Concierge was genuinely lovely. Really seemed to care. When I showed up I was so tired and they were warm and welcoming. The stay was fine. At this price that was all I wanted. A place to sleep between baseball games, which is why we came down. The negatives included some damage to the inside of the bathroom door which was a little disturbing, witnessing one live roach in the room, and also a leftover pair of men's briefs and a CVS receipt which among other items listed a pink dress and some condoms. I mean, we know that's what hotels are for but I can't believe they missed the underwear. Anyway, for the price I was please, and the service was very good. Pool was okay too.

An OK place to crash. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfy, but room floor made our bare feet black. Toilet seat was falling off and flush was weak. Room fridge was just cool, no freezer section. Patio chairs outside rooms are all falling apart, but pool was clean and nice. U shaped layout means noise from guests seems to echo loudly, minimal but seemingly safe parking. Breakfast consists of a juice and Nespresso machine, but DD is right next door. Would stay again, but set expectations accordingly.

We stayed during a trip to Reggae Rise Up music festival at Vinoy Park. We were pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was, especially after reading some of these reviews. We were in room 114. It was very neat and clean, the a/c worked well and wasn’t too loud. There were clean towels and fresh bars of soap in the bathroom. We were concerned about mosquitos in the room (they probably got inside while they were preparing the room, which is understandable since it was very humid). I asked for bug spray but they didn’t have any at the front desk. However no one got bit so the mosquitos seemed to be happy on the ceiling, thankfully. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the unit. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared clean. The other renters seemed decent. The front desk staff was very nice and chatted with us about the festival. Parking was definitely tight but we got a spot so no issues there. All in all, a solid stay for 1 night.

We all loved it here! Everyone that worked here was friendly. There was a guy spraying down the sidewalks, and he even apologized for the front of our room being wet. We then went to the pool and he asked us if we needed towels and got them for us. The room was updated and clean too. My guy that checked us in was very nice too and told us he would be there for any questions we had. This place was also close to a lot of restaurants too. Perfect stay.

Hotel was located in a sketchy neighborhood. Pics online looked better than in person. Maintenance was renovating part of the building outside our door and was beating on the wall, we didn’t sleep well due to the noise. Rooms were definitely overpriced for the area.

This hotel is utterly and absolutely filthy. The walls have suspicious stains as if fungus were growing or something. The couch in the room is filthy, stained as if it had never been cleaned. The desk chair has a part of the arm torn off and it doesn't stay in position, so it sinks to the lowest level. The advertised continental breakfast not only doesn't exist, the woman at the front desk told me they haven't had it since 2020. We tried cancelling but best we could do was to get a refund for one of the two nights. The entire situation with this filthy hotel almost ruined our weekend with our daughter. Thankfully we found a great Hyatt in Tampa. This place is totally gross and my strong suggestion is never ever to book anything here.

The property was absolutely disgusting. I spent over $150 just to get the room habitable enough to stay. There was puke on the shower curtain and the floors were gross. Even the shower curtain they gave me to replace the one with bodily fluids on it was stained and gross. Nobody should ever stay at this property. I will never stay at another days in again because of this property. Honestly believe we should have been comped at least a night. For even having to pay for all the cleaning supplies. But I didn’t say anything just to keep the peace on my vacation. But this place is atrocious.

The floor was very dirty. I wore flip flops since I was afraid to walk barefoot. When I got in the shower with flip flops the shower water turned black on my feet. The towels all were old and had black marks as if used to wash a car.

Check in went smooth.Air conditioning worked to make the room comfortable. Bed was comfortable however there was a stain on the bedspread. The floor was filthy dirty and my socks were black on the bottom from walking in the bedroom. The bolt for securing the exit door was not throwing into the doorwall slot securely. Only 3 facial (kleenex) tissues were left in the bathroom.

We checked in with no issues.the following morning cable and WiFi were not working and we rented this room for recovery as my fiancé had a operation down the road so we have spent the entire day on the room with no cable or WiFi’s. The cable was finally fixed however the WiFi still Doesn’t work.This morning I go to an employee and ask for an extra tag and towel as my linens were never changed out and she advised me they don’t have any extras. This was by far the worse hotel experience I’ve encountered in the hundred of rooms ove rented and I will be disputing the charge with my bank due to services promised weren’t provided.

One night stay before flying out. The staff were very nice. The room looked to have been updated but not completely. The problem is, they sprayed Axe body spray around, one would assume to cover up a smell. Our belongings all carried the smell after leaving.

Only stayed one night but had a good experience at this Days Inn. Great location, less than 15 minutes from the pier/downtown area and only 25 minute drive to Ft DeSoto Beach (probably about 20 minutes to St Pete Beach). Close to a lot of great dining options (I definitely recommend the donut shop across the street for great breakfast sandwiches and donuts). The rooms were newly renovated and seemed clean. The beds were comfy and they allowed 5 of us to stay in the same room. We have three small children that can share a queen size bed but a lot of hotels wouldn't let us book without getting two rooms. The owners are super friendly and checking in and out was very fast and easy.

The room had a slight smoke odor, despite being labeled as non smoking. There were dried stains on the bench and ground, that looked like hot glue. The room was very hot unless you were right next to the AC, which was working. The beds were comfy and the noise levels were fine

This place is cute and cozy, situated between a Popeye's and Dunkin and within a 5-12 minute drive of anything worth seeing in St. Pete. The lobby/desk is spotless with friendly front desk person and the owners who are personable and speak perfect English. The room is updated, uber clean with cute pops of color. Reminded me of legos. Instead of a bulky closet, there are 2 hooks with hangers. Bathroom spacious with quality shower and handwashing products. Pool area is clean and relaxing to sit in to read and rest. I've stayed in many affordable places- this is perhaps the best. So much so that I'm already making plans for 2024 to come back and stay here so we can do more of St. Pete. Ps- I tried to add 3 photos but the app won't let me

Stayed 2 nights. I didn't read the description thoroughly or I would have known better what to expect from this Motel. All outside entrances. The living area was updated and decent. But the door didn't actually seal, letting noise and hot air in. There was rust spots on the tiles in the shower. This main lighting was dim.

Terrible and rude treatment from the reception and management staff of this hotel. I asked for late checkout from the reception staff so I can checkout at 11:30am instead of 11:00am. They agreed. At around 11:10am, while I am showering and preparing to leave the room and check out, a crazy rude manager starts banging on my room door demanding that I open the door or she will call the police! She was extremely rude and hysteric, I had to explain to her that I asked for a late checkout and this isn't a proper way to talk to a guest. She kept on yelling after I asked her to connect me with the property supervisor or owner, she refused. Her name is Katie or Karen, I don't recall from all the yelling. I hope the property owner are aware of how that manager is running their property. I am never staying at this property again and advice anyone to stay away from it unless you enjoy being threatened with calling the police if they are 10 mins late in checking out even after requesting a late checkout.

I am never staying at this property again and advice anyone to stay away from it unless you enjoy being threatened with calling the police if they are 10 mins late in checking out even after requesting a late checkout.

Not sure who the older man at the front desk was, but Room wasn’t ready when I arrived, was told I would recheck a phone call when it was, no call was ever placed. Once checked in & in our room floor was filthy, just had dirt everywhere. Faucet to the bathroom was ripped out the wall but still managed to work so it was left with water spraying everywhere. Still functional I suppose. Up on checkout time ( which was 11am) I had employees knocking on my door at 10:30am asking if I was ready to leave. This proceeded every ten minutes until I actually left my hotel room. Very unprofessional individuals at this location. Tread lightly if you choose this place for your travels

When we went to Check in they told us we did not have a reservation. Said Travelocity issue!!! We were able to get a room (not the room I originally booked and paid for) Thankfully they changed our room the following day…. But was super inconvienent!

The location is awesome, Days In St Petersburg Central everything you need walking distance or just a short car ride of 5-8 mins away. Parking are was always clean and easy to get around. The staff were always on track on everything I needed and made serveral suggestions for food and places near by.

A Blast from the past! We enjoyed the stay. Very close to the Tropicana stadium. Easy access to Treasure Island beaches. Very nice employees and very adequate accommodation.

Only stayed one night but had a good experience at this Days Inn. Great location, less than 15 minutes from the pier/downtown area and only 25 minute drive to Ft DeSoto Beach (probably about 20 minutes to St Pete Beach). Close to a lot of great dining options (I definitely recommend the donut shop across the street for great breakfast sandwiches and donuts). The rooms were newly renovated and seemed clean. The beds were comfy and they allowed 5 of us to stay in the same room. We have three small children that can share a queen size bed but a lot of hotels wouldn't let us book without getting two rooms. The owners are super friendly and checking in and out was very fast and easy.

Hotel was located in a sketchy neighborhood. Pics online looked better than in person. Maintenance was renovating part of the building outside our door and was beating on the wall, we didn’t sleep well due to the noise. Rooms were definitely overpriced for the area.

The hotel was in a convenient location and it was easy to access different places. The pool was nice and so was the staff. However, it was run down and there was construction going on that I didn’t know about. Also, there was no breakfast available to get even though it was posted in the room that there was complementary breakfast 6:00am- 9:00am.

Room was clean and comfortable, but pretty basic. Not much room to store clothing and towels/washcloths were pretty thin and somewhat worn. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had seen on a website somewhere that they served breakfast at this location but they didn't (just juice and coffee) and the receptionist told us they hadn't had breakfast since the pandemic. However, she was helpful at recommending places to go for breakfast and other meals. Overall, room was as advertised.

This hotel is utterly and absolutely filthy. The walls have suspicious stains as if fungus were growing or something. The couch in the room is filthy, stained as if it had never been cleaned. The desk chair has a part of the arm torn off and it doesn't stay in position, so it sinks to the lowest level. The advertised continental breakfast not only doesn't exist, the woman at the front desk told me they haven't had it since 2020. We tried cancelling but best we could do was to get a refund for one of the two nights. The entire situation with this filthy hotel almost ruined our weekend with our daughter. Thankfully we found a great Hyatt in Tampa. This place is totally gross and my strong suggestion is never ever to book anything here.

My wife said the floors could have been cleaned a little better. But, in our house my wife keeps the floors clean to the point you could eat off of them. She grew up in a family restaurant where she had to mop it each night and any time anything was spilt on the floor. We brought instant grits, bowls, muffins with us because the reviews stated just coffee and juice provided for breakfast. Which was al their was.

The room was very comfortable and clean (we loved the pillows and even asked the lady at the desk where they get them from). The hotel was right across from a dunkin donuts and a bakery type place which was great for getting my coffee. Staff was polite and cordial.

It said there was a hot tub (which had been filled in and has a tree growing in its place) and it said it offered breakfast (which was a key reason I booked here), however they did not. Everything else was perfect for what I was looking for on this trip.

When realized what I booked once in the parking lot I was disappointed from what it looked like from the outside but once we checked in and I entered the room it was OK. Clean comfortable bed decent size TV shower pressure great. We stayed for the weekend. Staff was pleasant. We wanted to go swimming but the appearance of the pool area was not appealing. But for a quick stay it was ok
