in a quiet business district. hotel was well maintained, Starbucks on campus, free cold bottled water, etc. Rooms were large, with all the standard features including plenty of outlets and USB charging ports etc. Bedding as usual was top notch. Only issue was there was coffee maker hidden inside the cupboard without any other supply for making coffee, perhaps to encourage use of the on campus Starbucks. No microwave in the room.

The room was very dirty, small things like lots of grime build up in corners of the room. Neither phones worked. No toilet paper. TV had fuzzy lines. Stains on the walls. Overall sloppy maintenance & poor housekeeping l. Workout room & Indoor pool were functional but not wel maintained. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if looking for a decently cleaned hotel.

I wanna start by saying that the check-in process was pretty simple and the front desk was friendly. I had a few issues along the way. One is I realize that I booked with the breakfast (otherwise you have to pay $20 per person). I had to pay the first day and then after breakfast, I had went up to the front and they said they made a mistake when they checked me in and then gave me complementary cards used for the rest of my stay. But no offer to rectify the fact that I had to pay because of a mistake they made. The rooms are in desperate need of updates. The shower curtain in my bathroom was all torn and you could tell it has been there for a long time. The hotel host a lot of conferences, so it was very loud all night long. The elevators had long waits, it would take 25 to 30 minutes to get on the elevator, and the stairs are not accessible For the price that I paid, I was not pleased. The location though was great. The pools were very small for the amount of people that stay in that hotel at any given weekend. It is not a hotel I would stay at again in the future.

The property around the hotel is beautiful and allows you to get out of your room and into nature a bit. I just felt like the hotel was very dated. It wasn't signed very well so it was confusing to get places inside the hotel. Our room had very few convenient plug ins (such as near both sides of the bed) and the room itself was not extremely clean when we arrived.

The property was excellent, the people at reception were friendly and efficient. What was lacking was housekeeping. I recently stayed for four days and only had the room partially cleaned after asking for two days to have housekeeping. Finally, on the third day, the person appeared after asking the desk person again. The air conditioner had to be fixed twice, but finally worked.

Older place, but well maintained, clean and comfortable. Spacious room with desk and armchair. Excellent shower and instant hot water. Heating/A/C worked well and unlike many places doesn’t blow an airstream directly on the bed. Very comfortable mattress.

unfortunately they had an A/C problem with the water system and it created a soaked carpet problem some 3x3 foot area. After the first day they addressed the problem it dropped back to just damp carpet. On the great side, my wife loved the bed. She felt very comfortable.

It was near where we needed to be. There were soccer teams staying on our floor with chaperones in the hallway talking. The walls are so thin that I could hear full conversations and our neighbors sneezing. It’s past time for a serious overhaul of this property.

Clean, decent room size & layout, comfortable bed. Wifi was acceptably fast (standard Marriott 15Mbps) and pretty reliable. Shower was a bit finicky to get the right temperature, but plenty of water pressure and temperature consistency. Very little noise from outside - just the pool really, which wasn't much of an issue on the 7th floor anyway - but the walls, ceiling, and door to the hallway were all pretty acoustically transparent. Not a huge amount of noise from them overall, but enough to be a little annoying.

We called prior to booking asking if we can check in before 3 clock, the gentleman who answered the phone at the front desk was so kind and said ok no problem if you check in after 12:30. When we arrived around 1:00 pm there was a woman at the front desk was very rude she kept saying no we can't check you in before 4:00 pm

We were impressed with the safe location, friendly service, restaurant, easy parking and everything we needed for our stay! After a long drive, it was nice to get a meal without leaving the hotel, and we enjoyed our hamburgers. Maybe the rooms weren’t the most modern but everything was clean and of good quality. Would stay here again!

Very beautiful, quiet location. Hotel is somewhat dated but we'll care for. The room was nice, but the bed was too hard for my tastes. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but only staffed by one worker, so refills were slow.
