Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost.

Overall great stay. Didnt realize they had no pool, and the amenity for the 1 hr bike ride was not cool since they told me and my wife we had to walk 2-3 blocks to get the bike.

The outdoor and indoor gas fireplaces were so beautiful. Blankets were available for cool evenings. A bar and restuarant were attached to the hotel. Hotel Zoe was blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf which was fun to explore. The room was beautiful, efficient and clean. Coffee and tea were provided in the morning in the lobby. Great place, great location. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas are great. They offer complimentary wine, and s’mores. They have blankets available if you want to go to the fireplace area at night. Neighborhood was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and souvenirs shopping

Nice and close to Fisherman's wharf. We arrived early, could not check in until 3:00 but they were able to hold our luggage. We parked right next door in an underground lot and it was $15 per day. Didn't make sense to pay $75 for the valet parking. There was only 1 valet and he was busy so It would have taken a while for him to get our car. However the wharf is only a couple blocks away so super convenient.

The bed was really comfortable. Fishermens Wharf was right around the corner and getting around the city was really easy. There were many bus terminals close to the hotel, which was great to reach all the spots. There was also a parking garage, so you had no trouble finding a place to park your rented or own car. Only thing missing for us was a bar to grab some drinks after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was also really friendly and obliging. Would definitely stay there again when visiting San Francisco.

The Restaurant that is connected to the hotel was everything it made the hotel now they changed everything including the poor choices on the menu and no longer open for every meal. Breakfast has turned into an expensive Buffet with limited choices

Clean room. AC worked great. Would have like a coffee maker in the room. Husband wanted to work out on exercise bikes and could not access until 7am. He was ready to exercise at 5:30am. But still, a wonderful visit overall!!

A nice hotel and a great location but the aircon unit in the rooms sounds like a diesel truck engine all night. The unit was the same in all rooms. The room wasn’t particularly clean especially the bathroom. The parking is also $60 for the night which is absurd as there is much cheaper parking directly across the street. Wouldn’t have done it but the valet comes straight over and makes it seem complimentary. You are not told except for one tiny sign that is easily missed.

Located in a touristy, but lovely part of town which was centrally located. Restaurant attached to the hotel was very nice and the firepit area was a nice place to unwind after walking around the city. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and offered pillows for every comfort level. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was disgusting. The shower doors were broke, floors filthy, makeup on pillows, bugs on the ceiling. Check out was easy the person at the desk didn’t even look up she just said “keys go in basket over there”. The place could be nice but it’s pretty bad when the people running the place stated that the “have occurring problems with the cleaning staff.”

Nice, quiet, clean hotel. We had a king room and it wa s big for SF. Nice size bathroom as well. We were only there overnight so no chance to check out any of the other amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

This property has amazing reviews. This is why I chose it. However, when I checked in,I felt like it was a bait and switch. In a highly touristy area. The bikes they advertise, had an app issue. So no free bikes. The parking is valet, so definitely check the pricing on that! 55.00 a night for small size suv. When I checked in to my room, it was ready,but hair and dirt on the coffee table, and stained furniture. It definitely didn’t give off welcoming clean vibes! I travel a lot, and this place is essentially equivalent to a 2 star Holiday Inn. With puffed up reviews. Also, our last night staying, our room smelled like a marijuana factory. Not mad, but if I had kids, I might not want to smell this. All in all, it’s just a mediocre chain hotel that has put a lot into their reviews. BEware!

Only thing I liked was the location. They charge for early check in or check out ($100), the rooms are microscopic, no coffee in rooms but if you want to haul yourself out of bed and get dressed they have it downstairs (only until 9:30 am). The light in the room is on the same switch as the toilet/shower area and it’s super bright. No room cleaning and they wouldn’t even give me a receipt when requested at the end of my stay (I chose not to spend any money at the property anyway, but I like a print out to ensure there are no extra charges). The bed was comfortable so that was a plus. Breakfast buffet is $40 a person.

Small older hotel that has been rennovated. Rooms are very small, but very clean. Bathroom is very spacious and extremely clean. No microwave. We stayed in a room facing street, and you can hear people fighting.

Room stank of chemicals. The "Junior suite" was tiny and filthy. Stains on the walls and floor. Air conditioning is very loud, so if you are a sleeper that requires silence, you won't get it. Think 90s motel for the AC unit. Also extremely expensive for a sub-par hotel.

Hotel great location fisherman’s wharf 5 min walk. Bed comfy. Bathroom lets it down tiny and bottom of bath all enamel worn away. Very weird you need to put bathroom light in puts light on sink in bedroom so wakes other person. Staff friendly. Drinks and food pricey. Outside drinks area nice. Asked for quiet room and was put near lifts and ice machine so not great.

Upon arrival I was pleased with the quick valet and check in service, considering how busy the lobby was. Our room was a titch small for the “Deluxe Queen” room but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ice machine on our floor (2) was broken. I was told by a staff member to go up to floors 3 or 4. You have to use your key to unlock the elevator. Because of this, I could not take the elevator up and had to use the stairs each time. Our tv didn’t work. It kicked us out of Netflix several times and repeatedly shut off. After two visits from the engineering dept, they finally replaced it. There was also very loud music. There is a restaurant below the hotel AND a private event was going on in the courtyard so we were not sure where it was coming from but it was loud for quite a long time. We came to town for a medical procedure so most of our stay was spent in our hotel room and not sightseeing which made it even more of a struggle. Manager was going to comp us one night, however I am still awaiting that to happen. With all that being said, we would come back as the staff genuinely tried to make things right while we were there.

You said I had VIP access I did get a nice bottle of wine which I did drink. Our room was nice but it was the room we chose what was odd as we got there three hours early. The gentleman at the front desk said oh your room is ready, but you can only have it if you pay a $60 early access fee which we chose not to, and we start our luggage with the front desk and went into town and then came back and checked in. We booked for 2 nights. i had called in advance to advise our flight was delayed therefore we would be arriving past midnight and i needed a late check in. The kind gentleman said he’d make a note in the system. Once we arrived to the hotel, the front desk lady mentions they don’t have a room available for us as there was a “plumbing” issue. Not once did they call, email, or text to advise of this issue. They accommodated us in another hotel thankfully but I really would’ve appreciated a call to inform me of what was going on as we arrived exhausted from a 6 hour flight and we arrived late overall to the hotel to then have to walk to another hotel. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel was great and the service was also great. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

We arrived in the city a bit earlier. I asked the staff for early check-in. She seemed a bit hesitant at first, but was able to accommodate us. Our first experience was velvet parking. He was wonderful brought our luggage in was kind. Thoughtful asked if he could do anything else for us. Give us directions Location was perfect just what we needed. We arrived in the afternoon to find that they had upgraded our room to a king size bed overlooking the courtyard. That was a plus as it was a bit quieter at night and my wife is a light sleeper. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on how to get about and where to find a bite to eat. The hotel itself is well situated within walking distance to good restaurants,Fisherman's Wharf, a Trader Joe's, and convenient public transit options to explore the city. We would definitely recommend Hotel Zoe to those looking to experience San Francisco.

Hotel Zoe is close to bus and cable cars. You can get wherever you want quickly and easily. Easy to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, attractions, shops, and great restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable, and amazingly quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Fisherman’s Wharf area. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. There is a resort fee payable at the property which I was aware of in advance. This was not fully explained at check in though; ie you are entitled to 15USD credit at the adjoining restaurant per day. I only discovered this when checking out and receiving my invoice. Had this been fully explained, I would have used this instead of spending money elsewhere.

Location room were great. Joi at front desk very helpful. Only complaint is they have a $15 voucher for a drink each day at the Pescatore restaurant in hotel. We paid $48 US for two espresso martinis. They include an automatic $18% gratuity, $5 for employee association, $6 resort fee taxes etc… so be aware.

Had a great stay at Zoe's. The location is great around Fisherman's Wharf & easy access to public transport to get around San Francisco. The food at the onsite restaurant (Pescatore) was delicious and the restaurant staff were wonderful. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe. As a VIP with hotels.com we were entitled to some perks and had been confirmed on our booking. Unfortunately I needed to ask for them the next day. It is so much nicer to be offered upon check-in.

Hotel is great. Good location. Only bad feed back is went in morning for breakfast and found out they only had brunch. It cost $61.00. Not worth it. You couldn’t order on menu.
