We have stayed here multiple times & always enjoy our stay, only thing I would suggest is keeping the doggie trash cleaned & stocked. I carry my own doggie bags on me but this trip had forgotten mine & went to grab from the ones that are displayed outside to find they were both empty. I ended up going to Walmart & grabbing some bags & picking up after my dog.

Clean, quiet and reasonable rates. We stayed for The Big E. Cozy bed. Cold AC. Great coffee in lobby. LOVED that On The Border was walking distance next door. We had cocktails and a great meal after The Big E

Lobby was clean, staff was friendly, heat worked fine. Parking was ample. Not enough pillows. 2 very small pillows for each queen bed, should have 4 or at least 3. Toilet seat was very loose, remote did not work, which they fixed right away. Place could use some updating. We were there for UMass football game with family and we had 4 rooms total.

I have stayed at this property many times and enjoy. It’s convenient location. I also enjoy that they are dog friendly. Unfortunately, at my last day, there were many people that were clearly living there. I understand that people need living spaces, but having small children playing in the parking lot and the adults standing on the balconies smoking was uncomfortable.

It should be more lit in the parking lot it was not safe. We did not receive the snacks that we paid for. Neighbors were loud at midnight blaring music. Room was dirty walked in the door to a spider web and hair all over the floor. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor and stains on the linen.

The room was not clean. Long strands of hair in the bed. Hair all over the shower and outside the tub and on the floor. Toilet was not clean or it was stained-didn’t want to look closely. Webs in corners of where the bed was. Just pretty disgusting all around sorry to say but true. We’ll never stay at red roof again, sorry. When we opened the fridge it nearly fell over. The arm rest on the desk chair was so loose it felt like it was going to come off

Cheap motel, dirty floor I cleaned up so I wouldnt have to step on it, food crumbs found on both sides of the bed, lamp was dirty, room was dusty. Fridge was clean and I did like that they had a 1 cup coffee pot with coffee pods. Also, it was noisy until about 1 am with doors slamming and people moving about.

Our hotel room was absolutely filthy. We got a deluxe double as the kings were sold out. the coffee maker was disgusting. The beds had not been cleaned under and behind the safe on the floor there was an empty drink, on the A/C unit there was a half drank ginger ale. When informed the staff stated “you booked through Expedia, not our fault” as if that had anything to do with cleanliness.

Dirty shower (hair everywhere), dirty towels (hair, stains), room smells like covered up smoke, basically every surface in the room is half cleaned or less. The vent in the bathroom ceiling is clogged with dust and grime, don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I could go on…

Though not clear from the posting, the doors open to the outside parking lot. The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a wad of long dark hair stuck to the wall and more on the towels. The drain was open and not clean. It was clear the bathroom just wasn’t cleaned between guests. There was a disposable water bottle and trash under the edge of the bed. I’ve stayed at multiple places nearby at almost the same rate and note found any of these issues. Definitely would not stay here again and would recommend others look elsewhere.

Air conditioning didn’t work right, the whole room felt wet/damp and smelled musty really badly. There were dead bugs in the beds, pillows were so flat we could not even fold them in half for comfort. Call to front desk went unanswered. Bathroom had a lot dirt in the corners and mildew stains. We arrived at 10:15 at night and felt very uncomfortable with so many around that didn’t look like they were paying guests. I’ve stayed a lot of places. This by far is not only unsanitary but unsafe. None of us slept and finally packed up and just drove the 3 hours home.

I paid an extra fee for a "premium" room that supposedly had updated bedding so we would be more comfortable. The beds were ok but the pillows were terrible. We had to fold the pillows over because they were small and flat. The room was supposed to be non smoking but there was a faint smell of smoke. Although the room was reasonably clean, it was small and dark and in need of updating. The curtain rod was broken, and the tub appeared old and discolored. I felt the room was way overpriced for the condition of the room. We were traveling from out of state for a 3:00 wedding. I called beforehand to see if it was possible to check in 30 minutes early so we could be on time for the wedding. I was told that they could not gaurantee we could check in prior to 3:00 and if we did it would be a $25.00 fee. At checkout there was an error with what I was charged and was told I had to wait for the manager to make the adjustment. I asked for a printout receipt and was told I couldnt have one due to the needed fee adjustment but not to worry because I would get a e-mail from Expedia. All in all it was not a pleasant experience and we paid way to much for what we received.

It was ok. When we got there the AC was barely working. We cleaned out a bunch of dust in the filter and it worked better. Maybe with a full filter cleaning it would be up to its potential. Floors were a little dirty but not terrible. Beds were comfortable. Tv is through satellite so unfortunately it didnt work great when we had a big storm. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was ok and worth the price paid.

Our room was clean and modern, but there was a very strong smell of old cigarette smoke. We sensed this smell in the lobby during our check-in, and the same smell was in our room, even though it was in a different building. My wife had difficulty breathing and could not sleep for most of the night. For almost $200 per night, this was a pretty bad experience for our family.

No milk offered at the low budget "coffee station" in the lobby. Bathrooms are tiny. You need to slide between the tub and the toilet to shut the bathroom door which does not have a lock. The sink is outside the bathroom.

They claim to have newly renovated rooms but it basically a new sink and decor. The bath tub was old and grimy. The bathroom door literally was falling apart. My bath towels at home are thicker than the pillows on the bed.

We waited too long to find a room for our daughter's graduation so this was the only one available. Our fault. There were four of us checked into a room with two double beds. There were two towels for the four of us. I figure no problem I'll just go ask for a couple more. The guy on duty says no more than two towels per room at a time. I explain that there are four of us registered. He says doesn't matter, it's company policy. Had to return a used towel after each shower to replace it with a clean one. The pillows were about an inch and a half thick so when I was asking for the towels I asked for some extra pillows. Nope, four per room. Company policy. All this for $350 for one night. Kinda reminded me of a hostel.

The overall stay was not good at all due to the cleanliness of the room and the customer service. We paid more for an upgraded bedding and snack king suite and Within the first few minutes of checking in we found a dirty vaping device in the so-called clean bedding. The front desk attendant informed us we could not switch rooms or get our bedding changed because the hotel was at capacity. He was dismissive of our complaints and offered us no solution. We also found old room key cards in the bedding, further indicating the bedding was dirty and/or not changed. We discussed this matter further in the morning with another front desk staff and he was also dismissive, telling us to inform the general manager who was not available. We have filed a formal complaint with the Red Roof corporate office and will be contacting Expedia customer service as well.

All of the front desk reps were wonderful however we dealt with Deb and Jeffrey most and they were amazing. They were very professional but they were also pleasant and patient. Jeffrey always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond his front desk duties. Deb was very quick to assist with finding us better rates and resulted in us saving money. Because of the 2 of them we stayed at Red Roof instead of looking for a different property as we are in the process of finding a new residence and Red Roof is our home until then. Housekeeping and maintenance staff was also very professional and helpful. they have a great team.

Good for short overnight stay as we were in the area for Rugged Maniac obstacle run. Premium bedding was surprisingly comfortable. Front desk staff were very polite and responsive.

Our bathroom had a shower but not a working shower, no handle for the shower to turn on. Decided to obviously take a bath but the drain stopper not working as well. We spoke to a front desk employee and was told maintenance will be by and never came. During checkout we mentioned that no one ever showed up and that someone should check it out before another guest comes and front desk employee told us “ go complain on Expedia” !?? Rude!!

The location was right beside Hooters and apartments behind the motel. No coffee machine in room. For the money it sure wasn’t worth it. Room also very small. If Red Roof motels are similar I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.
