This is an okay hotel, easy walk to downtown. The breakfast is a little sad and there were a lot of flies in the dining area. The fitness room is tiny and I think someone stole the 10 lb weights. Would only stay there again if not many other options and I wasn’t going to spend much time in the room.

Bathroom fan extremely loud. Heating unit extremely loud. Pool area was not warm and pool water was too cold to swim in. Hot tub is small and several of the jets are not working.

Service was poor with poor attitudes. Breakfast was mostly cold. Foods were bland. Room and hotel was all clean. Nice comfort and good vibes. Pool was not in working condition. Hot tub was nice. Paid extra for early check in and breakfast wasn’t good was upsetting. Unsure if I’d ever book there again.

We enjoyed a king suite with a kitchen and table. We were having our house painted so we needed a place to stay to get away from the mess and fumes. We cooked dinner both nights in the hotel. We brought our own pots and pans as the ones available were very scratched. There was a dishwasher, but no soap, so we washed everything by hand. It was still nice to have the extra space while we were here. The jacuzzi was nice, the pool was a little cool but refreshing. The shower was nice, but the space was small and the door stuck. Still, I would stay here again, even with the outdated furnishings. I liked the air conditioner which stayed on all night instead of going off and on and I liked the large space.

The common area furnishings were a bit dated but immaculately clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures but again very well kept and clean. Parking was free and close to the entrances. There was a good selection of breakfast and it was well stocked. The selection included a variety of items for a sit down breakfast as well as quite a few grab and go options. Which was nice as my wife and I ate breakfast but my daugther slept late and just grabbed a few items to go on the way out to race. Overall it was a good value for the price but most importantly it was clean and comfortable. Also FYI: It is very close to the Walla Walla Drag strip for those that are in town to race. Not close enough to hear the track from the hotel but close enough that it only takes about 5 minutes to get there.

No elevator. Maybe you should ask at check in if one has a problem with steps. 65yrs old steps got to be to much. The rug going up steps is FILTHY BROWN. Wash it. Front desk Rinie was awesome.

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub are being renovated- and not useable. Not available from December until March, approximately. These were listed on the hotel amenities. I would have selected a different hotel if I had been aware the pool and hot tub were not available. That’s part of what I was looking for when searching for a hotel.

Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! We had two rooms across from each other and they were equally dirty and the sheets had not been changed. The rooms were in serious need of a vacuum and a mop. Our socks were full of dark black hair and dirt. The dust and hair were visible on both the carpet and the tile, as were the candy wrappers and other trash. I complained and had to ask for clean sheets and pillowcases so I could change the bedding because they smelled, had apparent stains and hairs. So gross. I also had to ask for a fresh shower curtain because you couldn’t be in the bathroom without gagging from the mildew smell. On top of that, there was a horrendous sewer-like smell in the end of the hall where we were located that seeped into our rooms. We didnt smell it anywhere else, but had to sleep with our windows open because we were so nauseated. If there had been any other hotel that had availability, we would have left. The night manager seemed extremely unbothered by our complaint and he himself was unkept and had an extremely dirty shirt on. The property itself has a lot of deferred maintenance. I will be asking for a refund.

The breakfast area was nice, attendant did a good job. The room was very dirty and worn out. Totally worn out and dirty chair, stains on bedding, rug worn in some places with unraveling making it a tripping hazard, dirt in corners, the bathroom was not clean and had mold around the shower. Would not recommend.

This hotel was disgustingly dirty. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned forever. In the hallways, and in the rooms, our bed was slanted down, just an overall bad experience. The staff was friendly enough though.

When checked in the fridge in tne room still had food from the previous guests amd there was stuff in tne draweres they left behind as well. Makes ne wonder how thorogh they realky cleaned the room. Most likely wont be going back.

Check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms. Upon entering rooms we found food left if refrigerator in 2 rooms. Bobby pens on bathroom floor in one room. Long dark hair on and in shower. Clearly cleaning staff not doing their job.

The room was filthy, the hotel its self was dirty, breakfast was non existent they were out of everything. My daughter found a pill in our room thankfully before our toddler found it. I didn’t see housekeeping there 1 time.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast spread was good for both the days we stayed but cold. Good thing we have a microwave in our room. When I went to give my daughter a bath bugs would come out of the drain. It was gross. Then when I took a shower the shower head was not screwed in all the way so water was squirting out everywhere no matter how many times I screwed it back in. Front desk girls were not very friendly or helpful. Very poor customer service. Bed was hard so it wasn’t comfy and decorative comforter looked dirty.

The room was so incredibly dirty, tooth paste all over the mirror, globs of hair in the bathroom and closet. The chair was so stainned it was disgusting. Floors had small pieces of garbage and dirt everywhere. The bathroom had ripped toilet paper next to the toilet. My daughter opened the cabinet and there was a beetle running in there. It was the most disgusting room ever. It was supposed to be a celebration for my daughter. The pool and hot tub were closed which my daughter was so devastated about then she got so scared after the bug. She was worried they were more bugs in the sheets of the bed. I tried to get ice and there was froven bugs and dirt in the ice. Honestly the room could not have been worse. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I took pictures of the room because I dont think a place like that should be open. Its unsafe and unsanitary. I had tried to get a refund and was refused. I honestly can believe how dirty it was.

Easy to get to. Nice staff. Good breakfast. We were in a floor room and it was very noisy above us. Creaking floors and not much insulation or sound dampening at all. It is an older hotel so the carpet is breaking down and the rooms could be updated.

If you are paying off season or mid week rates this is a perfectly acceptable motel. It’s closer to downtown than some of the other hotels of similar price points in the area. It has a decent continental breakfast with some nice hot items. Beds are comfortable enough. But when you are paying weekend summer rates it feels a little less nice. It’s a bit grungy just more from age than lack of cleaning. Our shower didn’t seem to have very hot water and the door lock didn’t work well, it took 4-5 tries every time. The room smelled like it may have been a smoking room many years ago. But we’ll probably stay again if we have to go to Walla Walla on a wine weekend as it is one of the more affordable choices and we try not to spend too much time in the room anyway.

This is an older hotel that could use some updates. We got a king suite with an in-room "hot tub". The bathroom was microscopic. It has a shower stall barely big enough for one adult but heaven forbid you drop anything. The "hot tub" is actually an older 2 person jet bathtub or jacuzzi. The room itself was huge.

The person who checked us in was terrible. He should be fired. The person at checkout was nice. A/C had no turn off button we could see so had to unplug it. Not enough coffee for two mornings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We've stayed at a few Quality Inns this year and the gravy for the biscuits was the best so far, and having bacon one of the mornings was a wonderful change to the sausage, which was still good.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We've stayed at a few Quality Inns this year and the gravy for the biscuits was the best so far, and having bacon one of the mornings was a wonderful change to the sausage, which was still good.

I booked a pet friendly room with expidia during a lovely road trip I took. The hotel put me on the ground level in a bottom floor room it was damp dark old and outdated. Its frustetating to be placed in a crummy room when you have a pet. Then after my stay, i notoced a 250 extra charge on my credit card. When i called to ask what it was for, the GENERAL MANAGER took my call and immediately started yelling at me thar i had an undeclared pet. The night staff who checked me in put me in a pet friendly room and i ALSO booked one on Expedia. I explained i never hid my pet and chose this location solely for the pet friendly booking. The GM continued yelling and i asked him why he was yelling at me. He told me he didnt care about being rude to me and his is to maintain policies only. I attempted to explain my booking and the night staff checking me in. The GM continued yelling and began calling me names in a hostile tone to the point i began crying. He then hung up on me.

This is our third year coming to Walla Walla for the wineries, food and entertainment. The hotel is older and it did have a bit of a musky smell in our room, but I assume that’s normal considering the age of the hotel. Other than that, the staff were great front desk was amazing when we arrived and when we left. Breakfast was also good. The major thing that we loved was how close downtown was to us. We did not have to move our car we left it at Hotel parking lot for the entire trip. We had a fabulous time.

Comfortable hotel near Whitman, walkable in Walla Walla. Nothing fancy, simple and clean. Friendly staff. When price is fair, this is a great location - when demand drives price above $250, that's a no for us and we stay elsewhere.

Wonderful location and walking distance to restaurants (& downtown is a few short blocks). This hotel is older but clean and the king size bed was SUPER comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here & we'll be back for more walla walla wine tasting adventures. Staff was friendly. Cheers!

Easy to get to. Nice staff. Good breakfast. We were in a floor room and it was very noisy above us. Creaking floors and not much insulation or sound dampening at all. It is an older hotel so the carpet is breaking down and the rooms could be updated.

Quiet stay and very convenient. Nice to have breakfast each morning with great options. Our door key had to be re set each night which was a bit annoying at the end of the long day, but staff were friendly about it. Upon check out when asked how my stay was, I said all of the above and was told I must've put my room card next to other cards or magnet. I did not. So hopefully they can fix this situaton for others!

The common area furnishings were a bit dated but immaculately clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures but again very well kept and clean. Parking was free and close to the entrances. There was a good selection of breakfast and it was well stocked. The selection included a variety of items for a sit down breakfast as well as quite a few grab and go options. Which was nice as my wife and I ate breakfast but my daugther slept late and just grabbed a few items to go on the way out to race. Overall it was a good value for the price but most importantly it was clean and comfortable. Also FYI: It is very close to the Walla Walla Drag strip for those that are in town to race. Not close enough to hear the track from the hotel but close enough that it only takes about 5 minutes to get there.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast spread was good for both the days we stayed but cold. Good thing we have a microwave in our room. When I went to give my daughter a bath bugs would come out of the drain. It was gross. Then when I took a shower the shower head was not screwed in all the way so water was squirting out everywhere no matter how many times I screwed it back in. Front desk girls were not very friendly or helpful. Very poor customer service. Bed was hard so it wasn’t comfy and decorative comforter looked dirty.

Had an issue with one of the staff, his name is Juan and when arriving to check-in, he was nowhere to be found. There was a sign on the desk thanking for patience as they will be gone momentarily, but after 15 minutes, we called the number for urgent response. Juan answered in a groggy voice and said he would be right there. Juan came out of a door near-by the check-in/out desk all disheveled with hair and name tag out of place, and checked us in without further delay.
