Check in is at the corner market adjacent to the property, and the person behind the desk was very helpful and friendly. The bedding and towels were clean, but the counters and shower drain were not. The pool was not operable at this time. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Welcomed my dog with just a small extra fee. Happy to pay it. Nice yard area to walk him.

It’s an older, run down motel. The pool has been filled in with dirt and the landscaping hasn’t been kept very well. If it weren’t for the ac and tv working, I would have left early. I knew the rooms were cheap, but I expected a little more than what I got. I will not be staying there again.

NO POOL. Decent room. Clean. But it is very low standard for $140 a night (after fees). we rented this room for the pool they emphasize in every ad on every travel website but the pool was closed. The cashier gaslit me and said the closure was on their website and it was not; I checked everywhere. Take the photo of the pool as your main photo down!!!

This hotel is absolutely horrible. This is my second review you have sent me so I’m doing it. They should not even be allowed on hotel.com website. It is filthy on the outside. The pool was disgusting and covered up and hasn’t been used for years, but yet they did advertise a pool. I canceled my reservation without even going into one of the rooms. From the way it looked on the outside. It was no way I was gonna go into a room that I knew I’d feel disgusted in. Very very disappointed. And to find another hotel, I had to pay a whole lot more money out of pocket. Again Horrible place.

I wish I would have looked at previous reviews before I booked. Overall property and room were dirty. My wife saw an ice machine, but no ice bucket in the room. She called for an ice bucket twice, but didn't get one. We went to Albertson's. so we picked up a container. Went to get ice, the dang thing wasn't even working. would not recommend Capri Motel.

Staff was accommodating for our late arrival. Room was mostly clean however the coffee pot was not clean and no filters for it as well as the only cups available were cold Pepsi waxy cups you shouldn't use for hot drinks. I had to go ask for clean towels the 2nd day and where there's a sign saying ice machine there wasn't one there you need to get it from the corner store that's also ran by the same people. When we went to get ice we were accommodated but told that you're supposed to get it before 10:00 but that's not posted anywhere.

We couldn’t even stay- had two rooms with two twin beds- they were full of hair, dead skin, stains! The fridge was full of dirt and hair- we left right away- creepy people all over the place! I showed the owner the pictures we took and got our money back. That’s what we get for cheeping out I guess

This place was filthy! Also no place to put your clothes, there were 2 hangars and no drawers. Everything was worn out, and the shower head was even with my chin and I'm a short person. We had 1 towel at check in, and all of the fake leather was peeling off, including the headboard. A/C was barely working and old, the heater wasn't needed but was FILTHY and covered in dust. The coffee pot had a layer of dirt on it, and the carafe was filled with old grounds and stains, and the water reservoir was full of dirt. Totally disgusting!! For an 80 degree day at check in, I was surprised that the pool was still winterized and covered up (assuming they ever open it). You have to check in at the minimart next door, and any issues I had to wait in line behind the people buying stuff at the store. For the price we paid they really should be making money hand over fist and could afford to actually do something in the rooms to update them. Everything about this place was sketchy, I'll never be back.

There was something spilled in the bath tub, dirty and gross. A dirty wash rag hanging from the shower rod. Sheets and pillow looked like they hadn't been changed. COLD, hot water didn’t last long.

The sheets were dirty, the mattress only had a fitted sheet on it and the security lock was broken. We didn’t even stay the night it was so bad. The owner gave us our money back but it took some convincing to get it back.

After checking in at the convenience store counter, which was ok, the room seemed fine. Simple, not fancy but functional. Turning down the bed revealed large dirt smears on the sheets. Samples of every type of human body hair, pillows and sheets. Put on my glasses and found dental floss on the floor at the bed, along with other small "garbage". Got my money back.

The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. A family owned MOTEL that does not take their cleaning seriously.

Clean and comfortable nights sleep although the neighbors were pretty noisy - not the hotels fault. Some of the towels were stained. I'm sure they were washed but had grease stains or something on them that didn't come out. And there was a napkin or tissue wadded up and sitting on the head board of the other bed, so I slept in the other bed.

AC was amazing. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and clean. The floors and bathroom were a bit dirty and stinky but nothing too bad! I would definitely stay here again.

Room was broken down, shower was falling apart, there was no shower door, water pressure was crap, , the only cabinet in the room was broke, tv didnt work, remote was shot, , cable lock on door was to ahot and homemade ,1 didnt even stay for a hour before i left and checked into a differnet hotel, i also had to go to the store next door just to check into the hotel, worst hotel i have ever been in, i will never go back, i will also be requesting a full refund in the am,

Room was quiet. Highway is super close but couldn't be heard. Lets face it, it's not The Ritz but it's decent. Clean, basic ammenities (mini coffee station, microwave, fridge, etc) & fluffy towels. Hint of the smell of cleaner the property uses upon 1st entry into room. Not bad but some are sensitive to smells. But it quickly dissipated from me going in & out to the car to unload my bags.

TV was lacking channel guide. Information on access to current programs was available, but required a lot of searching to find it.

Was the most disappointing stay we've had here. When we checked in and got to the room, 3 lights were out over the sink. Asked to have them replaced on the first day and they hadn't been our entire stay. The carpeting in the room is in need of some serious cleaning, it was extremely dirty. We had continuous issues connecting to the Internet. We were connected to the WiFi but it had no internet access. I showed one of the employees the message, he took my phone and made some changes all to no avail. He did manage to, however, shut off my moble data and I had to turn it back on again. They need to take a hard look at their WiFi if they want to keep people happy. We left a day early and didn't even ask for a refund since we figured they wouldn't give it to us anyway. As it stands right now, we will not be going back again.

After confirming by phone the day before our stay, they called at 4:20pm the day of to tell us they had canceled our reservation and were full for the night. We were already in town and suddenly needed to find a new place to stay, and that turned out to be a much more expensive proposition in a small city hosting a major sports event. We were in town for a funeral and did not need the added stress of suddenly being without a place to stay. Very disrespectful, downright rude... horrible customer service. Don't trust your reservation here.

Sign on the office door to go next door to the store to check in. Inconvenient, took extra time and effort when tired. No kleenex in the room, 1 garbage can at the door.

Room was booked for 2 people. There were 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel upon arrival. Asked for additional towels the next morning; that evening upon our return additional towels had not been delivered. Went to office and requested additional towels. Was told we could expect towels delivered in 10 minutes and have used towels ready for pick up. Clean towels were never delivered. Next day received phone call asking if we needed housekeeping service-answered YES. We received fresh towels finally. No where in the office area or in discussion with staff or in the room were we told to request housekeeping service if needed.

Their check in process remains irritating, although is better than past management, now 10:00pm vs 6:00. I checked in at 8:30, but I hadn't had time to visit the room before going to dinner; and then when I got to the room at 1030 it was occupied....the next next at 1030 my key didnt work...irritating but we got it fixed each night...

Staff was very very very nice. Accommodating and quiet and clean establishment. Would absolutely stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. But the big fridge didn't work and a small fridge sat on top of it. We asked for one extra pillow and was told we couldn't have one. Mostly, the stay was nice, the owners were nice, it was convenient to have a little store next door and we enjoyed our stay. They even let us have free coffee in the mornings.

The room had trash left in the garbage cans from the previos occupant. The toilet was hairy and disgusting. There was a used bar of soap left for us on the bathroom counter. The coffee pot had used grounds and old coffee in it. There were no coffee filters for the one serving of coffee that came with the room.

2 doors down the a/c unit was extremely noisy and it was in use for 2 days , then blew up. Everyone had to listen to it all day and night. Not respectful to all the guests. They give you a coffee maker and ground coffee, but no filter. They had the wrong supplies
