Good location to stay near the Great Mall. Property clean and area safe to walk. Parking is limited and some are very tight but hotel is good overall with clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again when I work near the area.

Hotel is not bad for the price you pay I guess, the first room we got the ac was blowing not so cold air. We gave it an hour before going to the office to complain in which we switched us room right away and apologized for the error. The quality I would say would be a step higher from a motel 6. Woke up to ants in the bathroom also, love seat or the chair in the corner of the room was very filthy and stained.

My stay here was pleasant. The bedrooms was simple and not outdated. Shower was nice too. Decent cable. Has basic amenities fridge and microwave, AC, extra towels, soap, shampoos, blow dryer. There is an awesome vending machine with really good snack options at decent prices and they take card! breakfast is also included! Would highly recommend!

Minimally maintained property. Stained sofa. Smelly pillow and blanket. Leaking and extremely loud air-con. Very noisy no matter which timing you are in the room, people talking, car opening, cleaning trolley on hard floor. Non functioning fridge and light bulbs. Microwave were so old there were discolorations in it. Tissue box were not refilled. Sometimes towel smelled like wet market.

The window in bathroom cannot lock, the plug of the hair dryer was broken. Mattress is soft and irregular shaped. A very basic motel, nothing wrong if you just stay for a night

I like the set up of the room, the long table in front of the TV with mini-ref & microwave underneath is multipurpose. Thank you for a very good complimentary light breakfasts. One minor concern was the bathroom door in our room doesn’t lock.

Upon arrival from a long driving late check-in... we were given a two(2) queen beds where the bedsheets and pillows were crumpled & smell like a person used & slept on it did NOT shower for days. Since it was late at night, I just lay over one of my clothes so I may be able to sleep. I just went to the front desk upon waking up in the morning. Then that was the time, a supervisor came to our room & took a picture then another lady changed the beddings & pillows. Trash has NEVER pick-up so I took it out before we went out & was NEVER replaced for a new plastic trash. These trash that was NEVER picked-up went on til we check-out the 4th day of stay. There was NO daily cleaning service.

Very dirty, outside hallway, stairs, parking lot. Room is old and dirty. Bathroom window dirty, closet bottom railings dirty, Bathtub valve extremely hard to turn it on/off. Breakfast poor, nothing to eat. Will not come back there.

I woke up with the cockroach in my bed. when I was checking out the person at the front desk who appeared to be the owner was on his Bluetooth and when I tried to mention it to him and showed him a picture of the cockroach he pointed to his ear and said he was on the phone so I didn’t even bother and just left after check out . The room was also not very clean as well as the perimeter of the building with trash this was the first time I have stayed there and was very unsatisfied I have stayed in the area before and there is plenty of nice places with better service.

Room was great - very spacious and clean. It looked like it was recently renovated. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. TV worked perfectly. It had a regular size closet. Bathroom was very clean, towels were fresh, shower was big and had plenty of warm water. Only downside was a check-in. It took a really long time and receptionist kept going between two computers. I felt like there was something wrong with my reservation. He never explained what was going on. But we got the key. Very limited breakfast options - coffee, juice, bread and yoghurt.

This was such a disappointing stay. As we checked in, it immediately seemed like we were disturbing the guy at the counter. Very weird energy from the start. When I asked for an extra pillow and towel, the person questioned me about why I needed them, stating they had no extra supplies to give. I explained that we needed an extra body towel because there was only one provided for the two of us. It about 10 minutes before I was finally able to get another towel and an extra pillow. He made me follow him around the hotel to get those items (towel was in the staff area and he grabbed a pillow from another person's room), which felt very weird. I did not appreciate him making me feel like I was an inconvenience. It also seems weird to me that there were no extra pillows, that the only ones where in the rooms. Shouldn't hotels have at least a few extra pillows if a guest requests one? Just odd. Additionally, the breakfast was honestly just sad. The only two options were bread and yogurt. I have never been to a hotel with that little of options. The beds were decently comfortable, but that was the only good aspect. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with our stay and will definitely not be returning back here.

When booking it said no hidden or extra fees gets there and they hold $100 incase you break something which wasn’t mentioned and is “refundable 2-5 days AFTER you leave said if I showed him where it said no hidden or extra fees included he would wave it I showed him and he changed the story. Honestly would go anywhere but here! We only needed the room for one day until our Airbnb was ready cause we weren’t suppose to be in cali until august 13th but arrived a day early. The man was completely rude with a group of people in there with me to witness it.

Based off of other reviews, I thought this place would be decent but I was wrong. Cons: sketchy area, run down room with things hanging on by a single nail, dirty, not enough amenities like towels, toiletries, basic things, coffee machine in the bathroom, shower head in an awkward spot, tub had a bunch of little bugs coming up from the drain, dirty sheets, uncomfortable and uneven pillow, no comforter, bathroom sink was coming out of the wall, no laundry bag, deposit take 5 days to be refunded back to account… Pros: cheap price (for a reason).

Stayed here after a 49er game. Property was within 10 minutes from Levi’s Stadium. That was the only good thing about it. Arriving around 5:30 PM the lobby is very unwelcoming dark and smelly with the front desk person playing games with a child. Check in was fast Feeling like he was just trying to rush. Rooms appear to have a Band-Aid on them, appearing newly freshened and semi clean. Beds are uncomfortable only get two pillows per bed, which were very lumpy. 1 o’clock in the morning, a lady was roaming the property screaming and yelling looking for her daughter. This went on for about two hours. Seems like she was checking every door. Finally, she went away. Property smells like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Free Continental breakfast consist of sliced bread, Cheerios, cornflakes, yogurt, and some fruit. Overall, I would not stay here again, unless I had to definitely not family-friendly. Definitely get what you pay for.

Everything was good but We noticed they did not change bedsheets and when they say Breakfast included I guess it ment coffee, toast, sweet rolls, danish and yogurt. It should be called CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST instead.
