The bed was so hard it hurt my back, the bathroom door was so heavy it would slam closed on me. The spa/hot tub was ao nasty t reaked of urine and had a bunch of toe nails in it. The pool also smelled of urine and hair in it. The pool and spa were one of the main reasons I picked this hotel

The staff at this facility was awesome! The hotel was sold out both nights you were there and they stayed on top of everything. The beds were comfortable and the extras (breakfast, snacks, drinks) were a great perk. The only downside was that there are only 2 elevators and sometimes long lines, but the stairs were nicely kept and good exercise as an alternative!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Free Breakfast was good. Pool area small and little outdated but happy it was indoors. Close walk to train which we enjoyed. Would stay here again.

Room is dated and very cheap looking but convenient to everything downtown. Ask for a room with the Ferris wheel view that lights up at night, which can be seen from miles away. Very nice! But parking was expensive as it’s not free because it’s right at Union Station. Unless you’re handicapped, there is no close parking spaces because it’s a parking garage that’s on several floors. Parking spaces are also very tight so the larger SUVs may be challenged. Elevators to the hotel from the parking garage is slow but there are stairs to get to the hotel. Once it’s time to get to your room, unless it’s on the first floor, the one elevator is extremely slower. Breakfast was good but crowded as you had to wait in line on a table if you have 4 people. Evening social was good as they serve free appetizers and you get a free drink with your room, so be prepared for yet another line. Pool or was it a hot tub, whichever, was always crowded with kids. I couldn’t wait to check out and will not be returning as there are so many up to date hotels in that same area. I only chose that one because of the availability due to a baseball game that weekend and the better hotels were already booked.

I haven't stayed at the Drury Inn Union Station in several years, and back then it was pretty sketchy to walk around in that area. Now that they have renovated Union Station and built the sports complex, there is SO much to do and it's much safer. The hotel itself is lovely with an amazing hot breakfast and early evening snack options. The coffee is actually good. I also loved having the pantry available for my kiddo. The only complaint I would have is the pool area. The pool itself was pretty dirty and there was a lot of junk laying around in the space - even a used, wet bandaid that was laying there both days we were present (ick!). Overall, I will definitely stay again (and maybe just hope my daughter doesn't want to swim).

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL.

Next door to Union Station. I thought it was in Union Station. Carpet was dirty and stained. Kickback and breakfast were excellent. Parking is $19 a night. Bed was confidant.

HELPFUL INFO! Hotels.com ratings showing this hotel as Excellent....but buyer beware! This hotel may be a good value for families, and those who take advantage of all the "perks" such a the free drinks (very low quality), free breakfast (low quality) and "light dinner." The hotel is outdated, the hall carpets stained/dirty, and the pool smells like a wet diaper. This may be a great property for budget conscious families, but please know what you are getting! Do not expect a higher end hotel!

Adequate but I’ve definitely been in nicer Drury hotels, seemed dirty and dated. We reserved a king room, were given a corner room on the first floor with handicap accessibility which was not needed. Strange to shower in a bathroom like that, no fan in the bathroom, door wouldn’t stay open. Room was warm and stuffy despite turning down the thermostat, not great for sleeping. I would definitely choose someplace else when staying in this area next time

I love this Drury. The only 2 monitor Negative things were that 1) we couldn’t get the room to set temp - we were tired so that wasn’t a deal killer, and 2) the only mirror in the room was the one in the bathroom. A second mirror somewhere in the room would have been nice. (Especially for Us short ladies trying to Put on makeup In the morning)

This hotel is definitely unique. Drury at Union Station is a very old train station renovated into a hotel. It is a very historic building, however it was sooo dark inside. The ceiling in the hallway that lead to our corner room was so low I could reach up and touch it (I’m only 5”3 ). The room that we were in was tiny and had very little light, we asked to be moved and were told they were sold out and couldn’t accommodate that. The next morning we asked again and were offered about her room which was a couple of floors higher but it was the exact same tiny, dark, corner room. The kickback meal and drinks were good as usual but breakfast was so crowded that you couldn’t hardly move and finding a table to eat at was almost impossible. All in all this was not my best Drury experience and I was pretty disappointed.

Very satisfied. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The only complaint that I have is that the HVAC unit in the room as loud/old sounding. Every time it kicked on overnight (several times) it woke us up. We were able to go back to sleep but, still. Horrible sleep. Woke up feeling terrible. We were in a rush this morning and didn’t get to tell the front desk. Outside of that, it was a great stay. Staff is always super friendly & helpful. I will continue to stay there in the future. It’s just a maintenance issue that they may not even know about. Room 314 for any staff member reading this. Thank you. We will see you next time

I love Drury Inn for the dinner/drinks and breakfast. I didn’t read the fine print and was unaware I was going to be charged $19 for parking. I think that should have been disclosed more prominently prior. The woman at the front desk was super rude upon check in. I got to my room and the heat was on and the temperature was above 80 degrees. I went to purchase a drink from the market pantry and was told she needed my ID, even though she just had it in her hand 3 minutes ago at check in and scanned it in so I had to go all the way back upstairs, as she wouldn’t just check the system. The alarm clock in the room went off at 6am and woke me up, even though I did not set it. Was not thrilled with my stay, esp the worker at the front desk when I checked in. Dealing with her and her rude and condescending attitude put quite a damper on things.

My stay on December 23, I was in room 330. I left my AirPods in the room. When I arrived at the Amtrak station, I immediately called guest services. The woman who I spoke with, let me know that she would call me back to let me know if they were found, or we’re not found. Either way, she told me that she would let me know. The guest services attended never called me back. Whenever my son, and I travel to St. Louis to see a blues game, we have stayed here. A simple request for assistance in a lost item is handled such as this, I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

This hotels service is hands above the rest. Every single employee was happy and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast and kick back were great. My only complaint is that the tub/shower and bathroom floor were very slippery. I’m case you have someone with balance issues.

I always love staying in this hotel when I come to St. Louis. It’s close to the aquarium and Wheel and within walking distance if you are going to a concert at Enterprise center. Breakfast is the best I’ve seen in any hotel and the evening kickback is an added bonus with 3 free drinks and food for the guests for each night. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you need something.

Absolutely amazing, from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left was amazing. Fallon was wonderful! Top notch employee, truly a gem! Make sure you keep her. Oh, and the BEDS-best bed we have ever slept on. Definitely will use Drury again!

The hotel is very convenient located if you are going to the Union Station, the Enterprise Center, or the Energizer Center. We went to a hockey game and was able to walk. There are several restaurants close as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The Drury was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to the baseball stadium, soccer stadium, hockey arena, and The Arch. Next door is also Union station with various activities and eateries. We will definitely stay here if we come back to town. The staff is amazing!! Super nice, courteous, and helpful, all things that are hard to find!!

We always love staying at this Drury Inn! Happy Hour from 5:30-7 (3 free drinks per adult) + free dinner for hotel guests (great food), as well as a free breakfast buffet in the morning. With Union Station being right across the street, the tram, multiple restaurants, rides/playground, and aquarium are all right there.

Our stay at Drury Inn was quite exceptional. From the friendly staff to the many free perks they offer during your stay. The continental breakfast was way better than any breakfast from a hotel we have ever stayed at. I felt like we were at a small buffet. Kickback hour(s) was full of snacks, drinks and appetizers. The parking garage was fully secured during the night and made us feel good about nothing happening to our vehicle, not that the area was bad but just being in a city your not familiar with can be worrisome. We will definitely be staying here again!
