(1) Outdated building (2) Not enough outlets to charge the iPhones. (3) very Noisy outdated heater/AC (4)Laundry machines out of order. (5)Very basic breakfast.

Room was Great. Pool area was fine. The lobby and landscaping were low standards

I enjoyed the quietness, but the whole plan to this hotel choice was for the pool privileges and worse experience ever at the pool only because the bees or wasp whatever they are trying to attack you and the spiders that are swimming inside the water made it an unpleasant experience. As someone that is highly allergic to any bee or wasp form, which I think the hotel should take inconsideration for people who actually have allergies to these Outsiders.

Conveniently located, free parking. Do not expect anything for breakfast, they were out of milk for the cereal, no water available, nothing really edible. This facility should be checked by Wyndham; it is not the quality I would expect from them.

Liked pool

Room was clean and a decent price. The $100 deposit was unexpected but returned to my credit card fairly quickly. The vending machines were broken. I had to ask the front desk where to find them. They directed me to them, knowing they were broken which was really annoying since we got in late and had been traveling all day. Not the best, not the worst. Good for a night if you're passing through.

There were some areas that weren't cleaned very well. Corners of shower still had hair on top of shower tub. Also looked like mold on the ceiling was starting to form

My room is on the ground floor, it has ants on my bed table. I so switch to a second floor. But I still see ants at the door

We found a cockroach running around in the bathroom. It was impossible to get adequate towels-they kept running out. The last day, housekeeping came and brought one towel (3 of us in the room). We told her we needed 3 towels because there were 3 of us in the room and we had paid for all 3. She said she would be back in 10 minutes with more towels, but never returned. Most days, at least one of us had to shower with the small pool towels and had to beg for every clean linen we had in that room. The trash was emptied once in the 5 days we were there. The beds were made twice. We asked for housekeeping every day and a note was posted by the desk clerk, but things did not change.

We were there for 9 days. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, but mattress was very firm, and I am used to something much softer. Couch was a fold out bed that we didn’t use for that, but as such was very noisy to sit on, making it a problem for a couple that don’t wake up at the same time. There was an office chair with the desk, but the chair was completely worn out and uncomfortable. The tv worked fine, and had a good selection of channels,, but the program guide always showed unavailable so you couldn’t tell what was on, or when a movie was going to start or end. We reported that, but it wasn’t fixed, and other guests reported the same.A light breakfast was provided. At the start they had good strong coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, pre packaged pastries, toasted bagels with cream cheese, cereal and milk. Unfortunately toward the end of the stay, they had run out of most everything but coffee, milk and bagels and didn’t replenish supplies. The hotel has a nice clean pool that my wife enjoyed. The room was quiet, we were on the third floor back by the parking lot which was a good location. The cleaning staff was helpful, but did not speak English. At around $80 a night, the price was good considering this is the Bay Area. No coffee in room. So the basics were “ok”, but a lot could be better. Pillows were good!

It smelt like smoke there was hair on the pillow cases bath tub was filthy

From the outside and the neighborhood I was expecting like a drug / prostitute / by the hour type of place. Instead if was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Not a bad hotel for the price. My stay was 2 days and my room was never cleaned or restock with towels. Found black mold in window seals and by the sink.

The location isn’t true on the map. The property isn't clean and noise. Return room early because I couldn’t sleep at all with no pleasant smell and noise.

Great for price but nothing special about this. Poir internet, very noisy housekeeping, the spring mattress is a nightmare to sleep on and make creak sound

Everything was fine but there was zero breakfast and the wifi is horrible on the first floor(3rd floor is best floor for wifi)

Looks like rooms and furnishings haven't been updated in over 20 years. Breakfasts doesn't include any juice or water? - was told to go use the vending machine to buy water if I wanted any water!? Checkin person was very nice and courteous. Didn't expect an upscale place; but expected a little better.

It had a fridge, microwave, and functional AC, though the AC unit was loud. The bathroom fan was also noisy. Street noise was constant in the morning, especially from construction crews getting ready to work (temporary living in hotel during project?), which made it difficult to rest. At 9:00 am, housekeeping knocked to offer a sheet change, which, while thoughtful, was far too early. Noise isolation overall was poor; I could hear staff rolling carts on the floor above and plenty of hallway noise. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and had to be lifted to slide shut. The main door looked brittle and patched over multiple times with paint. At least it locked and worked as intended. Overall, this is a barebones hotel in an arid area. It technically functions, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone expecting a smooth check-in or a comfortable, quiet stay.

This property was pretty quality for the price. The bed & sheets were good, space was adequate, I liked the inclusion of a fridge & microwave. The TV didn't turn on, which was the biggest issue. Since I was only really there to have somewhere to sleep, I didn't bother complaining. There was also a bug in the bathroom.

there was a annoying, clicking sound coming from the fridge all night long. The fridge was so old and noisy that we had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep, but the clicking noise never went away, even with the fridge turned off. That was very uncomfortable, super soft, and I woke up with a backache. Shower was okay, but not nice.

The front desk person was on the phone when I checked in and didn't bother to give me any undivided attention. The room could definitely use a deep cleaning. No ice bucket. When I asked about one she said "if there's not one in the room then there isn't one." Very impersonal.

Staff was excellent when needed and resolved any requests asked of them. Comfy beds and nice contennetial breakfast

They kept my deposit without explanation

I stay with OK. The management had an issue with payment and we’re extremely rude when it came to it. It was not my fault but they were going to kick me out in the middle of the night with two small children. Customer service could’ve been better.

I had a very nice stay at Days Inn. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. If the need arises again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay a nice one.

Staff was amazing. 1st night we checked in... we occured other drama from another property and booked this property which turned out to be great!

I booked this hotel for my friend sometimes because it is near my house. We like the price and the room size. Howerver, the hotel service is bad. The check out time of the hotel is 11am, but at 10 am the house keeping people already coming from door to door and knock on the your door. When i did not reply because i am still sleepping. They open the door to ready to go inside made me feel frustrated. The hotel does not have a sign to let house keeping know that they should not bother you anymore. At 10:30am, when i was in the bath enjoy my hot tub. The house keeper opened my room door one more time. I felf very bad about that. If i did not use another lock inside my room, i think the house keeper already can walk inside and look for me when i was in the restroom. I know the house keeper would have not done that alone. They did that maybe because they are ordered to do so. If you want a more polite hotel. Go defferent hotel. Not this one. Do you recommended this hotel.

The woman that works the front desk is amazingly sweet and nice. I stay here quite often and have no complaints.

Close to all the major freeways, shopping malls, variety of foods all within walking distance or a few minutes drive.

I rent a Tesla staying in San Jose and found out that there is a supercharger Tesla just near the hotel, so very convenient to me.

Easy to get to & close to Hwy

The hotel itself was fine. The surrounding area is not the best. The last night we were there a bunch of guy were drinking outside of their room which was above ours, they had spilled a lot of beer that was then dripping onto the stair way above our room. It was a mess. Plus many of them had peed in various places in the parking lot and the stairwell. This was also a Monday night. So I can't imagine what a Saturday looks like. Not the best area sadly. But that is no fault of the staff or the hotel. It is the best priced location for miles! I still enjoyed my time in the hotel room.

The hotel we stayed in was perfect for our trip to San Jose for the 49er's game at Levi's field. Convient and quiet, affordable and inexpensive.

Clean rooms, nice staff members, great location...

Mattress was old and caved in and there was a homeless family parked in the parking lot. It was clean and provided a good spot for the night. Difficult to get in and out of with traffic

This was a business trip for me and my husband - we spent three nights. The room was somewhat renovated, the bed was comfy, and we liked that there was a couch to relax on and watch a movie in the evenings. There was a microwave, and since we get tired of eating out, we walked across the street to the Grocery Bargain market and got salads and frozen entrees for dinner a couple of the nights. The only disappointment was that the breakfasts provided was cereal, yogurt, individually wrapped bagels and danishes. Okay for one morning, but not great for three mornings.

Breakfast was a little bit short. There was no milk, juice and eggs.

Their continental breakfast is a joke. I didn’t stayed long enough in room or property to enjoy any other facilities they might have. But the breakfast did not had any bread or milk or even water. All they had coffee and bagel/cream cheese and some danish pastries. What kind of hotel does not put at least water with breakfast.

The breakfast was extremely limited. Just packaged pastries, yogurt and coffee. They ran out of juice and milk, never brought out more. The two three mornings I checked. Same old stuff. My key never worked when I was there. I had to get help every time I left my room. Never going back.

Breakfast and clean

The room is ok, clean and comfortable, my only concern is regarding the breakfast that the hotel claims to have a breakfast but they actually doesn’t, they only serve a snack and a cup of coffee and I got a bit frustrated when I made the reservation expecting to have a breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible. They advertise for a deluxe continental breakfast but no tea, hot chocolate or water (hot or cold, even from the tap). I ask for a glass of tap water and the receptionist refused to give me one as he didn’t have. He told me I could have water from the rain! It was pouring outside and I did not appreciate.
