This was a very good stay, first: great price, second the service from the check in to the breakfast and the check out the employees, the prompt , I don’t have anything negative to say about this place! Very clean and We were very impressed of the clean swimming pool( which is hard to find). The breakfast was a very complete one! Eggs breads, waffles , fruited, juices, fresh water, coffee, cocoa, meats! I definitely recommend this place, and we definitely considered for future stay!

2 night stay. Basic room that was quiet and comfortable. The stains on the carpet were a bit off putting tho. A/C worked great. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, with hot and cold items available. Fitness center consisted of one treadmill, one eliptical, and a couple weights laying around. Location made it an easy 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. A bit pricey IMO for what you get, but I guess since it was a 3 day weekend........WOULD stay here again, but wouldnt be my first choice. Not bad, just not great!

This hotel really needs updated!!! No exhaust in bathroom, old flooring also. Breakfast had little options compared to other Comfort Inns we have stayed at. The pool is not heated, so we couldn’t even swim because it was too cold. I would not recommend this hotel!!

Excellent staff, even in the midst of anxious guests sheltering from the storm. Love the breakfast, pinball machine and massage beds. Room was quiet. Highly recommended, good quality for a reasonable price.

The property and staff were really nice. Easy check in and out. The place needs a little update. We stayed for 2 nights. The very first night we arrived as soon as I walked in the room was a bitten by something. I thought it was mosquitos, but it turned out it was fleas. My boyfriend saw some on the bed. We cleaned everything and still they were ahowing up, is like they were in the carpet or something. My legs were all red from the bites and as soon as I felt that I needed to scratch, I would look at my legs and they were all with fleas, at least 20 on just one leg. I will clean myself and then same thing again. My boyfiend was bitten as well, not as bad as me though. Probably change all the carpets out or spay something to kill them

The room smelled of mold and the first night we saw a German roach and right before we left there was one on the bed. We could never get a second key to the room that would work. Don’t expect anything from breakfast.

We used this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast, but from the moment we arrived, we realized that none of the photos showed anything real: dirt everywhere, the hallways and the room had dirty, smelly carpets that perhaps hadn't been vacuumed in 5 years, the shower water couldn't be adjusted to the right temperature; it always came out boiling hot. We called to report the situation, but they said they didn't know how to fix it but that we should use it that way, and we got no further help. The pillows are disgusting because of the bad smell they have, and the breakfast is terrible; there's no food at all, so we only used the dining room once and had to go outside to get breakfast. Be careful with the surroundings if you're traveling with children. In short, this place doesn't even deserve a 6 rating. Expedia shouldn't have it listed.

Room looked pretty clean and bef and sheets were comfortable but when we ordered pizza and were eating on the desk about 7 german roaches appeared on the wall. Disgusting. Other than that room was clean, bathroom was nice, pillows, bed and sheets were comfy.

Urine smell on comforter and pillows. Tub/shower had black mold in joint between tub and wall. Carpet in room was worn out and filthy. Room and hallways smelled moldy and dirty. They did give me a different room after I complained. No urine on comforter or pillows but it was only marginally better. This hotel needs a complete remodel.

Check in was smooth. Room was clean. The carpet was in need of replacing and was a bit mouldy. Water pressure in the shower was low and was difficult to get rid of the soap suds. Breakfast was excellent and Mr. Samuel who was in charge of the breakfast area was very pleasant and a hard worker! The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The room was just fine, but a bit run down around the edges. We couldn’t figure out the tv, and it appeared as if paint was peeling in the bathroom, and possibly mud on the door that didn’t get completely cleaned from a previous stay. Bed was comfy and AC worked great. Overall dim lighting throughout the whole building left it with a slightly dingy feel.

We thought we would save a little by staying at a place that might be a little older.. it was wayyy older, beds were tiny, bathroom very dated, door to hallway didn’t fit properly so you could see the light from the hallway on all sides of the door by the frame.. breakfast was waffles, white bread, make your own oatmeal, 3 cereals, orange juice or coffee. No water. No yogurt. No milk cartons. Not many options. I am 5’4 and could tough the ceilings in the hallway. It was just extremely outdated. I didn’t expect it.

My first day was terrible, my room was right next to the interstate, and it was so noisy. I could not sleep the entire night . I requested to be moved to the other side and it was initially denied. However, the next day they decide to change me, Consequently next two nights I was able to sleep very well. I am grateful that they appreciative that they move me to another room.

The first appearance was great. It was clean and smelled good. The room was clean. The shower has a ledge that sits over the tub that could have been cleaned better. It was a little moldy. Breakfast was good but the coffee was aweful. We were on the backsode of the hotel and could hear all the traffic all night. I would recommended a room on the front side.

Property was ookaayy, not incredibly terrible but not the best. The room was very humid when we first entered and smelled like mildew so probably some mold issues going on…idk. And when I reserved online it said all taxes and fees were included but then I had to put down another $100 deposit on my credit card. We did pay it, no biggie, but people may want to know that up front. The senior gentleman at the front desk was fairly pleasant...nothing spectacular about the lobby or anything… Room looked fairly clean - old & outdated but not nasty or infested with bugs or anything. Bed was okay, a little stiff, not super comfy, but I was able to sleep. The hotel is not located in a very good part of town. It used to be a heck of a lot worse but still not great. Keep your door locked and lock up your car. I would recommend bringing your valuables up to the room with you, and not leaving anything in the car. In a pinch I guess I’d stay here again, as long as my husband was with me… but if I had the option we’d definitely prefer to go to the holiday inn express across the street near the Cracker Barrel restaurant. Good luck!

I stayed in this comfort inn for a few days on my birthday. It was the most wonderful and peaceful stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness was spectacular in the entire hotel and when you walk into the lobby it is pleasantly deodorized with a soft and amazing scent. It was amazing! And I will return without a doubt. 5 star rating.

I booked a reservation for 2 nights so I can be close to the hospital for my nephew surgery I left 1 hotel to go there because the hotel before was terrible. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with this hotel either. Came in our room to drop off our bags they went to see my nephew in the hospital for the day came back to our room someone else’s bags where in my room they took a shower laid in the bed with my cover I brought from home and went through me and my partners belongings. No one called and told us about the issue until we literally step food in the room and saw for ourselves the staff did not help They tried to give us a free massage card and $30 off our reservation and a huge mess up like that unacceptable and no apology or real solutions was given

Room was checked in for 3 with a double bed. Only 2 towels found. Not to clean. Door bathrooms did not closed. Breakfast was terrible. No juice offer. Check in was ok. I have stayed here 3 times and I have seen hotel decline a lot.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable and there were hydro massage chairs which was a nice bonus. The only thing I think that could be better is their breakfast. They did have all the regular stuff; yogurt, toast, cereal, bagels, waffles, coffee and juice. There was also egg and sausage but I think the hot breakfast needs to be better with more options.

We liked that it was close to rhe Tropicana stadium. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. We didn't like the breakfast. Too many people and not too many choices to eat. Not enough tables and chairs.

Its my go to hotel when my GF kicks me out of the house. Overall property I enjoy I feel safe and is clean.This is though the third time juice choices on juice machine are only water. With that being said will stay again. Wouldn't recommended taking your GF
