I went to check-in, but the parking lot had just been resurfaced and the stench of tar was so strong it permeated the entire hotel, particularly the rooms they intended to put me in. I coulnd't stand it, so I immediately asked if I could cancel my reservation & they agreed to refund me stay. When i asked for a receipt to evidence the refund, the manager became combative and refused. It really made me think they were intent on ripping me off. I asked again and then they became threatening, so I left... probably the worst hospitality I have ever experienced, hard to believe these people represent this hotel chain, awful. I checked my account, still no refund. Very dishonest.

The rooms are intended for "extended stay" means bring your own stuff. No ice machine, they did have ice trays in the freezer. Several light bulbs were out, the electrical outlet was on the other side of the bed from the night stand which is in between the two beds.

The room was for one night, we stayed for a local track meet. Front desk service was good. The elevator floor needed to be fixed. Room was clean, the kitchenettes fridge looked old. There really wasn’t a breakfast area just a corner table with grab items and coffee to over. We ended up going and getting breakfast. The overall sleep was good. No noise from outside the room. The pillows were flat but, mattress was comfortable. The TV was a little dated and small. Overall, the staff was friendly. Pets are allowed at the hotel, when coming in the lobby that night, one lady had two large dogs and the lobby smelled horrible.

Places stinks. Should've had a queen bed, it was a full. Staff more worried about sitting in the parking lot smoking and talking to their spouse than working the front desk. Place smells like straight WEED & Cigarettes. No cameras in the stairwells so people smoking in them and leaving their butts in on the floor. Elevator broke the entire stay. Refuses to give refunds even though when you checkout early and their OWN employee tells you shes going to issue the refund. Our job finished early and they stole the money for two rooms for one week.

We’ve stayed at other Extended Stays before and it’s a decent hotel for what it is. My only issue is that when we arrived for our stay the elevator was down. It had apparently been down for awhile and we could’ve been notified before we booked the room. We were traveling with my disabled mother in law and ended up having to carry her to the 2nd floor. If we would’ve been made aware of the elevator issue we would’ve booked somewhere else.

My sheets smelled like body odor. I had to change them around in the middle of the night. There was a can of tuna fish left in the cabinets. Not very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. The whole place smelled like weed.

Very unclean and outdated. Lots of gross stains plus ants in the linens. The staff (Vanya in particular) was extremely kind when I was talking with her during check in, but we made the decision we needed to leave.

The hotel smelled strange, a bit musty. This smell was more intense in the hallway as opposed to the room but it was still present. There was no ceiling fan in the room so it was very stifling except for when the AC blew cold air. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows thin. I typically book some Marriot hotel brand but was trying to be a bit more thrifty because this was only a one night stay but totally regret it. Won't stay here again or at this chain.

Where do i begin, we got to the hotel about 1245a, and the checkout lady was no where in sight, we had to wait about 5 to 6 minutes untill she came out of this room, mind you we had traveled almost 6 hours to get to waco and we where super tired. The computer was not working at check in, the room was musty and smelled bad, the toliet wouldn't flush, the bottom lock to the door wouldn't lock the door, the bed was super small for being a queen size. There was a lack of breakfast , meant no breakfast. Over all this hotel needs a new fresh look and a upgrade, wasnt worth the money, could have gotten a discount or a free night somewhere else. Will not spend my money at this hotel in waco again.

Room was old and dirty. Also shower only had 2 settings. Scalding hot or freezing cold. I stay at a lot of budget friendly hotels but this one was one of my less enjoyable ones. On a positive, no bed bugs. Bed and pillows were very tired too.

Credit where credit is due: my reservation booked with hotels.com approximately 1 year in advance for the 2024 eclipse was honored. Perhaps it helps that I prepaid. The room had an odor of cigarette smoke, but given the shortage of rooms due to the eclipse we did not complain or ask for a new room. The bed was probably a double (not the queen that I booked) and the mattress was old. The shower was weak and didn't get very hot. The room was clean though. When we asked for dishware at the desk it was provided. The staff was friendly. We used the laundry facilities and they functioned well (including accepting credit cards, which is great).

Booked my room and paid then upon arrival they said they were out of queen rooms and wanted to up charge me instead of accommodating me for their booking mistake which is unheard of. Hopefully the refund goes through but I doubt it.

I really liked my stay there! And Gigi was a very nice lady and went out of her way to help me with things. That is one of the staff members. Very clean, up to date, convenient and friendly staff at a good price. Can’t beat that.

Front desk clerk,Jamal is very rude and confrontational. Property caters to unruly characters. When I pulled into the property there were 6 patrol cars,lights flashing, arresting a man. Screens on the windows are torn and the windows on my first floor room were unlocked when I checked them. Room also had a stench to it.

We cashed in our points from Hotels.com for the stay. Gigi, the desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful in getting us checked in. She even went above and beyond to get us a replacement table lamp in our room as the first one was not working. The only criticism I have is that the “breakfast” was a granola bar or muffin with coffee on a grab and go table in the lobby. This was disappointing compared to similar motels that provide cereal, milk and juice in addition to coffee and baked goods.

Property was clean. Breakfast was simple prepackaged small muffins and fruit nutrigrain bars. They had oatmeal packets and hot water. When I looked in my hot water cup there was flecks of dirt floating in the water. Clearly the dispenser was dirty!

Location convenient to mall, but inside was worn. Carpets were worn and furniture scraped up. Bottom of tub not textured and were easy for someone to slip and fall. Beds ok, but thin pillows. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee. Staff friendly

Staff was friendly and helpful, although they initially canceled my reservation because my credit card had expired, even though I was to pay at property. They did get me a room which was nice. The floor was pretty dirty, but the rest of the place was fairly clean. The grab and go breakfast Was muffins and granola bars. The coffee was a bit of an issue and was not replenished regularly. It was a good overall stay and met our needs. In a pinch, I would definitely recommend this place.
