Clean hotel with spacious rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of space around the hotel which provides a nice place to walk around. The breakfast is reasonably good with sausage, eggs, bread, waffle, juice, gravy and biscuit etc. There is a coffee machine where coffee is available anytime.

Can’t beat this hotel for the price! The place is old but well maintained and clean. They have a variety of extras like cookies at 7, a high end coffee machine, a wide variety of breakfast options and the location is convenient and quiet.

We loved the little extras, like microwave popcorn provided, choice of bar soap and body wash, new luggage carts, etc. Best of all was the location -- a bit out of downtown, but easy walking distance to (and from) the shops, wine tasting rooms, etc. No one should be spending the afternoon in wine tasting rooms and then trying to drive to the hotel!

We paid $320 for a a very poor condition room : the room was saturated with a very bad and strange smell Bathroom towel didn’t look clean , we found long hair between bathroom towels. Staying at Best Western in Walla Walla WA was for the most part a good experience except at check out, when I entered the front desk area the customer service agent behind the desk was conversing with a women with a baby standing off to the side and continued to converse with the lady while I was waiting. Listening to the conversation, being carried out in front of me I could see this was a personal conversation. When they finished the conversation, the front desk agent then assisted me. I told her I did not appreciate waiting while she carried out her personal conversation. The agent responded with the women she was speaking to worked there and was visiting, and there were other employees that could have helped me. Two other agents came to fron desk area at this time. The agent I was speaking to stood behind them glaring at me. Unprofessional and poor customer service. She could have put her personal conversation on hold and assisted me since she was working and not on a break.

Great location, close walk to downtown Walla Walla! Very friendly staff, clean hotel and room was in like-new condition. Breakfast was really good, and the kitchen crew kept everything stocked and clean. The bed wasn't the best for my side-sleeping, but that isn't a bad reflection on the hotel. We will be back!

My stay at the Best Western Plus Walla Walla was good. The location was near good shopping, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The check-in was easy and the room was clean and well-equipped. I especially liked having a coffee maker with K-cups in the room. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff didn't refill my K-Cup pods one day and the next day they didn't show up at all. The first two days were excellent, though.

Not the closet hotel to walla walla downtown, but only 5-7 mins away. Breakfast option had freshly cooked omelet with veggies and protein of your choice, but apparently it takes a long time prepare your eggs. Clean room!
