The stay was great the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was it smelt really stale. I wish the room smelt nice when you can in.

Clean and comfy. Super friendly and helpful front desk ladies. My only complaint is they were shutting down the breakfast ten mins earlier than listed and we rushed to get down stairs for it!

We came in at 11pm so I'm not sure if this just the night staff or the actual rules but they didn't accept cash as the incidental. I tried using my friends credit card and they wouldn't take it either because she had a decorative card sticker on it and they wouldn't charge it without seeing the name and numbers. We showed pictures of her card presticker and they still wouldn't take it. It felt like they were making us jump through a thousand hoops when we were exhausted from our trip. The staff felt very rude and like they didn't care. We tried asking for a refund because it says on the listing that they accepted cash and they refused to refund. Overall just a huge headache and a waste of $105.
