The hotel was clean and easy to check in. The staff were all attentive and very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We got the shuttle after a very long flight. It was quick, and took us straight to the door. We did not use any other services or amenities, but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel overall was very good, didn’t like around the pool was dirty with food wrappers all over the place and also didn’t like the fact that was a lot of people drinking and smoking weed by the outside pool.

The hotel is a great place to stay I would have given 5 plus stars the issue this visit was the parking. We had to park behind the building up a hill in the dark on a not lighted area just to park and then have to walk all the way around due to all side doors were locked and I’m not in the best of health and walking was hard and carrying what we just purchased Need to spend some cash and work on the parking so elderly do t have to walk a country mile but it’s a great hotel maybe construction will end before my next visit

In the past we booked this hotel so we could park and fly conveniently and affordably. They changed the process so parking is a separate charge and you have to do it online through a third party vendor. It was very confusing and frustrating. The hotel smelled overwhelmingly of POT in the elevator and on our floor. I will have to give a great shout out to the shuttle drivers. They were on time and very friendly. I would not stay here again because of the new parking policy / additional charges.

The hotel and stay were amazing, however the parking was a sham. Was told I needed to pay $15/day, as it was a gated lot etc. However upon checking in (10pm), the exit gate - that need a code to get out - was completely up and anyone could park there, as the lot was not secure as stated. It remained up the entire night, as I mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout I felt ignored - and still charged the nightly rate. I saw multiple people coming and going from the lot all night long with no code needed. Next time I wouldn’t pay for parking.

On the photos hotel looks great. It’s. Not clean. Kinky hair in the bathroom and carpet.bed base dirty. A lot of guests in the hotel smoke marijuana and it stinks. Sticky bathroom doors, stains on the doors and even ceiling.

Check in was fine. I always check the bed when I get in a room. This bed had no mattress cover. It was a single fitted sheet on the mattress. Nothing else between my body and a hotel mattress than a thin, see-through sheet. Also, the bedding felt very damp. Like it wasn't fully dry when it was put on. I should have left, but I checked in at 10:45pm and needed to leave at 6am for a flight so my options were limited. The shower was a walk in and drained so incredibly slow. I stood in inches of water and by the time I took the quickest shower of my life, the water was nearly over the edge where it would have spilled onto the bathroom floor. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lady on front desk at time of check in was rude, room was dirty, shower was disgusting. Toilet paper holder broken. Stains from what looked like food splatter in wall by tv, no bags in any trash cans.. we checked out 3 hours afterwards didnt stay . Wont be returning

Staff we helpful moving us out of our hot room. Fridges were barely cold and room was not fully clean. Sheets were dissheeveled on the bed upon arrival. Definitely not the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Disappointed for the price I paid.

There’s a lot I can say. I’ll keep it short and simple. Get to the hotel to check in, front desk clerk said my room was not paid for. It was and I showed her the confirmation, she said it did not go through. So, I paid for all three nights again! Come to find out my reservation payment did in fact go through and I was charged twice. The air conditioning until in my room was loud when it kicked on and woke me up several times during the night. I requested a different room, manager was supposed to call me back to be moved. He NEVER DID. My restful girl trip was not to be. I didn’t sleep well the first three nights due to this. I ended up having to stay another night due to flight delays, after all this there was no offer of a room upgrade, voucher, no apology, nothing. Highly disappointed at this Renaissance Hotel.

Hotel is pretty dated. Room was nice and clean, but could tell it hadn’t been updated in awhile. The doors were so thin, anyone talking in the hall sounded like they were in the room with you. I had to put in ear plugs to sleep. Wi fi is not included. You’re charged extra for it. It does state that in the description, but there’s so many comparable properties that include wi fi I just overlooked it. I won’t be staying here again.

I chose a king bed room for my stay. The room was too small for a king size bed. There was only 12” of space for walking between the end of the bed and the dresser/tv stand. The bathroom was equally cramped as you had to stand beside the toilet to be able to close the door. The $15 buffet breakfast was definitely not worth that as it was the same thing you get complimentary at other hotels. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly but I need Some space around the bed and toilet for my comfort.

My fiancé and I missed our flight at 5am so we booked a room for that night. No rooms were available until 1pm. Totally fine. However when we first arrived we were not greeted. We walked in the lobby, said good morning and the two guys at the front desk barked at us about no rooms available. We didn’t mind waiting until the room was available but they were completely rude. Out of line. Once we were able to check in, the receptionist was so kind and sweet! She apologized for our wait when she didn’t need too.

Checked in later in the evening tired from 12 hours of driving. Booked and paid for room in advance. What I assumes was the evening manager was rude and not very hospitable. I did not jave my credit card on me for a 50$ hold. I did not want it on my debit because we all know how long it gets held. I offered 50$ cash but she became rude and said if I had no card I would not get the room. The room I had prepaid with Hotel.com I offered $100 but no. No cery hospitable. Checked in the room and chair at the desk had obvious stains on it from what I will not say there was a pair of dirty socks as well in the cabinet. I spoke to the front seat when checking out about the room and showed pics. All I got was I am sorry no credits nothing. Breakfast was listed at 23.99 per person I thought at least a compted breakfast would be a gesture but nothing. Stay at your own risk. Almost forgot $20 per day parking.

This was pretty bad experience. First, I ordered the crab cakes to go from a bartender who acted like I was a bother. I was in town for less than 24 hours for work, so I grabbed my food and headed to an uber. When I opened the order, the crab cakes were burnt black, and the bag with my food did not have utensils. Never been expected to eat crabcakes with my hands before, but okay. The worst part was after a nice shower I got in bed only to find the sheets were filthy with dirt, sand, something grainy, idk. Needless to say I had to shower again and wait over 30 minutes for fresh sheets to arrive. Because no one loves more than after a long day of travel and work having to get into a dirty bed, and then waiting for clean sheets, just to make their own bed in an hotel. Won’t be staying again.

Overall my experience was good. It’s a beautiful building with the expected amenities and I had a very nice room. When I am paying $170 per night at a four star hotel, though, I have higher expectations. Things that I could forgive at a $110/night hotel I can’t overlook here. Service - The waiter in the on-site restaurant was generally clueless and forgot my order (which was not complicated) several times. I realize that finding competent help in the food service industry is difficult everywhere nowadays so I can almost overlook this one. Food/Beverage - Although I expect to pay a premium for food/bev in a four star hotel I don’t expect to pay $20 for a basic cocktail (in my case it was an Old Fashioned). In my opinion that crosses the line from expected upscale pricing into “price gouging” territory. Common Areas - There were large wads of bedding laying on the floor outside most of the other rooms on my floor. It appeared that housekeeping may have left them there after cleaning those rooms. It was there on the afternoon I checked in and still there the morning I checked out.

My stay was okay. There is nothing near this hotel that’s in walking distance. You really have to uber/lyft anywhere you want to go. Only plus is directly across the street from the airport. The room itself was nice and comfy.

My flight got delayed trying to get home. The shuttle van was perfect. The driver who picked me up was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.
