The service was great and the location was wonderful! A quick easy walk to the warf was perfect for our family. The room was comfortable and we loved the courtyard with tons of activities like cornhole, ping pong, and jenga for our family to enjoy. Also loved the games available in the lower lobby for us to play in the evening! The flavored water was a nice way to refresh after walking in the sun and loved the morning coffee as well! The only real parking option was valet but our car was taken care of and came quickly when we needed to retrieve it. Highly recommend!

Great location..walking distance to Ghirardelli, pier 39, and Buena Vista Irish coffee. Spacious room. Great staff, extra amenities like patio fire pit and movie night we didn't take advantage of. Love the flavored water dispensers on each floor by the ice machine - we never needed to buy soft drinks during our stay. Staff offered coupons to area cafes and everyone seemed to know all the bus routes.

It clearly states online that there is parking available for guest in addition to valet parking. There is ONLY valet. 80 bucks a day additional to park is beyond ridiculous

We stayed 5 nights and did not regret it. The hotel is conveniently located in Fishermen's Wharf. Even though there are no food options in the hotel, the other facilities compensate for this. They have an amazing courtyard, a good fitness room and a cosy coffee corner where it is easy to strike up a conversation with other guests. The hotel does a good job of providing free walks, complimentary drinks and snacks and live music.

This would be a great place if you have kids. The industrial book isn't for me and there's no room service, no pool and parking is ridiculous.

Hotel look and condition is excellent. However you can hear the people above your room walk around constantly. The rooms are not noise proof and that is why they provide ear plugs for you and no block out curtains which lets light in early. They provide eye masks for this. If you stay request a top floor room to stop the noise although you will still hear noise from the street as the building is only three stories. Can’t complain about the condition of the room. The unwanted 6am wake up call we didn’t request was not necessary either

Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean property with nice amenities. Well decorated and spacious rooms Great location for tourists. Only con is that the surrounding area is very noisy and within hotel sound proofing is poor between rooms (they provide ear plugs however which helped).

Convenient location within walking distance to the Wharf and North Beach areas. Newer property, across the street from Marriott Fisherman's Wharf and near the Powell/Mason cable car turn-around. Enjoyed a large clean room for a family visit. Room itself was spacious though bathrooms were small. Amenities were good with large flat screen TV and locker-like cabinet that held a small safe and mini-refrigerator.

Lovely hotel, very comfy beds. Sadly we picked a courtyard room thinking it would protect us from road noise but there were tables and firepits right outside our room meaning we were bombarded by noise when we wanted to relax or sleep before going out in the evening.

Room 105 was so noisy we could hear everything single thing in the next room, the room above and the bayhroom above. Not a nice thought. We heard a lady in next room order aomethings on the phone and heard every details of her address and card numbers etc. Changed room and although it was better the rooms are very poorly built. No siund insulation between. For this reason I would not return. The hotel are aware of this and provide a printed card with a comment about the sound of the city. They do not tell you this on their adverts though.

Room was modern and clean, very spacious. Parking was easy with reasonable rates. Staff here was very friendly and helpful with everything. However, the soundproofing was truly terrible and we could hear the person above us walking around all evening and all morning so clearly, with the squeaky floors. If you're a light sleeper, wear ear plugs.

We absolutely loved this hotel and location! Perfect for visiting Fishermans Wharf, clean, comfy beds. Area felt safe for evening walking. Always greeted with a smile. A big shout-out to Priscilla - she was fabulous to deal with while checking in!

The location is great. The outdoor area with the firepit was fabulous! My recommendation is to have coffee available downstairs at 6 or 6:30 am. There was literally a line of people waiting every morning at 7am. Also, the Marriot property salespeople were borderline harassing. Really distasteful.

Spacious and clean rooms. When we stayed, the property was under renovations, so a bit of messiness and you could smell some of the paint or a chemical chemicals. Only one elevator workingBut I’m sure it will be even better when the renovations are done. Very walkable to fisherman’s wharf and Lombard Street, and Chinatown, so that was super nice.

Stinky pillows. Very limited food offerings for morning coffee. Coffee in room and lounge was excellent though. But no lounge coffee service after early morning hours. Great location!!! Close to everything. Really needs a breakfast option nearby though. Room decor was super bare and industrial. Room desk chair really needs wheels, hard to drag across carpet.

We had a great stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to many of San Francisco's important tourist attractions and sights. The rooms were clean, roomy and well appointed. Complementary coffee in the morning is great and the snacks in the afternoon are a nice addition of what you would see at a boutique hotel. There are cookies served with the coffee in the morning. This is should not be confused with breakfast and the hotel does not promote it as breakfast. (I only mention this bc i heard some parents complaining that there was nothing but cookies for breakfast) All staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted everywhere we went no matter if it was in the lobby or in the hallways. The only drawback was that when you meet with the concierge for your welcome packet there is a hard sell to attend a Marriott vacation property presentation. Be fore warned. It is a "vacation club" hotel. I would stay there again.

Very convenient location to get to and from Fisherman’s Warf and other attractions. Staff were great, clean and tidy property. I felt very safe going and coming, walking around in a the area with my young son. The hotel really lacks a restaurant/breakfast option on site, though. Major downside.

The hotel and rooms are fine. I always filter my hotels for included breakfasts, which this Marriot claims; however, I would not classify their fare as anything close to breakfast (coffee, and some thin sort of pastry). The hotel is an easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf, so that is the saving grace, plus the price was in line with other facilities in the area. My biggest complaint, though, has to do with the sales pitch you get from the concierge at check in. I am not sure what they are selling because we have consistently refused (at first politely, and by day 2, we used the direct/rude approach), but we were hit up every time we entered the lobby about setting a time for a 90-minute sales pitch, for which we would allegedly receive a $250 gift card. This feels like a time share thing, and I have no interest in wasting my vacation time listening to a hard-sell pitch that I would bet lasts as long as you are willing to sit and/or until you sign on the dotted line. If I had known about this in advance, it would have been a deal breaker for me. I go on vacation to relax and have fun, and most hotels I have stayed have a concierge who will help with that by directing you to the local sites, tours, shopping, and restaurants.
