The tub in our room was kind of rusted

The power was out in the dining area due to storms & the staff were wonderful & had an alternative setup for breakfast.

Perfect Hotel to stay before flying out of Lambert

The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn

The air conditioner was not working. Our room never got below 75. We arrived late in the evening and by the time we got to our room, we were very tire. Woke up in the middle of the night and the temp was 75 even though it was set to 70. The next morning went to take a shower and no hot water. Told the front desk at checkout but because I booked through hotels.com they said there as nothing they could do except for give me a few points.
