Very clean Free parking

It was a clean property easy to park, free breakfast and they even have a laundry room and that was free.

I had a one-day conference in Waco on a Friday, and since this was the weekend prior to my birthday, the wife and I decided to turn it into a weekend getaway. This was our first time staying in a Staybridge and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it! Check-in was a breeze, and we immediately noticed the immense hang out area off the main lobby. A bar overlooks the breakfast area and next to both was an expansive area with lots of different types of seating to just hang out (sofas, plush chairs surrounding small tables, high chairs at a counter facing a large wall-mounted TV, and more.) The pool is fenced off and was closed that weekend for repairs, but outside said fence was more seating and two gas grills. There was also a basketball court on the opposite side of the pool, which we had NEVER seen at a hotel. We spent each night hanging out in the outdoor lounge area and despite the "100% non-smoking" sign at the front desk, folks were smoking cigarettes, cigars and even a hookah in the outdoor lounge. The room was quite nice with a comfortable king-size bed, desk, small table, full-size fridge, microwave, stove and plenty of dining and cookware. The only negative was that the sink area of the bathroom and the toilet + shower area are separate, with the sink area being open to the bedroom (no door), with the bed being right next to it. So if anyone needs to do their morning hygiene while others are sleeping, it becomes a stealth mission.

Our stay at the property was great. The property was nice. The staff was accommodating and our room was perfect for our family. I would stay here again. We traveled with our kids and they enjoyed the breakfast options and the basketball court.

Bartender could not find NBC on bar TV for NFL. Seriously?

Hotel and Rooms are Clean, Quiet and very roomy! Parking is very well lit and easy parking.

Not that I would BBQ outside myself however the properties 2 grills were filthy with one having broken grates.

It had a great buffet breakast. We did not realize how far out of town it was, but most things we could find a few short miles away. Vending machines would have been nice along with an ice machine. Loved having a kitchenette.

The only thing that was difficult with this properry has nothing to do with the hotel itself. GPS took us to the backside of the property but there was no access to the hotel from that direction. It took us a few minutes to get it figured out, but ended up being fine. Just want travelers to be aware. The property itself was great! It was clean and there was a cute little basketball area that the kids loved that i could see from our room. The staff was great and the area was safe. Overall, a great stay for our family of 6!

Staybridge Suites is always a wonderful place to stay this one is fully up to date with wonderful rooms very clean very quiet super friendly staff the breakfast that is provided is very good we would love to stay here again the only downside was the pool was under construction but we were just staying for one night so it did not bother us this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Only stayed one night and I was disappointed to find a water bug like insect in my bathroom. The sheets were also itchy.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed in. When we return back to Waco, we won't stay at any other hotel!

The property was very nice. It was clean the staff was very friendly. The only complaint was that we had no housekeeping the whole time we were there. Had to go to front desk to get towels our garbage pails were overflowing had to empty them ourselves. The reason was they were extremely busy and were overwhelmed.

the coffee maker not working, the plug in the bathroom not working,the microwave not working, i call last night to ask about the microwave the answer for the girl on fron desks was i don’t know, if you whan to come downstairs i can help??, and for make more worse my day is at the bathroom door a nail and cut my arm so yo talk me how was my stay at the hotel ???, i fortunately not take pictures because i call the manager he take notes and silly me i think was not necessary documents for you guys

Bedroom TV do not have kids channels. My bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast wasn’t as good as advertised. Soda machine was out of service and the juices one was filled with water.

The room and front desk was great. But the walls are thin and the people above us made noise all night.

Very nice. New and clean. Great breakfast . Only issue was being able to hear muffled TV and voices from room behind our bed. Seems walls could have been better insulated

The place was nice and staff was friendly. However the Air conditioning in the room was hot. We lowered the thermostat to 68 and it stayed 74 in the room all night, even the kids said they were sweating all night. Breakfast had no juice or drinks. If management knew there was a water line issue they should have went and bought juices for a hotel full of people to have with breakfast. Not just offer coffee and milk.

Very spacious and comfortable room - met all our needs for our two nights in Waco.

The attendant that greeted us was cheerful and efficient Our room was roomy, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the room got too warm during the night. I think there is something not quite right

We thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend getaway to Waco & knowing that we had a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay made it all the more better. We were traveling with a five month old, so cleanliness was a huge thing for us as he is everywhere. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast with the Texas shaped waffles was amazing. The hotel was situated fairly close to everything we wanted to do. If we are ever in Waco again I can guarantee I will book here.

The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. It is really rare these days for good customer service. So it was refreshing to know that the management has taken the time to make sure it was a priority. The room was very clean. Overall, a great experience.

Staff did not tell me that my service dog had a $75.00 pet stay cost.

My husband and I set out on a Valentine's weekend away with no destination in mind. We decided to find a place to stay overnight in Waco. The information provided about Staybridge Suites on Hotels.com gave me exactly the kind of place we were looking for at a reasonable price. The area around the hotel is somewhat industrial, but we never felt unsafe, and the surroundings were well-lighted. It was a great find online!

Clean and location

The location is very convenient, near all the dining and shopping you could ask for. The service was top-notch, and I will definitely be back.

VERY interesting. Presented as new, fresh, clean … almost like new construction. Our room (king bed 427) was huge (that’s the good news). But it had issues. The bathroom mirror was broken and held together with what appeared to be masking tape. Also appeared to be like that for a LONG time. So why? No maintenance? Also the faucet in the shower/tub wasn’t sealed to the wall and was obviously loose … again, why? No maintenance? And the toilet seat was so loose I had to tighten it myself disgusting guest job!!! Again, WHY??? I simply don’t get these issues. The mirror has to be replaced!!! The faucet HAS to be sealed!!! The toilet seat, unless Disney is offering it as an E-Ticket ride, HAS to be tightened. For nearly $200/night … are you kidding me??? PPretty disappointed as this is a nice property. Lastly the breakfast. Honestly they kept running out of silver and dinner plates. Did they buy service for 10 and expect it to service all the guests. Constantly running out! Now, there was a young man that seemed to be hustling to keep clean plates and silver available but he was always behind it seemed. They do provide silver in the two rooms we saw … do they need to take some from the rooms to provide enough to the breakfast area. Management issues everywhere!!

Very clean and apparently newer hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff and nice rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast was especially good and a variety of choices with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals and more. Highly recommend this hotel.

My second time staying its my new go to when staying in the area. Fast friendly check in, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Served pizza in the evening and descent breakfast in the morning.
