I had an amazing stay other than the parking and garage. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The view of my room was great overlooking the bay and the city of San Francisco.

Our room was clean and cozy, with an amazing view. The concierge Pacifico is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat either.

Decent hotel and a short walk to the Piers and Chinatown. Also close by to the BART rail system to and from the airport.Room was clean with basic amenities such as coffee & tea making facilities, fridge and a safe.bathroom/shower was ok size too. The staff on the front desk were ok when I checked in,but upon checking out,no questions were asked about how my stay was or anything, they just took the key card and said I was 'all done'. My room was directly opposite the gym,so could hear people coming and going all day plus at times music being played in the gym.view from the room was a little disappointing too,but I was out exploring most of the time so it didnt matter too much. There was also some building work being done on the entrance whilst I was staying here.On the whole,I would stay here again.

Great location, on the edges of Chinatown and the Financial District. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. You can leave bags after checkout at the concierge desk, which was very helpful for our group since we were not leaving until the evening. The facade was undergoing renovations, but it was being done without disruption to the hotel's operation, apart from some noise in the lobby area. We had no idea it was going on in our room. The views of the city and the Bay were amazing, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained.
