The hotel was a bit worn / older in appearance, but it looks like they've got some construction happening that might also include some updates. Staff at front desk and in bar were both very friendly and helpful. Convenient airport shuttle!

For now the property is a bit dated and worn. A new addition is under construction as is the lobby. I imagine the rest of the facility will be remodeled/updated. Super convenient to STL.

Great place. Great location to the airport. they have a shuttle that runs every half hour from 4am to midnight,so it was very convenient. The 3 stars was because there was construction going on in the parking area. Didn't have time to check out the surrounding area, so I went with average. Other than that, perfect. definitely would use this hotel again.

This hotel is priced as a premium hotel, when it is not. The bathrooms are in disrepair, with our sink faucet not fully turning off, mold in the shower, and paint falling off. The room itself had massive stains on the carpet and the alarm clock had the cord cut. There are no USB outlets for charging and very limited outlets. There is no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. This hotel is very outdated. The breakfast isn’t included and you have to pay for parking. The market area is closed and the vending machines are empty. Is it the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. But it is CERTAINLY not worth the price per night that they are charging.

Very bad & dirty room. The most unacceptable aspect as a hotel is that they didn’t refill every bottles of bath ware, like shampoo, body wash & lotion. And the beds were not washed too as we could still smell the body scent of the last guests.

So extremely disappointed in this Hilton property. Dirty dose not being to describe it, more like filthy! Mold in the shower ( so nasty we decided to not shower after a full day of flying because we were so grossed out ) mold in the sink, floors were just as dirty and stained. A solid layer of dust on all the furniture and The bedding was disgusting as well. No fitted sheet, flat sheet on bottom and two more to sandwich the duvet cover that was so dirty it was near gray not white. Tried to call the desk from room phone and my cell to get no answer. At 2am arrival we were too worn out to go back down and find someone. Spoke to the desk in the morning about it and got little response to information about the cleanliness of room, offers to show pictures and she declined. At over $200 a night I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect at minimum a clean room. We could have stayed at a cheep motel and gotten the same cleanliness from it. Do better Hilton St. L, do better!

Staff wasn’t helpful. Parking was inconveniently parked in the back with limited lighting and limited direction on how to enter the hotel. Air condition wasn’t working (engineer did come fix it) but staff at front desk was rude about the request. Top blanket was dirty, couch in room was dirty and bathtub/shower had not been cleaned.

Room was “clean” if you consider clean being sheets, water bottles. There were two bath towels nicely folded, but one had grease on it. The couch was filthy. The room was vacuumed very quickly and only in the walkways. Dusting was minimal. The room needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom ceiling and walls were dirty. Slamming doors and very loud. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see out of. Not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

Check in line was very long and slow but it only took us a few minutes to check in during our turn. Bathtub had hair on it, toilet base was dirty, light switch and sink handles were smudged, tissue box had tissues stuffed in the top in a design but the rest of the box was empty. Bed was clean. Ceiling has water spots throughout building, a lot of wear and tear throughout also.

Our air conditioner was not working and maintenance had to come work on it. Not once but twice when it kept working. This was the case for both rooms we rented. Rooms are dated and need updated. Quite disappointing for whats suppose to be a luxury hotel.

The room was clean and beautiful. I was surprised there was no refrigerator or microwave. Hence, forcing you to purchase food outside the hotel, or in the hotel. No free breakfast. Surprised to have to pay parking of $15 a night.

First staff member (male) encounter was extremely rude. Second encounter to check in wasn’t much better as female was rude. I told her my check in time was 3 pm and she stated that is they have rooms ready. They gave us 3 rooms because the first two were not cleaned. Understand that much have been a computer glitch as I happened to like four customers until they stopped check in until they got it fixed. Then and only then they were cordial

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton St. Louis Airport, & I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From start to finish, the level of service & hospitality I received was nothing short of exceptional. I had booked a stay at this Hilton due to an early flight, with a departure time of 3 am. Unfortunately, during my stay, the hotel's parking area was under construction, & I had to park farther away from the hotel than I had anticipated. As a single female traveler, this situation did make me a bit apprehensive, especially considering it was in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar city. However, my concerns were quickly put to rest by the incredible kindness & assistance I received from the front desk associate, Tierra. Tierra went above & beyond to ensure my safety. She not only provided me with clear directions to my parking spot but also took the time to walk me to my car, making sure I felt safe & secure. Her willingness to go the extra mile to assist me was truly outstanding & greatly appreciated. In addition to Tierra's exceptional customer service, I must commend the entire staff for their professionalism & friendliness. Everyone I encountered during my stay was genuinely welcoming & eager to assist, creating a warm & inviting atmosphere. Overall, my stay was a memorable & positive experience due to the outstanding customer service provided by Tierra & the entire hotel staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this Hilton property!

The staff in the evening check in was fantastic. However, we stayed there specifically to get a ride to the Airport because we had a 4:30 AM boarding time. We made it to the Lobby at 3:12 AM the clerk said the shuttle would be there at 3:30 AM. I asked if there was coffee, he said I haven't made any yet. I said when will you make some? He said 3:30 AM. No other guests were in the Lobby during this time. At 3:30 AM he said, I'm sorry, the shuttle is full you'll have to wait till 4:00 AM. There were no other guests, how could the shuttle be full? We had to Uber to the Airport negating our only reason for staying there.

Check in was easy and quick, great location for immediate airport access which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Negative 10 housekeeping opened our door at 9am with no knock or announcement needless to say my husband was not clothed. We didn’t notify the desk we were checking out early and we were only a one night stay. There was no reason for her impromptu early not announced entry.

This was the worst Hilton property I ever stayed at. The check-in was horrible. The front desk was inattentive, and kept playing with the dogs instead of helping guest. My room had no hot water, and when I called the front desk no one would answer, ALL NIGHT! This place is rundown, and trashy. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. You would’ve been better off at a motel . Absolute TRASHY!

Brandi the bartender was excellent!! The chicken noodle soup and the white bean Chilli were the best!! The breakfast buffet has a good variety but by the time we were there to eat it was all cold.

Direct TV. 97 channels and no program guide so be prepared. Smart TV functions disabled. Cant stream, even with HDMI cable. Probably some agreement with DTV to remain relevant in the streaming age. Buffet was overpriced for quality and selection.

Nothing exciting, no options for food except restaurant on site. Need car to eat elsewhere. I want to recognize Rowanda from housekeeping who was able to get me a functional coffee machine the last day. There are other hotels nearby to consider next time.

The staff was exceptionally nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options from omelets and fresh fruit (that was sweet and in season), salmon with capers and onions, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, hot apple turnovers, sausage, etc. The property had interesting TWA era posters and photographs which were fun. All of these were great features. The property was quite dated and that is my one not so positive comment.

The place was very clean but there were some issues the bathroom door was cracked so hard to open, the tub was not draining well, and in the morning we had to leave very early so we used the quick serve but was disappointed to find mostly chips and candy there was some items to heat up but as we were on a time crunch to grab airport shuttle we did not have time to do that would have liked packaged muffins, donuts croissants something like that but we were left with nothing like that. Also the cost for the few things we got were very expensive. Also when we wanted to clean up after ourselves there was not a trashcan to be found anywhere... why would you rather someone just leave the messes like pigs makes no sense.
