Street parking is less expensive than on-site, which the listing does not mention. The room itself would have been nicer but it didn’t feel well cleaned. The bathroom had the knob for the tub out of place, staff shared the jets didn’t work (which it wasn’t super clean anyway), the fan/vent was not secured in the ceiling and the window on the ceiling looked as if it needed to be cleaned of the mold/mildew & the seals replaced. The door to the bathroom was damaged on the side (not affecting function), paint on the door was halfhearted, and there were burn marks on the counter for the sink. There were also no curtains or shower door to prevent water from splashing. The room also only had 1 towel, which had a crusty substance on it. If there are 0 other options, I’d debate carefully on booking here.

So I stayed here on 3 occasions. Aside from the lack of linen it was exemplary. Everything worked and the coffee was alright. Beds are pretty comfortable and the decor while minimalist it's perfectly acceptable.

⸻ I am extremely disappointed with my recent two-night stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. On the first night, the bathroom sink was filthy and completely clogged. I notified staff immediately, but nothing was done to fix the issue. Having an unusable sink is unacceptable in any hotel. On the second day, I was not moved to another room until 1:00 PM. When I finally entered the new room, there were no towels provided. To make matters worse, the running water was completely shut off for approximately two hours — no hot water, no cold water, no functioning water at all. This made it impossible to shower or use the facilities. These issues caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected a clean, functional room and basic accommodations, which were unfortunately not provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards moving forward
