Stayed two nights for a company meeting. The room was clean and well organized. Facilities and electronics are a bit outdated. The gym is way too warm for aerobics and I couldn't find where to adjust the temperature. Not a lot of fun places in the neighborhood. The high way nearby was quite noisy at night.

This is the 3 third time I stay here. The last two times there has been water back up in the shower. As soon as you turn on the shower the water starts to rise in the tub and won’t drain as it should. We had to turn it off and in so not deal with dirty water rising up. You have a plumbing problem because this happened last time I stayed in 313 this time was 323. The sink faucet leaks water when you open it and the knobs are loose and flimsy that it hits the backdrop when open it, I had to wrap a towel around it to prevent my toiletry bag from getting wet. Room carpets and chair have stains and should be spot treated. There are 9 floors w ice machine and yet only the ones in the 8 & 9 floors work and there is no “out of order sign” in each floor as a courtesy to the customer or at least post it at check in counter and notify clients. Management is lacking in many areas here in this hotel. Do better! And no microwave in a rooms is a first time for me. I won’t be back again! This issue with back up plumbing need to be fixed. I wonder when was the last time you did a flush of the entire plumbing in your building? Management you need to get it together and do better!

The hotel was great in the room, comfortable beds, good TV and the bathroom was clean and worked fine. There was a good pool but no hot tub. There was a restaurant on the property, not really full service since Covid. There was a bar.

The resort was nice however the pool was an ugly green color and closed. The restaurant was open during the weekdays for dinner but closed on weekends except for an overpriced breakfast buffet.

We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport with ample parking space. However, it was a paid parking costing 15$ taxes per night. It should be free as we are already paying decent amount of money per day for accommodation. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and was delivered within 30 minutes in our room, every time we ordered. Room was neat and clean but it did show its age, especially in the washroom the fit and finish was dull. Taps were loose and would take a bit of efforts to get closed completely. Also, I observed some rust formation over the bathtub tap along with some draining issues. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was a bit dirty and dated. Several stains on the carpet, the headboard was a faux leather type material which was damaged/scratch severely like someone have tried peeling it apart. The sheets also had black stains in them and the bathtub drain did not drain very fast and backed up. Kinda gross.

I had a 2 bedroom suite with balcony. Room was extremely dirty. One of the check in staff was a bit rude. Walls and ceiling are thin so you can hear people in other rooms walking around.

There was no refrigerator or microwave except coffee maker which had only two sugar sachets and two creamers. Next day I had to ask cleaning lady to give me extra sugar sachets and creamer. Ice machine was broken,I had to go to third floor to get ice. Carpet in room was dirty and stains were visible. Bath tub had mold.

This was a very dirty hotel room, still found empty beer cans under nightstand, screen door leading to balcony was unattached and beat up with holes in screen, blood stains were on the sheets, weird green stains as well, uncomfortable sheets.

Worst place to stay… We won’t be staying here again. Our room was filthy and dirty. The bedsheets had stains, towels had stains and even the pull out bed had crumbs and stains. Our fridge had like juice stains on the bottom and it didn’t even work.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room where the air conditioning was not working. It turned on, but did not cool the room, down and also blew out black particles onto the bed, which was extremely concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint. I was then moved to another room in a different section of the hotel, which turned out to be very noisy and unsuitable for rest—especially with young children. We were then moved again, only to find that the air conditioning in that third room was also non-functional. It wasn’t until we were placed in our fourth room, close to 11 p.m., that we were finally able to settle in. This drawn-out process, spanning from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., was extremely frustrating and exhausting—particularly with kids in tow. The multiple room changes were not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for what was meant to be a relaxing staycation. The only compensation Sheraton offered was to waive my one night parking fee because I booked through a "third party".

Not much to do in the immediate area a lot more industrial than I expected, our room was dark and only one switch for entry light all others needed to be switched on manually. Our TV was broken had to move after we had already settled in which was not ideal. No real amenities, no mini fridge in rooms. Rooms/bathrooms a bit outdated and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work.

The price for the hotel is too expensive especially when the hotel looks so outdated. They don't maintain the luxury feel anymore. It's so dark in the parking lot because of broken street parking lights, even inside the hotel, there are a lot of burned-out light bulbs. The bathroom is so outdated. My generous 4-star was just because the front desk lady who helped me was very friendly and accommodating, other than that I would have given this hotel a lower rating.

While I understand I booked during a concert weekend, not having the room I booked be available and clean by 4pm (1 hour after check-in) and not apologizing, not giving a time-frame with when it would be clean and then offering a room that was nothing like the room we booked, was unacceptable. I specifically booked a suite with 3 beds and we were offered a room with a king bed and were told it would be the same price as the room we booked. I know that we were not the only ones experiencing this issue at check-in and that’s unfortunate.

Check in was confirmed with anointing rooms that morning for 3pm. Upon arrival they gave our rooms to someone else and then stated we wouldn’t have a room available til 4pm or later. They stated they would reimburse us for inconvenience. I don’t see a reimbursement of $60 per room.

Sheraton San Jose is in an unassuming neighborhood. Close to lots of business parks and restaurants. This hotel was probably top notch in its hay day, but some elements make it feel dated. Parts of the room were worn down due to wear and tear. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable. The lobby and courtyard was very pretty and the staff was accommodating.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a leaky faucet the entire time and the drainage of the tub is a problem. The restaurant/bar not being open on the weekend was bad and anything I wanted to purchase from the front desk was out of stock! $60 for an hour early check in is completely ridiculous. If you want a clean room for a night or 2 I would recommend but don't expect any type of service or anything more than that.

The Sheraton is definitely outdated when it comes to room conditions. Our bathroom sink and toilet wouldn’t stop running. The walls were peeling in the bathroom. The couch was definitely old and had an old musky smell to it. The carpet and couch could definitely use a shampoo or complete replacement. The pool area was very well kept and looked nice. The bistro restaurant food and service was good. The front desk service was very helpful and professional.
