The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful upon check-in. That was about the best of our hotel stay. We checked in around 8 pm; we had reservations at a different hotel, but their pool was closed for cleaning, on NYE of ALL NIGHTS (huge inconvenience), so we had to hurry and book a room somewhere and ended up here. The rooms were old and outdated; definitely not worth $200 . The pool went to 7 ft so my kids loved that, but it was super cold, and the seating area around the pool was literally infested with roaches. It was disgusting. There was a trash bag that sat outside the elevator door on our floor, the entire time along with the vacuum at the end of our hallway. The lobby area was nice and large perfect for gathering before you headed out or in. Would I stay here again probably not.

The lobby is big and spacious, perfect if you want to gather before hand and have a drink at their bar before you head out or head in. The pool is ok, water was freezing but it does go as deep as 7 feet…and the pool area is literally infested with roaches. It was pretty disgusting. The rooms are very old and outdated. The beds were way too soft.

We checked in late and they gave us the wrong room. He changed rooms after making us wait 15 mins for him to check rooms and when we got into it it was dirty, soap left out, floors unclean, comforter was stained and no towels or a remote. That was the only option to stay. We asked next morning for a clean room was denied, and the pool was not open the entire time, when asked they were waiting on maintence. Would not recommended!!!

This hotel is extremely dated for what the nightly costs are. No USB ports anywhere to be found in the room. Room was clean just seems really worn out. Furniture was in rough shape. The exercise room was nice but the pool was out of order our entire stay. The complementary breakfast in the restaurant was really good and had a nice variety of hot foods each day.

Despite notifying the front desk of a woman's fingernails (painted quite elaborately) were on the floor of our bathroom and that the toilet was leaking, no one came to fix it or clean it up while we were out - they did come in to make the bed (?). The carpet in the hallways had ripples in them as if they were buckling and the walls desperately needed to be painted.

Room very worn, stained carpets, lots of dings and scrapes, shower handle loose, water didn't get hot until after 5 minutes in the shower, security lock loose on door frame. Check out person really didn't aeem to care. Beds were clean amd comfortable but for the price and the brand I expected better.

The room was a disappointment on so many levels. The water took forever to get hot and then it was intermittent cold hot the windows dirty the walls in the bathroom was were not clean. The walls in the room had been colored on by previous costumers. The carpet was torn and tattered. The ceiling had water stains on them from past leaks. The cabinet door knob was missing a screw. My wife and i just wanted to get away for little stay cation. What a let down this place was

Check in was smooth and liked the cookie. The TV was a real problem and until I departed it wasn't working properly. Staff tried to rectify, they should have given me a new room or TV but didn't. Multiple problems with the key card. Staff acme to change the battery and problem solved. For just a two day stay had multiple calls to front desk to fix problems.

Know hotel was gem when new(er) - bldg, lay-out, services, etc. Staff were genuinely willing to accomodate guests, doing their best given what was available. Facility in overall state of disrepair. Stains - sofa, carpet, wallpapers, etc. Funky brown, splash-like stains on wall & ceiling in room. AC was obviously original unit. All in all, however, hotel did accomplish goal of lodging & breakfast.

At first glance room was good but there was soap film on the shower walls (tub was great though), there was a long piece of wood hanging off the cabinet that held the fridge, the clock had wrong time and I didn’t know how the heck to fix it, usb port was broken I really needed that usb. Also the air conditioner made a pretty loud noise gurgling.

When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.

We were stuck between two doors for about five minutes and the front desk never came or sent anyone to help us. People were drunk in the lobby and there was vomit in an elevator and no one bothered to put a sign on it. The front desk was horrible!

We requested 2 queens and received a King with a couch and when we requested a cot, it never arrived. The front desk was very busy and quite unpleasant. Either get more front desk staff or friendlier, more competent staff who can multi-task and be friendly at the same time.

We had a good stay. The beds were soft and comfortable, the staff was good also the pool was ok, something for the kids. But the only thing i think need work is the breakfast buffet and no horse play at the pool. The eggs weren't hot also it was freezing in the room i could hardly enjoy my breakfast. At the pool there were some unshapparoned kids who was horse playing so my kids couldn't enjoy the pool. So our stay there was ok.

This was an older hotel but well kept! The rooms were spacious and clean! Did not offer a fee breakfast but an amazing restaurant with a buffet style breakfast that was outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use this location again in the future!

When we arrived, the young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and offered us cookies and water. The room was good, and the hostess/server who greeted me the following morning was helpful in getting me what I needed for a quick pre-soccer match breakfast. Very convenient and would stay here again.
