Clean and friendly just a little dated and no AC.

The room was nice and the beds and line were good The handle on the drapes broke but we were still able to open and close them. Having to open the front door with the room car 24/7 was a bit of a pain. The room was right on an ally where they picked up garbage several times and it was loud.

The room was very clean, the hotel is in a perfect position for exploring the city and very close to the BART station (train to the airport). Internet and the elevator were a bit slow but otherwise everything ok!

The check in staff was wonderful. She was very nice to let me check in early so I can make it to my appointment close by. The gift bag was a very nice touch as well.
