It’s clean but a bit run down in the bathroom, other areas are renovated. No shampoo and conditioner provided, nice if you have a dog as no pet fees. Although the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy they have bright floodlights everywhere and it seemed to be quite busy.

The stairwell is in need of a renovation. Peeling paint and the odor of cigarettes. Upstairs smelled not that great. Room was clean, but hot water heater was out. Shower had lukewarm water.

The air conditioning system needs to be upgraded there, and when soon as we walked in a few nights, it felt like somebody was smoking pot and their pillows were really horrible

Not sure if this hotel is going under some kind of renovation, but it had to have been the worst hotel I have been in in years! It smelled, the elevator was sketchy at best. The room looked like they were in the middle of renovating it. There was no nightstands, no plugins for your phones. They were no dressers to put your clothes in. Overall, I will never darken their doorway again. Like I said, one of the very worst hotels I have been in in years. Don't try to save money go somewhere else!

The a/c did not blow cold. There was no comp shampo, they did not repcece towls. No breakfast only coffee. And not responsible for things in car at night or for stay i believe this is a hight therft zone.

Pleasant stay for the eclipse. Just that people were smoking in non smoking rooms and not just cigarettes. But staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again

The 1st room I was placed in was an extremely outdated smoking room. The bathroom sink was cracked, the bathtub had a ring around it, there were cigarette burns on the comforter, the floor hasn't been mopped and there were roaches. The 2nd room was better but the shower had hair from the previous occupant, there was no iron/ironing board, coffee maker, etc. There were 3 handicap spaces one which was occupied by a black corvette who didn't have a handicap placard or license plates.

As soon as I stepped on to the second floor, I noticed that it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I know this may not be a big deal, but I am an asthmatic and I expect a smoke free facility with "no-smoking" signs on every door, to a tually be smoke free. Also, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and i slept terribly. Service was o.k.

Checked in and was sent to occupied room, got moved to another room, the door you had to force open and shut, dried i assuming deodorant was on the wall, hole in floor along baseboard dirty window an outlet didnt work couldnt connect hdmi to tv to play game console with kids brown ooze coming from ceiling in shower dripping into shower toilet flushed half the time

Old property. No carpet, tissue, shampoo, hair dryer, poor TV, poor lighting. Toilet hard to flush, shower head old and worn out. Noisy could hear a dog barking, It was clean and had a cheap price. No one was at the desk when I arrived

The room was very plain. They had roaches. I wanted another pillow and the desk clerk was very rude. Said he didn’t have any pillows and they were all sold out just very rude. There was no soap in the bathroom. I had to go down and get some thing.

No shampoo or conditioner. Smelled of bleach upom entry. Nobody was at the desk. I had to ring the bell twice to get his attention. Overall scary place to stay. Didnt feel safe at all. I had nightmares that somebody was trying to break into my room.

They rented our room out to someone else after we made a reservation. They put my handicapped mother in law on the second floor. Owner was rude and unaplogetic. Hallways and rooms stink

I want to say that we were in Waco for the weekend of Baylor graduation. There were NO open rooms anywhere and the very few I did see were at least 400 per night. We just needed a clean, safe place and that is what we got. Absolutely no frills but no musty smell and clean surroundings.
