The overall experience was good, we spent time in the pool and that was great for the kids. The carpet downstairs and in the elevator need to be replaced. The elevator smelled and looked very run down but that was it. Would stay there again.

Was a last minute booking online…. We got to hotel after 9 pm and person at the desk was friendly and efficient…. Room was really nice. We had the 2 Queen beds. Very clean and comfortable Large bathroom Nice breakfast in the morning free with room Luggage Trolleys available to use

Staff was incredible breakfast was great I liked they had security in the parking lot but at the same time they had Security in the parking lot so I don’t think it was quite a safe neighborhood But I had no problems at all. I would recommend this place.

The area seems like it can be unsafe later in the night . I like that you can only get in the hotel with your card key . I also like that there is plenty of places to eat around the hotel .

As soon as we walked in the room smelled like cow manure….. the room was dirty. I asked fora clean room and was told I had to purchase a new room because I paid through a third party. I will never stay here again!

I have stayed here before, my big disappointment was that the Internet was not working and with the TV, the titles of the shows were not available, as I was hoping to get some work done. Asked staff about it, issues with the system. The staff is great, Amber who checked me is really good, ask her about the Tulare outlets, which we visited and she said they are really good and they are. Hotel is clean and feel safe in the area.

Staff, safety, and cleanliness of the place was great. Check-in was quick. However, our first impression of the room (King Study) was met with a foul musty odor. Maybe from the AC? not sure. The bed was actually pretty comfortable, but each time we'd move, it made a creaking noise. I'm a very light sleeper so that bothered me a few times. Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable. However, the overall picture isn't so bad.

This hotel is different from other Hampton Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at. The room looks old and smells of cigarette smoke. There was no Wi-Fi connection or TV available throughout our entire stay.

The AC was not working in the first room I checked into. The front desk was easy to work with to change my room. It was quiet in the hotel, even with our room being located by the elevators and ice machine. The breakfast was good and the hostess was attentive.

We asked for Room service and unfortunately the staff that took our request dropped the ball...after a long hike to the Sequoia we returned to No Room Service, NO CLEAN LINENS, NO BEDS MADE, NO TRASH REMOVED, NO VACUUMED FLOOR...We spoke to management, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We always stay there! Always great! This time a computer glitch held us up for little over an hour! Hard on my wife with Parkinson’s Disease! Agent tried her best to get it fixed! This was upper management problem!! We will return!!

Lots of food, shopping, and dog parks right next to the hotel which was awesome to have. Free breakfast, super clean room, AC made the 82 degree night perfect, really quiet stay and will absolutely stay here again on more road trips. $70 for a pet to stay one night is steep, but I’m sure bigger dogs can be messy. Shout out to Austin who checked us in and was attentive and friendly even at the late hour of our arrival!
