The "Grab and Go Breakfast" consisted of coffee in paper cups with no tops, packaged oatmeal with no bowls, and packaged cereal bars. Ridiculous. Tiny little shampoo bottle, kithchen accessories, and anything else needed had to be requested at the front desk. No conditioner or body lotion. One front desk person was nice and let us check in a bit early and everyone else was somewhat pleasant. The "gym" had 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 bike - all in working order. Television, microwave, wi-fi, A/C and fridge worked fine, too but the fridge was noisy and so close to the bed in the TINY room I had to flip the circuit breaker for peace & quiet. No restaurants within walking distance.

Plenty of parking, lots of restaurants nearby.

We love walkable to nearby Chinese shopping plazas and restaurants. Easy parking.

I didn't like that the vending machines where in the main lobby and they lock the door at 11pm and your not able to use the room key your givin for the lobby building ...

I was transferred from the original hotel. The second hotel had no ice machines. I was told that the ice trays in the fridge took the place. The smell was like someone bathed in colonge and then sprayed all over. The "breakfast" had a lot to be desired. Beds where okay but TV was not user friendly.

Hotel accommodations were adequate, and the staff were always friendly. Very busy hotel, somewhat noisy (seemed like a lot of business trucks always in the parking lot). Overall a pleasant stay.

We walked into an empty lobby and waited for someone to begrudgingly come to the front desk. As we registered we were told that our room is on the second floor and there are no elevators. I am disabled and panicked a little bit when we were told that they have no king beds on the first floor. We were in a building in the back. The parking was a little bit away from the stairs and the walk to our room very long. Our keys didn’t work. I had to stand outside our door with my little dog, Sophie. I didn’t want to sit her down because the door mat is filled with dog hair and debris. Finally my husband came back and they had given him a bag of dishes and dish soap to use. Yay! As we entered our room we were greeted by the dirtiest floor I have ever seen in a hotel room. We couldn’t put our luggage or our dog on the floor. Stuff was all over the entire room and bathroom floors! I called the front desk and the gentleman who checked us in came with a sort of wet swiffer mop and some pinesol sort of spray. He cleaned as much as he could with that but there were little piles of debris afterward so he went back to the office to get a vacuum cleaner. He returned and vacuumed every inch of the floor, even behind things. Cudos to his mom for teaching this young man how to vacuum! Since we are in a separate building all of this back and forth took about an hour. Robert was pleasant and worked hard to make things right. That was not his job. Dirty microwave too. All else was OK

First time staying here, room was dirty and had a faint smoke smell.

We had to check out early due to roaches in the second room we were moved to because of overflowing trash and stain on sheets in the first room.

I arrived really late close to 12am. The room had a bad odor when I first arrived. It smelled warm and slight cigarette smell. I eventually increased the ac to diffused the smell. Around 4am I smelled a soul odor and I couldn’t figured out where it came from. I told the front desk about this problem. All she said was you should’ve told last night. She didn’t even check out the room to see or smell the problem. She didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Also there was a pink/reddish lipstick on the sheet under the pillow. I didn’t see this until I woke up. I think thee staff should’ve followed up and see what I had a problem with instead of saying you should’ve changed the room. The staff had lack of empathy for the inconvenience. Also we when I went there, to ask the front for a toothbrush and toothpaste the staff ignored me. She was on her (Rachel) personal phone talking to another staff how to lower a rate for a guest. She didn’t acknowledge me or state I’ll be with you shortly. I

Breakfast should be improved and cleaning is the big issue

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. The room was not clean—there were spiders in the shower and noticeable stains throughout the space. The walls are also extremely thin; I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms clearly, which made it hard to relax or get any sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made to cleanliness

Hotel was safe & quiet, but some things were dirty or out of repair. Floor was swept, but not clean, hair dryer cord was broken, shower curtain was too short and shower was weak. No dishes in the room we had to get them from the front desk. Laundry room has some machines out of order and no laundry soap was available. Breakfast was very minimal and there were no coffee cups.

The bath tub was clogged, floor was dirty which was confusing because it looked clean until we seen our feet. Its a nice place but they need to double check the rooms thorougly.

The area felt safe and quiet. We chose this place because it was affordable and somewhat close to Levi’s Stadium for a concert we attended. We were able to take a short Uber drive to and from. That was great! Positives: -We arrived early and the employee at the front desk was nice and allowed us to check in early since there was an available room. -The area was safe -It was nice having a full size fridge, microwave and stove. Negative: -The room smelled like smoke even though it said non-smoking. -The outlet had paint all over it and looked dirty. -The bathroom paint job wasn’t neat either. -The pillows were small and flat. -The walls were extremely thin and I could hear a bunch of guys next door that were loud late at night. It was a basic room and did the job.

There was a 1/2" gap at the bottom of my front door. Which means I can hear everything outside and feel everything outside.

No one at front desk during check in. Had to wait 15 mins for someone. When he did show up, he did not greet. Or say much at all during the process.

Meets all what we need for an overnight stay. What takes it up a notch would be the unmatched service of Desiree B. She made sure that our stay was pleasant and that we get what we needed. We arrive atleast 1 hour before the designated check in and the room was already ready. Price is also the most justified within the 10 mile radius of Levis stadium.

Staff was rude and unprofessional, suppose to have dishes in the room, demanding guests request what they need based on availability and staff refused to provide it when asked, no phone in room.

We checked in at 6p. Received room number and key card.. than stated room isnt ready. When we come back in an hour or so, room would be ready. So we arrive back at hotel.. go to assigned room #359 same number on key card. We attempt to walk inside . Which key card unlocked. As we walk inside. We are startled by two people laying in our beds...cant make this up. We went downstairs and they gave us another room. But crazy horrible experience. 0 stars

There no toiletries, no cups, plates, glassware, cookware, coffee machine need to be requested. No coffee, self serve water or tea provided in the lobby. A party in room next to is playing loud music, we had to ask on second call to front desk to send security at 12:30 am, because they did not turn down music after the first call.

Staff are very friendly and helping us. The housekeeping person was so nice to let us walk across the building instead of around the building which will take longer time. Excellent services. Thanks.

Location had a sense of comfort coziness to it when I pulled in. Customer service was good. Food was good. I mean all the motels. There’s a little bit of restoration going on this one is pretty nice and comfortable. Quiet down the road from target I mean down the road from Walmartso I have shopping convenience

recently stayed at an Extended Stay, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The moment I arrived, I felt unsafe in the environment. The general atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable, due to different buildings and I was constantly uneasy about the security of the premises. I had to go back to the front since the keys were deactivated by the time we got to the room. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong, stuffy odor, that only having the room at 65 degrees all night, made the odor go away. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly ventilated in quite some time. In addition to this, the room was dusty, especially on surfaces like the shelves and nightstand, which made the space feel neglected and unclean. To make matters worse, the room didn’t provide any basic personal hygiene amenities, such as soap or shampoo. For a hotel branded as "extended stay," I expected at least minimal provisions for longer visits. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this location. The lack of cleanliness and security made it a very uncomfortable experience.

It was a nice area. I just didn’t like the breakfast choices but is was a quick budget breakfast to go. More like a snack to go.

Not satisfied at all. Staff is not helpful. I asked for complimentary room service that was added to my stay for booking over 2 weeks. Never got it. They didn't give me a bug spray even tho i asked them. There was spider n mosquito in my room. it mentioned breakfast was included, but it was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. They only had coffee, hot water, cereal but no milk to have it with and cheap store bought small muffins. Would never stay here again

The Room smelled really bad, Could sleep well beacuse of the smell. Front desk are very rude. They lied about the breakfast. (Apparently no Breakfast)

We stayed here for 10 days Friday to Sunday next week during which I was out of town for the intervening week. I liked the fact that I could cook my lunch and dinner and avoid eating out -- the equipment is basic but sufficient. I liked the morning breakfasts (again very basic but sufficient). There is a nearby Ranch 99 you can walk to, which also has a bunch of Chinese eateries in the same mall. We also had 2 bookings back to back and I wanted to call out the help from reception in allowing us to be in the same room for convenience.
