Nice hotel, good little gym. Minutes walk from fisherman’s wharf and in and out burger. Avoid the hotel shop for essentials. As it’s eye watering expensive.

Great locatio. Very convenient location for Fishermans Warf. Rooms are big and clean, some of the common areas need a but of updating. Elevators are [n particular need of work. Staff was very nice. Overall a great location would recomend for sure.

The room we had was very spacious with chairs, coffee table, couch, fridge/counter area. The bathroom was a great size with plenty of counter area The parking was reasonably priced and right beside the property. It was walking distance to the wharf and right around the corner to the cable car. The front entrance was locked at night. Guests had to use their room key to enter which is fantastic for safety reasons.

The staff was very friendly and helfpul. Property was clean, only noticeable inconvenience was the slow, shaky, and noisy elevator. Was not entirely a fan of the street it was located on but the staff did accommodate us and point us to the best places to explore.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel. We were able to easily walk to sights along the wharf. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was also very quiet. Just so people are aware the valet parking does not include fees/taxes in the price so the 65.00 quoted is actually 74.10 to have your vehicle valet parked.

Great location! Close to the wharfs and close to Ghiradelli Square. Lots of restaurants and a Walgreens just a few blocks away where I was able to buy everything needed for our breakfasts, as well as other supplies. The hotel was very nice, updated, and clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Short walk to all that Fisherman’s Wharf has to offer. Staff was great as well! Our room was clean but did have an unusual odor that could use some attention. Air freshener helped keep the odor at bay during our stay.

The hotel is walkable to Fisherman's Wharf. So there are a lot of dining and shopping options available around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big TVs in the rooms. Due to the location of the hotel to the wharf, there are a lot of loud cars and cars playing loud music that constantly are driving by at all hours. That is not the hotel's fault, but it doesn't make it the quietest location. Daily cleaning service was offered when we checked in, however, we did not receive it. They seemed to come every other day instead. Which is fine, but then don't offer it daily. Definitely would recommend overall though.

The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were definitely a highlight - everyone we spoke to on the front desk was polite, friendly and super helpful. We got some great recommendations for places to eat! Our room felt a little dark and perhaps dated. Perfectly clean on arrival so no issues there. Area felt safe, and we chose it to be away from downtown. The problem was the outside noise. We were here for 5 nights. Every night without fail around 1am and again around 4.30am there was noise on the street - normally something to do with the homeless raiding bins, or cleaning lorries or bin lorries in the early hours. Not the hotels fault, but when you're jet lagged, having interrupted sleep is the worst. It might be better in other parts of the hotel - perhaps on the inside of the square. We tried earplugs but this didn't really help. Our room faced Beach St. If the noise wasn't an issue, would be a 4/5 and we'd happily stay there again. If your number one priority is a quiet night, perhaps look elsewhere.

Decided we wanted to be within walking distance to the wharf and this place really is. Booked 2 rooms and one was able to get in earlier. Nice sized 2 queen room, with space in front of the closet. Bathroom large, with big counter. Requested a microwave which arrived very timely. Hotel is really nice, hotel staff friendly and extremely helpful. Shout out to Sarah for area tips and directions. The bus is right around the corner, bay and wharf about 1 block away. Garage parking if you choose not to valet is right next door. It's not cheap but very convenient, we (women) walked different times of the day/night for out car and felt very safe. Would so recommend this place for a long weekend or a base for area stuff.

My daughter and I stopped here during our road trip. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. They gave us a map and some recommendations which was helpful.The room was clean and comfortable but we looked directly into the parking garage so we could not open the drapes. We were disappointed that the cost of parking was almost $60 and the garage was pretty shady so we parked and ran to the staircase. Alternatively, we could have paid for valet for around $65 but I couldn't make that decision because the front desk didn't know how much the garage cost. Would stay again but would find alternative parking and ask for a view.

First of all, I would like to say how welcoming the staff are. Especially Manager Jalen. Gave first class service. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and went above and beyond. Also front of house Sarah and Adriano. Credit to the hotel. So polite and full of knowledge. Great to chat to all three of them. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The room has everything you need. Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay.

We arrived at 3:00 to check-inn. Since it was too early to have the room, we asked if they can store ou luggage and if we can have the car parked. They agree but the guy in charge of the valet parking arrive 15 min later. We asked to go to the bathroom but they said that because we did not have the key yet, they had only one bathroom but it was occupied. When we arrived later to have our rooms, they said they were not available because of a computer problem and we had to go to another hotel.

Adriano at the customer service desk looked like he was miserable at work. There was a young lady next to him helping another guest and she sounded pleasant and inviting. He helped me as he was taking money out of a container, rude. We were early, 3pm instead of 4pm. He said my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I was going to be called or texted when it was ready and he said “yea, we can give you a call”. I had already did a mobile check in and requested a text anyways. Then I had questions about the valet and again he was completely disinterested in providing any information. So I had to go ask the valet the process and how it would work if we left at 6am. He was very polite and helped us out. The room was dusty and smelled moldy. The bedding had little black lint balls. The TV wasn’t connected, maintenance was called. He arrived promptly and fixed the TV in 2 minutes. However, the worst part was that we needed to shower at 5am and the water was COLD. Only two people showered with tepid water and I couldn’t bathe my two children.

Very convenient for touring around SF. it can sometimes get loud at night but that's mainly due to its location with many attractions nearby but also with the parking structure next to it. As safe as any where else around Fisherman's Wharf.

The property was well maintained and staff were on top of keeping it clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great location one block from fisherman’s wharf walkable to pier 39 and many places. Cable cars and street cars super close. Valet parking or self park available. I was impressed with the stay.

This hotel was amazing. Super comfortable bed, a/c was ice cold, house keeping daily. The breakfast restaurant on floor two was reasonably priced. and tasty. The location was 2 blocks from Pier 39, and a half block from public transit ($5 per person for an all day pass). Super close to the Warf and Ghirardelli square. Every hotel worker we met were friendly and helpful. A lot of food options on the same block. I’d recommend the pizza spot across the street. Only negative is having to pay over $130 for two days of valet parking.

We chose this hotel due to location - it was close to the pick up point for our bus trip to Yosemite Valley. The room was a good size and was clean. We were able to walk to places of interest and attractions close by. There are laundry facilities onsite and the reception desk can give you complimentary laundry powder. We had breakfast at the cafe on the 2nd floor. The location was quiet on the nights we stayed there.

It was in a great location, but the walls are not very sound proof and you could hear the garbage trucks every single night at 4 in the morning. It was extremely loud. Great breakfast place, but does not come with your stay and you pay separately.

Staff was excellent! They were helpful and gave great advice. The room was spacious and comfy. The only thing I would say is, skip the breakfast. It’s expensive, and takes forever. It’s really not worth the price; there are other places that are better. Hotel and valet staff were great though!
