The staff here are amazing. Parking is outrageously priced but it’s safe and secure. If you feel comfortable risking it in SF, directly across the street there is a garage for cheaper. I’ve been here for both business and leisure and would stay again.

The view and the room itself were amazing. I loved the outdoor pool although there often weren’t enough chairs for guests. The skyview bar and urban restaurant are currently closed for renovations. Checkin and check out lines were very long.

Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees.

The courtyard has a pool and hot tub. There are plenty of staff to help with questions about the city. There's a pretty sky deck bar. It was clean. It is directly across frim rental car drop off.

Pink mold presence on bath tub curtain and dirty tub. Found insect in bed. Holes in bed sheets. Vents dirty filled with dust. Also there was an active strike taking place in front of the hotel by the hotel employees. No room service nor housekeeping available due to employees on strike.

Upon arrival, bedding had dried blood stains on sheets and comforter. The room and bathroom were not very clean. On our last day, there was a cockroach on the toilet. This was very disappointing and not what would be expected from a Hilton property.

Check in was easy and the front desk was very nice. The actual room was fine except the blinds would not open all the way and on the last day we called for toilet paper, they never came with the toilet paper we requested. They gave us one roll for 3 days. The restroom had hair on the ceiling, the shower had mold/mildew and there was rust also on the ceiling. Overall the experience was an 4/10. Very disappointed.

When we checked in they gave us our room and we went up stairs and there was half eaten food around the room and dirty panties on the floor. They switched us rooms but we had people running up and down the halls and everyone was smoking weed in thw building. The thermostat wasnt working and would either be to hot or too cold. They also added on the stupidest hotel fee of 25 a day. They charge you 25 a day but give it back as a credit to buy stuff from the store they have in the lobby, and everything is expensive. A drink is 5 dollars minimum. I wont be going to the hilton anymore really unpleased with the whole stay.

Stayed for a week at this property. The area/streets on the left of the hotel doesn’t feel safe as there is a lot of homelessness. Being a woman I would not walk down there alone at night. There is security at the hotel itself which is good and feels secure so great work there. The room itself was good, but the bathroom shower water pressure was very poor, the curtains didn’t even cover the entire bathtub so you kept feeling cold as well. The breakfast buffet is absolutely trash and not worth $60 USD. Hilton breakfast is typically great but was so so disappointing here and for me it’s around $80 CAD and for that price could get a steak brunch. The breakfast had the typical scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals and breads. Not even an omelette station. Honestly any holiday in breakfast for 1/4 price would be better. However the cafe has good food and much cheaper. Would recommend eating there instead and save $. Overall, for a Hilton hotel I expected a lot more for the breakfast options and general bathroom facilities

This was our second time at the hilton in San Francisco. We enjoyed our time here a lot. I highly recommend to get an upgrade to one of the rooms in the towers if available, the view is amazing!

Lighting in the room is dim. Shower water pressure could be much better. Hallway noise came through the door. Ok for $220 a night. I tried calling housekeeping, but no answer. No one answered when I called the hotel directly.

The room was extremely small. A couple of feet maximum on either side of the queen bed. The bathroom very small. The sink so small that it you barely can wash your hands. The sink hardware was loose. The toilet water sink took 15 minutes to refill. And there was an outlet witout protective cover on the deask (very dangerous) $400 per night. Horrible

I asked the front desk for a room change due to people banging on my door at night, and they refused without me paying extra for an upgrade. After a tour of the lobby at night, I learned all kinds of activities happen at this hotel, such as prostitution and vagrancy. The next day I called again and shared how unsafe I felt. I spoke with someone else who sympathized and moved my room, but in that room there were hairs on my sheets and little crumbs of stuff consistently. I came for a conference, which went well at the hotel, but my personal stay was horrible.

I've been to many different hotels of various levels, I rate this the worst so far. While it's clean and the check-in clerk was nice, no one really answers the phone, and when one finally did, they acted like a major bother, the thermostat is a pain in the butt to figure out before freezing or getting cooked, room service stopped before 8 after being told it goes well into 9pm, had to doordash but don't allow dashers upstairs so had to get dressed and go back downstairs, room door so heavy that it slipped from my hands and slammed on my head with the locking mechanisms pounding my head at a pretty fast rate when placing the eaten food container outside the door(could be a concussion) giving me a throbbing pain, bottom of the bathroom door knob to a sliding french door is loose, so the handle becomes undone, no shower cap, poor TV channels and the display setting is too bright but no way to control, parking structure was the most stressful thing ever. Stayed in various places in SF, too. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if at all possible. Haven't checked out yet, so hopefully that would be a better experience.

Staff were friendly and kind. Professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately there was a hotel worker strike going on. Lots of banging on metal cans, air horns and megaphones. We received info at check in and apologies but the strike really impacted our stay. The much advertised sky bar was sectioned off on a busy Saturday night for a private party. We could not get a table for over an our and eventually gave up. This was an amenity we really wanted to use. Room was very dirty and dated. Could not use balcony due to worker strike noise. View was amazing. Just not the best stay. We tried to find the silver lining and were happy to be in a great location. Just sad and disappointed that our stay was impacted by the strike.

Excellent friendly service. The rooms are roomy and the hotel is elegant. 5min walk from Union Square. Parking is outrageously expensive. Plenty of transportation options. Why not a perfect score? Parking is very limited and used for 2 hotels. Sometimes drove in the tight space that the garage is over and over until we found a spot. Maintenance is mediocre; the bathtub was clogged and should have been noticed. The back of the hotel, where the parking garage is, is very sketchy. Lots of homeless and some doing drugs. One of them yelled at my husband for no apparent reason. Oce we realized this we never walked that street again. I will stay here again, this was my 4th stay. Cable cars a 3-4min walk away.

Very convenient location close to cable cars, Muni and Bart for transportation throughout the city and Oracle park as well as to the airport.. Good choices to eat within a short walk of a block or two. The attached parking garage was a huge plus, although expensive. Staff was outstanding and friendly.

I was super annoyed at the breakfast at Poached. I’ve payed less for higher quality food. At 120 for two getting a step up from the continental breakfast I get at best western is pretty pathetic. The eggs were slimey and the pastry selection was stale.

The room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the city. They had a lounge upstairs with great views of the city. The hotel itself is huge with 3 towers and can feel like a maze, but it wasn't to difficult to find my way around after being there a few minutes. It's walking distance from a lot of great shopping and dining options which I liked. There's parking on the property but its expensive ($65). My only complaint was the breakfast restaurant on the first floor called "Poached." Its a buffet style breakfast but they don't post the price up front. Do not eat there, they charge you $46 per person plus automatically add a tip for what is practically the same breakfast buffet you get for free at the Hampton Inn (which is also part of Hilton).

Stayed at the hotel for one night after a concert at a near by theatre. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. Had breakfast the next morning at Poached. The food was way over priced and mediocre at best. I would not dine there again.

Front staff who assisted check-in was quite helpful with niche situation. He was kind, and performed his job above and beyond. Mattress in my room seemed brand new and all the sheets were clean. There was everything provided you would need other than a sewing kit or toothbrush & showercap but honestly, i didnt need those.
