Not the best free breakfast as far as Hampton inn’s usually go. Only one working elevator meant long wait times, and being on the upper floors with small children made the stairs an impossible choice.

The parking area was not easy to get into or out of. The turn going into the lot was too sharp and my car ran up on the curb scraping the bottom edge of my car. It was obvious from looking at the curb that I was not the first victim. I pointed it out to the desk clerk when I checked in and she said it happens al of the time. There was also an enclosed trailer sitting in the way. It was not hooked up to anything. Also lots of traffic noise from the interstate

We wanted somewhere safe with good reviews to stay at for a quick weekend to see a friend at BJH. The property was clean, tons of local things to do, and we rode scooters around the surrounding area which was super safe and maintained. Was it a bit pricey to stay? Yes. But, the rooms were clean, we felt safe and had a good time. Gym was clean, a little small but works for what you need. They had a peloton which was a huge plus! I definitely would recommend. Check out the local comet coffee around the corner, the ham and cheese croissant and coffee was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Rooms were clean, facilities were well-maintained. Couple of small issues were that the drapes didn't close tight, so it was very bright early in the morning in our east-facing room. Also would like to see the $10/night charge for parking eliminated.

The bedding in my room was very worn and stained. I could tell it had been laundered, but still had stains and areas were worn thin. On the TV remote control the text was worn off of all the buttons. Everything else was good.

The employees were so friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. The whole place smells fresh and clean and the rooms were great. Breakfast was very good. We booked this hotel after leaving the Forest Park Hotel due to filthy conditions. They would not refund us at all even though we didn't stay, so next time we will go straight to this Hampton where we feel safe, clean, and standards are high.

This location was EXTREMELY convenient for getting just about anywhere in a short drive. The suite we had was very clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The noise from the highway was little high but could be mostly drowned out with a white noise machine. Breakfast was very good, not great. The pull out couch was, well, a pull out couch but it was passable for a couple nights. Overall, will likely stay here again on a future trip to St. Louis.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, and clean. My only complaint is how the room is set up. It is extremely difficult to watch TV while laying on the bed. You have to watch the TV at an uncomfortable angle rather than having the TV directly in front of you.

We loved everything about our stay EXCEPT for the lobby printer. Please find another option for guests. The instructions were complicated. Shout out to the breakfast, it was great. And Andres and Lawrence were awesome, give them a raise.

Room was quite comfortable and clean. Noise level was low except for highway noise from I64. Shower and tub were clean and functional (appreciated availability of tub in additon to shower). Night light in bathroom was very much appreciated. Parking was easily accessible, but did not appreciate having to pay extra for this. Room temperature controls were easy to operate and very effective, but would have preferred an extra setting that would allow just for fan circulation (needed to be either in cool or heat mode to have fan operation). Appreciated having refrigerator in room. Would also have preferrred microwave in room, but were permitted to use microwave in dining/lobby area during time periods outside of served breakfast, which served us nicely to be able to reheat leftovers from dining out. Staff was very attentive, courteous, and helpful. Enjoyed variety of items available at breakfast. Was not aware that indoor pool was available at the inn until last evening there (discovered on utilizing side door access to parking lot). Appreciated cookies that were provided in the lobby/dining area every evening, along with tea/coffee/cocoa. Functional ice machine is always appreciated as is in room hot water pot!

Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond.

This is the second time we’ve stayed as a family in this hotel. We love it here! It’s clean. It’s got a good location that’s about 5-10 min from downtown Stl depending on traffic. It’s only 5 min to the zoo. You’ve got free breakfast with lots of options, plus a parking garage. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Love this hotel!

This hotel is great if you’re visiting the zoo, the science centre or the local health care facilities. But be prepared to drive to get to the Arch or other STL activities or for a good dinner. If you’re okay with that, then it’s a nice clean place to stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Close to Forest Park and all the activity available there. Just a few minutes drive from The Grove and Central West End.

This Hampton Inn is in excellent condition - very clean and like new condition. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location near expressway and zoo, the park, and science center. Even though it’s close to the expressway with the ac and positioning of the building we didn’t experience any road noise. One note is that I didn’t see that hotels.com disclosed the $10 parking fee (but I may have overlooked this). We would stay here again.

Absolutely no complaints about this property! Everything and everyone was very nice! The staff was great, the breakfast had plenty of options, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice and relaxing…there was even a cute little restaurant right next door. We frequent St. Louis often and will definitely stay here again.

I’ve run the Hot Chocolate race in Forest Park many times and stayed at the Hampton. It’s convenient and well maintained. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10. We got back at 10:03 and were treated rudely with we asked to grab a couple things. It would be nice for those of us running the race to have time for breakfast after returning.

This is the second time we’ve stayed as a family in this hotel. We love it here! It’s clean. It’s got a good location that’s about 5-10 min from downtown Stl depending on traffic. It was pretty standard Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and had nice amenities. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast has some different options each day which was nice. My only wish was that the coffee cups were bigger!
