Marriott St. Louis Grand

Stay at this hotel started off with this appointment, it was advertised that this hotel had electric vehicle charging but when asked the employees stated no but I could ask the operators of the garage if I could plug it into an outlet if I brought my own charger. After that I went to my room where we attempted to log on to the Wi-Fi only to find a $15 a night charge no water provided in the room only a poor quality reusable water bottle that they charged $15 to use. Other than that the resort was immaculately maintained beautiful and clean but for the price I feel that those things could be included. Finding that there was no charging was quite a hassle i selected this hotel purely because of the charging advertised.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable, old and had dips in them. The room was clean. It was hard to regulate the temp in the room, too cold or too hot. The blower was directed right at the beds so it was very drying.
