The property seems newly renovated and clean. However, when I booked this hotel it specifically said free self-parking was available. When we got here they charged $16 for parking and when I told them it was supposed to be free they just argued with me and wouldn’t do anything about it. Had I known, I would have chose a different hotel.

Hotel shuttle took way too long given the hotel is 1 mile from airport. Once here staff was friendly and property was inviting. Newer hotels make my wife happy

Everyone was friendly and if we had questions about anything they were courteous. The only thing we didnt like was the parking lot was too full so had to walk far a few times .

The entrance started ok I was giving a key to a room that someone else was already occupying that was a red flags, second I was charged way more that what I booked once I got in the room it was ok however the water was stopped up in the sink after using, I was scared to shower didnt want the shower to stop up, tried to idolize. the swimming pool and it was so nasty u could see the stuff floating in the water. I wouldn’t stay at this location at all

Brand new- so clean and new. You can smell the new carpet. The air conditioning is fantastic. My room was nice and cold. This place is immaculate and I would definitely stay here again! Brandy L and Cortez we so nice and helpful at check in.

Our room was decent. We stayed 5 days, the elevators were never cleaned. The hallways were never vacuumed. The floors felt sticky. The housekeeping was not friendly. Makes me rethink my stay at this hotel the next time we come through St. Louis. For the price we paid I was highly disappointed.

I prepaid for a room with two queen beds and when I arrived they only had a room with a king bed which cost less than the room I paid for. The hotel was not willing to refund the difference.

My stay wasn’t bad for the two nights I was there. However I forgot my Bose earbuds in my room after checking out. I realized I left them onc I made it inside the airport shuttle. I called the hotel asking them to mail them. They told me they couldn’t confirm anything for an hour. Long story short they claim they were not in the room. Their staff stole them and they did not care about it. Besides the property being taken the front desk is pretty unprofessional often talking on their personal phones during check in having personal conversation while handling your personal data and credit cards.

My flight out of St. Louis was cancelled, so I needed to find lodging quickly. This was a great option. Super clean and the shuttle goes straight to the airport, not multi-stop. I had a great meal, in the Hilton next door and enjoyed a college football game in the spacious bar/dining room.
