I would’ve liked it if the parking garage had been connected to the actual hotel. The parking garage elevators were out of order but there were some working on the other side. For its name, I found this hotel not at the level I presumed it would be. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel is rather short; however, the street you have to cross does not have a stop sign for incoming traffic nor a crosswalk. You’d have to rush waking with your suit cases. It was humid outside that day and I had assumed that once I got into the hotel I’d feel less over stimulated with a welcoming breeze of AC, but that was not the case. It was very humid in the lobby as I waited in the long line to receive my keys. I had already checked in but was told to wait in line, which would’ve been the same if I hadn’t checked in online. To get water, my friend had to go all the way downstairs to the lobby. I wish there would be water fountains where the ice machines are at. I had appropriate expectations from the price we payed to the area and view for this hotel. It wasn’t a terrible experience however I wished it would’ve made me want to stay again.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. Hotel was nice. It was a very busy weekend, and 3 of the 6 elevators to the upper floors were down. That made game time and checking out a very long wait. We were packed in the elevators like sardines. Taking the stairs didn’t even take you directly to the lobby, but this large area that required taking an elevator to make it back to the lobby since the escalator to the lobby was also broken. I also noticed some water damage on the hallway wall on our floor and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Even still, nice hotel. Nice stay.

Our room was great! Large open room, with spacious bathroom. Beautiful view, very clean. Great bar downstairs. Valet parking was overpriced at $58 a day (weekend night). Only two elevators worked on Sunday morning at check out time. We were on the 19th floor. It was very crowded and chaotic.

The hotel was a perfect location downtown and very secure. Easy walk to the stadium. Could use a trash can in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was VERY slick and the a/c didn't keep the room very cool. Overall it was a nice hotel with good amenities. The gym was awesome.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great! I particularly liked the water bottle filling machines on our floor and in the lobby. It was a bummer that only 2 elevators (of 5) worked when so many of us were coming back in from the ballgame on Saturday night, and that there are no restrooms in the lobby.

First experience at this location and over all very pleased. Check-in seemless and polite. We used the valet, appreciated that option, even for cost. Starbucks and very well stocked deli market on site was also a plus for our stay. Rooms were clean, good size, with spacious bathroom. Beds were smaller then we are used to, felt like a "full" vs. "Queen". This hotel obviously is located in a city setting so street level noise and sirens were a factor, but this is to be expected. We were very pleased with politeness of staff and the hotel lobby, it was clean and welcoming. We will return for any future stays in St. Louis ;)

One elevator in the parking garage was out of order so we had to wait at times and people would just crowd into it. The directions for parking before you check-in need better clarification. The lobby was packed due to a wedding reception and people were drunk one guy even puked. They needed some separation from paying guests and reception attendees most of them seemed to be leaving late.

I was there for a concert being held at the Dome and it was within walking distance to the venue. I did not like that I was not able to get in my room due to the batteries being dead in the lock and it took 30 minutes to change the batteries. My family, my luggage and I were out in the hallway waiting the whole time. I also did not like that my duvet on the bed was stained so bad. Housekeeping should be more aware of those things and change bedding out. I won't even go into the price gauging because of events happening in the area. I know that it is my choice if I pay the price or not but it almost seems criminal to double the price of a stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful from the valet attendants at arrival, to the bellhop and front desk, and the occasional staff who gave us restaurant recommendations in the elevator. Carpet in the halls seemed a little dingy, but our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient to many restaurants and directly across from the convention center.This is our hotel of choice for future visits.

We had a suite and while the room was amazing the sheets in our beds still had vomit on them from the last group that stayed there. Didn’t make a scene just went to the front desk and made them aware they replaced the sheets and gave nothing complimentary. That’s a lot of money spent to get into a suite and have vomit on your sheets.

Staff was friendly, everything was clean and it was convenient to be able to walk to the event we were attending. Only complaint was the bed was smaller than a queen size, and the air conditioner was loud and not keeping the room as cold as I would have liked.

King bedroom looked nothing like the room pictured on the site. Only had a bed and a small cushioned chair instead of the couch pictured. The room was much smaller and more dated than expected, but the line and check in process was so long and we did not have time to waste trying to get another room. Overall okay if you will not be in the room much, but I will not stay again.

parking was terrible; i paid for self parking, couldn't find it, so we had to valet and pay for that in addition to the self parking. the hallway going to our room reeked of cigarette smoke, our room was too warm and the thermostat wouldn't go down past 72, toilet had to be flushed twice every time, check in clerk seemed pissed to even be there. I complimented her nails and she didn't even acknowledge me, it was super awkward. Long lines to check in and only 3 staff members who didn't have any sense of urgency. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in and was surprised given their rating.

Our stay was okay…. The staff checking us in wasn’t too friendly… didnt give much direction on how to get to our room or how the valet parking worked for this facility. Then for check out the guy at the counter asked for the valet parking ticket so they could get our vehicle. Went outside to wait for our car and stood there for approximately 20 minutes watching others come and go. We then went to the valet stand and inquired on our car; the valet seemed very agitated and said the person behind the counter at check out should NEVER take the ticket from patron…. He just said well, Im assuming they are getting your car it’ll be awhile!… We waited another 15-20 minutes before our valet brought vehicle around. Ugh!!

We checked in on a very busy night as a concert was being held just blocks away. Check-in line was long but the staff was so patience that it all ran smoothly.

Impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel in general (the gym machines were pretty dirty though). Having Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient and appreciated. Would definitely come back in the future.

Check in room still being cleaned took 25 minutes valet put out luggage in room. We we t to room room key would not work went back to desk to get it activated and the Marriott employee named Keke was rude and told me she was calling security to get our items and that we were in the wrong room when key envelope had the the number correctly. I asked if she could still activate it and we stay since all of our stuff was in the room she said no and I said I had twenty minutes to get ready for a wedding we were there for. She walked away and came back 13 minutes later and let us keep the room. So no apology or anything and we were late for the wedding

The hotel was not staffed appropriately for a conference of 4200 women. From housekeeping to the restaurant, service was unacceptable. While the housekeeping staff worked hard and were nice and accommodating, you cannot expect to service a 970 facility with 30 housekeepers. There should also not be a hour wait at the restaurant just to have your order taken. Contracts show the anticipated demand in advance and it is management that should ensure enough staff to allow for a more efficient and effective guest experience.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful from the valet attendants at arrival, to the bellhop and front desk, and the occasional staff who gave us restaurant recommendations in the elevator. Carpet in the halls seemed a little dingy, but our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient to many restaurants and directly across from the convention center.This is our hotel of choice for future visits.

The staff was amazing but the service to get dinner was terrible. We sat at one of the tables for over 30 minutes before squeezing into the bar to order dinner. Also we were constantly waiting 5-10 minutes to catch an elevator to the high rises.

The waiter at the bar was pleasant though slow. The front desk staff when an issue was brought to them had attitude and made excuses as to why things happened the way they did. We waited so long for a bell cart and person, we eventually just carried our things down to load.

Staff is nice but follows the rules (which they should) Internet is not free although it should be. It is a basic necessity just like water, and electricity. Close walking distance to the Arch and the Stadium. Not much else around the hotel and surrounded by abandoned buildings. No issues with the hotel, or rooms or beds or anything like that. Room was quiet and comfy when I slept.

Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and updated. Quiet sleeping conditions. Right across the street from convention center and walking distance to lots of downtown restaurants. Also a 15 min walk to City Museum. So no need for a car.

The room itself is nice. The hotel is nice. Location to the dome is nice. There is NOTHING to do around the hotel except for whatever you are doing at the dome. The area is so sparsely populated that it would be kind of creepy walking alone. Nothing to do in LeClede\'s Landing. Just got panhandled. One bartender at the bar on a Saturdaynight. She was very rude and yelled at me for looking down at a menu while I waited "if you want to order food I recommend not doing it because I am working by myself and it will be a long time". She was looking to pick a fight and take it out on me who had the audacity to literally just glance down at the menu while I politely waited and didn\'t even ask her any questions. Needless to say, just went back to room and left hotel as early as posible in the morning to get the hell out of STL. $35 for checking in a couple hours early. Just nickled and dimed. Will not be back and do not recommend.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was horrible. Unsafe, we would not even leave the hotel for dinner due to poor safety of the area. Parking garage was outrageous in pricing, valet parking was refused by hotel staff due to "too high vehicle" which by the way was perfectly fine to park in their garage. Wife was not allowed to check us in even though she has same last name and had confirmation printout in her hand. Staff was lukewarm at best. Restaurant was just below very average pub food. Will never stay there again.

It was clean and a nice place to stay. Close walking disdance to Bush Stadium and a Schnucks grocery store with a CVS Pharmacy 1 block away if you needed anything. Had a nice breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Easy access from the interstates.

Rooms have double beds and not queens. Fire alarm went off at 2am and we had to evacuate the building. Not one staff member or responder came and talked to everyone standing outside letting us know what was happening. After a night of no sleep we decided to eat the breakfast buffet, it was awful. It was worse than a free continental breakfast and paid $23 per person. Service was extremely slow, food was cold and stale, coffee tasted burnt, and OJ was water down and warm. Very disappointed with this hotel.

We paid $300 a night for extremely poor service within the hotel. The staff at the check in and out were fine. The staff at the bar and breakfast were TERRIBLE!!! We sat at the bar for 48 minutes and never were waited in. Never greeted, said ill be right with you, etc... Completely Ignored!!! Went to eat at the SO Called restraunt and there isnt really an actual restraunt to go to for dinner. The waitress was AWFUL. Could only take a couple drink orders then go do thise, come back for a couple more orders of food or whatever, then go do that, come back for the rest. Have you heard of a piece of paper and a pen. There were 6 of us. Geez. We had one meal, one appetizer and 4 drinks and it was $90. Ridiculous! Went to eat breakfast, again, TERRIBLE service, waitress extremely rude, we walked out, didnt even stay to eat. I am NEVER staying at another Marriott. This out 2nd bad experience with them.

We were in town for a Dodgers game. The hotel is only a few blocks away from Busch Stadium, so it was very convenient as we parked in the Marriott parking garage and walked to the game. There were a few different conferences being held at the hotel over the weekend, so it was very busy. However, the staff we encountered throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful despite what must have been a stressful work weekend for them. Our room was clean and spacious enough, but it did seem a bit outdated. The food we had from the hotel was delicious.

The check in area looks dated. I had breakfast in the cafe - granola and yogurt parfait- and it seemed like the person who prepared it had no idea what they were doing. Huge bowl, probably full pint of yogurt on top of crushed up granola BARs with the fruit compote (not fresh) used for waffles. Enough for 4 people but not what I was expecting. Hotel Room was clean and well maintained.

A fifteen minute Uber trip from airport took almost an hour due to Metallica concert, so we expected and planned on a speedy check-in process. When we walked into the lobby, the line to check in was 40 people deep. After 10 minutes of not moving, we were told the computer systems were down. Twenty minutes later the computer system came back up and even though the line was so long, the employees had no sense of urgency, as two worked to check people in, and three walked around talking. After the concert, about midnight or so, there was nothing open in the hotel for even a snack. I understand the concert had close to 60,000 people in attendance, but the hotel is next to the Dome and should plan better for big events.

We only had 1 problem. No shower curtain when we arrived and that was at 9 pm. Took over an hour to get someone to our room and still no curtain so we switched rooms. That's was fine, but one of the front desk agents was very rude and didn't want to grant us that, even tho it was already in process
