isn't a ton of stuff within walking distance but if you rent a car or Uber/Lyft around it is no problem. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The rental was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a place to park was also a very nice bonus. The location was great and made a great base for our weekend in St. Louis.

We stayed as a family of 5 for a sports tournament. We loved the location. We felt very safe. You can hear the highway noise a little, but it didn’t bother us at all. Gorgeous house that’s been updated, it was the perfect layout for us to relax & unwind between games. We’ll look to stay here again when we’re in town in the future.

Great location for all the attractions we wanted to visit (Arch, ballpark, city museum), very quick 5-10 minute drive. Rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids!

The property was great. I was nervous traveling to St Louis as a single mom with kids, but I felt very safe during my stay. The home was well equipped and had a lot of space. My kids LOVED the arcade table!! The host communicated well and check in and check out went smoothly. I would 100% recommend this place for your next stay in St Louis!

The host provides easy parking and easy entrance into Vrbo. Vrbo was so clean and user friendly. Bath products are provided and kitchen is well equipped. Beds are super comfortable! This place was built in 1900. The host has done a remarkable remodel and yet kept the beauty of its age. The old oak floors and the beautiful brick work! So much attention to detail! Love this place and appreciate this host allowing us to stay! Thank you!
