Loved the building; felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Though there were homeless persons visiting the parking lot area, the location is well lit and appeared secure with large parking spaces. Room was clean and amenities functioned well. Would stay again.

Elevator was broken, the breakfast was not breakfast it was pretty much just sugar. Everything was old. My bathroom had mold, the hair dryer was broken, there was a 5G tower literally by the pool and that gave my son headaches. It said no smoking but my floor smelt like weed.

Checking in was fine, and the staff were friendly. The main issue was the room. There were bugs, mold on the ceiling, and the sink had a large stain on the inside. The floor above us was noisy, making it hard to rest at certain times of the night. Our TV was also not working/or connected to the cable box.

The toilet had a hair on it, the sink had a long, black hair in it, and the bedding was old, dingy, and had a hole and 2 grey stains on the bottom sheet...have no plans to ever stay here again, sorry!!

Guys smoking pot just outside the pool. Corridor to the rooms was hot and smelled nasty. The room was tidy but not clean. Under the bed was gross. The bathroom was nasty. The tub had black and pink mold/ mildew growing around the edges. That A/C barely kept the room cool and was loud. I can’t blame the hotel for the people that were staying there, but it was a lot of construction workers and guys with gang tattoos. (Literally).

Bathtub was moldy, no shower curtain. The toilet was low to the ground and did not flush well. The floor was so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on. When I went down to breakfast, not sure if he was the owner and family but they did not welcome you to have breakfast and made you uncomfortable, I grabbed juice and left because I felt uncomfortable. The supplies for soap and lotion were so sparse.

We got a 2 queen bed room. Walked in the room and went in to the bathroom it was dirty, pubic hair on the tube along with a razor cap. Looked like it wasn't swept. The shower was missing a curtain. Requested another room the clerk was helpful and friendly. The second room looked like it has not been swept. Walls were filthy. Service was friendly. Rooms were dirty.

Such an amazing stay in Tulare, somewhat close to sequoia national park. The room we had was incredibly comfortable and spacious, was a shane we were there for 1 night only. Would definitely return!

Outside of hotel looks nice. Inside was a mess. Room keys didn’t open 3 times and manager had to come help open door. Apparently, the electronic door lock system is often low on batteries. Blonde hair on the sheets of the bed. Remote was missing from room. Ice machine and pool wasn’t working.

This hotel was very clean and centrally located. However, the walls are so paper thin that it's very loud all the time. I couldn't sleep at all without hearing other people's conversations and kids yelling in the morning!

Room was clean when we walked in. Past that point our room was never serviced. I finally went to front desk asking for trashbags as we had only one trashcan. We asked for more towels on 3rd day. Found them on the counter but did not take out trash or dirty towels. Husband finally asked if they would at least clean the bathroom floor. They did. Breakfast service should NOT be claimed. Always claimed they were waiting on their delivery.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They acted like we were bothering them to check in. I had requested and again been told on the phone they would accommodate my request of two rooms on the bottom floor. Instead, they gave me one room on the 2nd floor and one room on the 3rd floor. When I expressed my concern they basically said too bad even though I had confirmed on the phone 4 hours earlier that my request would be honored. Very unacceptable. We won't be back.

The front desk clerk was not in attendance when I arrived. Later I saw another guy waiting for her return and heard her say she was "walking the property," while he waited. This is a place for construction crews, not for business travelers. The room was clean, place looked new.

My room was sold out from under me at hillstone inn where We usually stay. I booked QUALITY INN and am Gratefully 🙏 Impressed with Jose!! He is a Fantastic concierge and manager!! He was kind caring and compassionate attention to every detail!! Im Gratefully 🙏 Impressed.

I like the location - right off CA 99 and accessible to where I wanted to travel in Tulare. Overall, I found my stay to be pleasantly quiet, appreciated the WiFi access and sidewalks for early morning or later evening walks. The staff whom I met were courteous and professional.

I wouldn't recommend this Quality Inn. The room is cheap but you get what you pay for. Very loud and noisy with kids running and screaming in the hallways. Showers are not adequate for anyone above 5'5. The breakfast area is horribly managed and not restocked. Its dirty unclean and not well taken care of. Bed was comfortable for a good sleep.

The free breakfast in the morning was wiped out by 8. There was no coffee. The cleanliness was ok, however the bathroom was not fully clean. The service was good though, the staff were really nice.

Deep gouges in the floor of the room, where the TV stand and refrigerator are like furniture had been moved around, and I let the hotel staff know. And the pool and hot tub were filthy and had black mold along the top which I also let the hotel staff know about. There was a lot of noise and slamming of doors and we got very little sleep at all. The dumpster was outside my window and the smell came through the window into the room!! Find somewhere else to put it! The very tiny dining area is a disaster for a three story hotel. There’s very little room for guests to sit or even move around to get their breakfast.

Our experience in this hotel overall was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. The pool was very fun and it was great to be swimming in a 7 foot pool. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they advertise a "buffet breakfast" but its not. Its a continental breakfast.
