The hotel needs to be remodeled. The elevator is too slow and the bathtub obviously was not installed correctly. The beds were wonderful and the staff were fantastic. The ice machine was not working and inconvenient to find off of our floor. Also, the upstairs neighbors pounded too hard while walking across their floor. It was ok.

Easy to get to from the highway and had good parking for my car and trailer. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable about Walla Walla and also very efficient. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the AC worked well (it was hot that day!)

Nice, clean, comfortable bed. Jacuzzi was way too hot for anyone to get in (we observed several other guests try, and immediately get back out). Overall a pleasant stay.

Loud air conditioning blows right next to the bed. Toilet ran all the time. Door to bathroom opens into kitchen area and is in the way. Toilet is small and so short, hard to get up and down. Smallest elevator ever, hard to get luggage cart in and out. Hot tub is uninviting, cloudy and steps and surface was so rough it feels like it’s cutting your feet.

Comfortable rooms and a nice hot, continental breakfast. Fresh cookies and coffee available throughout the day. Very nice fenced courtyard with 2 firepits and plenty of seating. Overall a nice stay

Overall, I was quite impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is fairly bland and a little older looking, but my room was updated well and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I no noticed no highway/traffic noise, even though my room faced the highway. I was also impressed with the breakfast options and quality.

My daughter competes in sporting events in this area quite a bit. We have tried many hotels in this area and so far this Holiday Inn Express has been the best. Extremely clean and quiet with a good breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of easily accessible free parking. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Clean, convenient to downtown, bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Our only issue was every time the AC turn on it was painfully loud so it woke us up several times an hour. Other than that issue, it was a pleasant stay. Would stay again if we’re in town for our daughters tennis tournaments

This property was fine, just no "Wow" factor. Front desk staff did not greet us upon arrival, never smiled, and did not look at us. Our room was fine, but the location of the shower nozzle was awkward. You have to get blasted with cold water due to it's location and the way the shower door opens and closes. The patio in the back was terrific. We enjoyed having breakfast there with other guests.

All the lights are fluorescent so you can’t relax in your room. Even the bedside lamp is like a stadium light blasting in your eyes. The elevator takes twice as long as walking your ass up the stairs. The TV is probably from the early 90s.. I’m surprised it’s in color. Could not sleep because of a dripping from the AC condensation from the floor above so loud even my sleep music couldn’t drown it out. And the bathroom smelled like a care home where everyone wet their pants at the same time but then someone sprayed cleaner to mask the smell.

Front desk staff during night hours not responsive to clients. Many travelers don’t have typical sleep patterns. When we hear coffee 24/7, we are delighted and plan on it and look forward to it. Not the occurrence during our stay. Our check-in and check-out experience was very nice.

Extremely clean and quiet with a good breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of easily accessible free parking. Will definitely stay here again if available.

It was great, convenient and clean. The only issue we had was check in was at 3 PM. We arrived around 1 PM to see if we could check in early and we couldn't, which was fine of course. But when we came back at 4 PM our room was still not ready. Other than that, great stay!

Check in was easy but when we got to our room there was definitely a cigarette smell, not extremely strong but noticeable. Room was clean and cool, even though it was 103 outside. Also, we check in late, around 9 pm and after crawling into bed, found the remote needed new batteries.Too late for us to contact front desk. Breakfast was very good, great selection for a hotel breakfast, love the cinnamon rolls! Probably would stay again but will check room first.

Breakfast was very disappointing. There was no milk (it hadn't been delivered yet and it was 7:30 a.m.) or cereal, no fresh fruit options except some bad looking oranges, only cheese omlette, while the website showed 2 omlette options. Did not compare with other hotel's breakfasts in the same price range. Other than that it was OK.
