SureStay by Best Western Walla Walla

The room and bed was gross. Breakfast is not really breakfast, it’s more like coffee with some little bites. The hotel is just nasty.

Cheap dirty place…that was priced like some kind of resort. I realize that it’s high season on a weekend, but this place wasn’t worth half of what they charge. The place was half empty they were just gouging people. Won’t be me again.

The beds are only okay and the breakfast could use an update, it's very minimal. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we've stayed several times and will return.

Toilet was screaming every time you flushed it the hot tub didn't work at first they did fix that there was spiders in the shower I also had to wipe the soap scum out of the shower before I could use it there was a RV trailer plugged into the building right up against the building that had people wandering around all night long on top of that there was somebody's Chihuahua running around peeing on everyone's cars and cause problems for my service animal I did think this was a nicer property and nice staff things need to be fixed and I really wasn't okay with this day I left early instead of checking out this morning I checked out last night because of all of this

When we arrived to our room the heater did not work. Called the office, they came and checked to see what the problem was. Moved to another room. Breakfast was microwave hot sandwiches no fresh cooked hot breakfast food. (Sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits/gravy) Waffles were great for the kids.
