Sigh, I'm not sure where to start. We've been using this location multiple times a year, both to visit our kids and as a launch point for trips away. It WAS nice, started downhill, got a bit better, and is headed down again. For the hotel to look nice, the floors MUST be clean; it appears that every carpet was stained. Asking the front desk to also cover the brealast area is a bit much. Ending the airport transport with no notice was an unpleasant discovery. Bottom line? After using this hotel for years, the combination of things has piled up to the point we will be finding a new place in St. Louis.

Property could definitely use some upgrades. The water was turned off to our toilet which was odd, but the room itself was clean. The AC never got below 75 even though it ran constantly all night and the high was maybe 80° outside. The complimentary breakfast looked like garbage, so we didn't even stay for the breakfast. Hostess was nice enough.
